Back.round Low crude protein(CP)formulations with supplemental amino acids(AA)are used to enhance intestinal health,reduce costs,minimize environmental impact,and maintain growth performance of ***,extensive reduction of dietary CP can compromise growth performance due to limited synthesis of non-essential AA and limited availability of bioactive compounds from protein supplements even when AA requirements are ***,implementing a low CP formulation can increase the net energy(ne)content in feeds causing excessive fat *** supplement.t.on of functional AA,coupled with low CP formulation could further enhance intestinal health and glucose metabolism,improving nitrogen utilization,and growth *** experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of low CP formulations with supplemental AA on the intestinal health and growth performance of growing-finishing *** In Exp.1,90 pigs(19.7±1.1 k.,45 barrows and 45 gilts)were assigned to 3 treatments:CON(18.0%CP,supplementing Lys,Met,and thr),LCP(16.0%CP,supplementing Lys,Met.t.r,trp,and Val),and LCPt(16.1%CP,LCP+0.05%SID trp).In Exp.2,72 pigs(34.2±4.2 k. Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most.t.xonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet.t. be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrItS and nrEtS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant.t.xonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa represent.t.ve of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

the explosive technological improvement of photovoltaic systems as well as the necessity of populations to come to less expensive energy sources, that have led to an implosion at.t.e level of solar panel manufacturers. this causes a large flow of these equipments to developing countries where the need is high, without any quality control. that conducted an experimental investigation on the performance characteristics of a 250 wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic module in other to check.the verification and quality control. Most of these PV panels which often have missing informations are manufactured and tested in places that are inadequate for our environmental and meteorological conditions. Also, their influences on the stability of internal parameters were evaluated in order to optimize their performance. the results obtained at maximum illumination (1000 w/m2) confirmed those produced by the manufacturer. the analysis of these characteristics showed that.t.e illumination and the temperature (meteorological factors) influenced at most.t.e stability of the internal characteristics of the module in the sense that.t.e maximum power increased very rapidly beyond 750 w/m2 but a degradation of performance was accentuated for a temperature of the solar cells exceeding 50°C. the degradation coefficients were evaluated at -0.0864 V/°C for the voltage and at -1.6248 w/°C for the power. the 10° inclination angle of the solar panel proved to be ideal for optimizing overall efficiency in practical situations.

Introduction: Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor in children. It is highly aggressive and has a poor prognosis. A late present.t.on modifies and mak.s difficult.t.e management affecting the survival of children. We report.t.e case of a large conventional osteosarcoma in a 13-year-old girl. Case Present.t.on: Adolescent girl admitted for painful swelling of the left shoulder with absolute functional impotence of the thoracic limb and severe anemia. the painful swelling was thought.t. have been caused by a minor trauma that had occurred six months previously. the patient’s general condition was poor, and she presented with a large, shiny, painful mass over the shoulder and upper 2/3 of the left arm, measuring 28 cm long by 28 cm wide and 57 cm in circumference, and a large fistulous axillary adenopathy. Ct scan showed a tumour lesion of the left humerus with liver and lung metastases, raising suspicion of osteogenic osteosarcoma. the tumor was classified according to tNM staging: t2N1M1(a + b). Management was modified when uncontrolled bleeding developed. It consisted of an extended amput.t.on of the left.t.oracic limb. Pathological analysis showed a high-grade conventional osteosarcoma. Quality improvement was obtained for thirty days, followed by the onset of dyspnea. the evolution was towards death at forty days post-operatively. Conclusion: Osteosarcoma is a highly aggressive cancer. Delayed treatment leads to a fatal outcome. Early diagnosis is one of the challenges to be met in order to improve survival.

Selenium is a trace element.t.at can have both beneficial and harmful effects on aquatic life. the Aby Lagoon is a coastal environment in Côte d’Ivoire that receives selenium inputs from various natural and anthropogenic sources. the aim of this study was to assess the levels of selenium in the sediments of the Aby Lagoon and its tributaries, the tanoe River and the tendo Lagoon, and to examine the spatial and seasonal variations of selenium concentrations. Sediment samples were collected from different sites and seasons, and selenium concentrations were measured by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. the results showed that.t.e average concentration of selenium in the sediments of the Aby Lagoon was 0.82 mg/k., indicating moderate contamination. the concentration of selenium varied between sites and seasons, with higher values in the channel of the tendo Lagoon and during the dry season. the study highlighted the complexity of selenium dynamics in aquatic ecosystems, and the need to tak. into account seasonal and spatial variability as well as interactions between environmental factors. the study also suggested potential ecotoxicological risk. for some sensitive organisms in certain areas of the lagoon. this study contributes to the k.owledge of the dynamics of selenium in lagoon ecosystems and to the assessment of the environmental risk. associated with its presence.

In this context, the main goal of this study was to assess the level of mercury in hair of two (2) populations living along two lagoons respectively Aby and tendo, in Ivory Coast. to reach this goal, hair samples of 138 residents were collected and analyzed by using Cold Vapor Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry (CV-AFS) technique for mercury concentration. Results showed that for the entire population the Hg mean was 2.34 μg/g. Also, they were ranged between 0.15 to 8.53 μg/g and presented substantial differences amongst.t.e villages. In Aby village, we observed the highest Hg concentrations (Mean = 2.62 μg/g). Our findings showed that almost.t.e entire sample group (82%) exceed the USEPA recommended limit, furthermore 56% of them exceed the normal level of WHO and 2% of the respondent has the unhealthy levels of mercury (≥6 μg Hg/g) of hair by WHO standards. Gender differences in hair mercury varies greatly among reports. Lower levels in women’s hair compared to men were reported in the both village. Considering age, the lowest concentrations were observed with children. However, when we tak. in account.t.e age groups, data suggested that.t.e most exposed sub-population of [18-29] years old is from Aby village in opposite at Frambo village, the same case those who were ≥ 40 years old. It’s convenient.t. note that, the proportion of Mercury levels would not.t. be neglected among studied population especially with the resident from Aby village. So, some measures need to be tak.n at.t.e political level to control mercury contamination.
