The ideal crystalline framework of zeolites is perturbed by hydroxyl groups. In pure silica zeolites the framework is neutral, however, the introduction of Al3+into the Si4+oxide framework creates negative charges, giving rise to Br?nsted acid sites (BASs). O?ten referred to as bridged hydroxyls [Si–O(H)–Al], they are formed when a proton is bound to one of the oxygens adjacent to an aluminum.

In the petroleum industry, sensor data and information are valuable. It can detect, predict and help to understand processes during oil production. Offshore wells require more attention. Once workovers, maintenance, and intervention are more costly than onshore wells. coupling data-driven methods for well-monitoring applications, two unsupervised classification methods, one statistical and one machine learning-based, are proposed to detect anomalies in well data. The novelty is presented by applying a control chart using a 3 standard deviations window for the Permanent Downhole Gauge Pressure sensor (P-PDG), and a Fuzzy C-means algorithm to classify data from pressure and temperature sensors in an offshore field. The main goal in structuring a classified data set is using it to train machine learning models to monitor and manage petroleum production. Modeling applications for early fault detection systems in offshore production, based on real-time data from production sensors, require classified data sets. Then, labeling two target classes: “normal” and “fault” is a key step to be implemented in order to train the machine learning models. Therefore, this paper applies two methodologies to classify a real-time data set to create a training data set divided into “normal” and “fault” classes. Thus, it is possible to visualize the abnormal events pointed out by the methodologies and compare how sensible is each method. This project proposes the numerical reproduction development of the water flow in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger 2:1 according to the cLASS c TEMA standard (for moderate operation conditions, with commercial application). With baffles in aluminum and copper tube for the cold fluid flow, the shell is in acrylic, and with thermal analysis efficiencies with regard to the presence or not of the baffles, that is to analyze the efficiency with only, the tubes and the shell and soon after the analysis with tubes and baffles. Heat exchangers are widely used equipment on an industrial and commercial scale, the application of these equipments on an industrial scale represents innovative processing solutions reflecting the processes efficiency, producing significant savings and lower cost, supporting the business success, and consequently offering opportunities, social responsibility, which are the pillars of sustainability. For the development of this work the methodology was used to calculate effectiveness, following the design parameters and contour conditions, it was analyzed the fluids behavior in the shell and the tube, through computational fluid dynamics (cFD) using the software ANSYS cFX 15.0. The results were compared with Excel generated worksheets calculated using the existing equations and correlations.

Forest production and growth are obtained from statistical models that allow the generation of information at the tree or forest stand *** the use of regression models is common in forest measurement,there is a constant search for estimation procedures that provide greater ***,machine learning techniques have been used with satisfactory performance in measuring ***,methods such as Adaptive NeuroFuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)and Random Forest are relatively poorly studied for predicting the volume of wood in eucalyptus plantations in ***,it is essential to check whether these techniques can provide gains in terms of ***,this study aimed to evaluate the use of Random Forest and ANFIS techniques in the prognosis of forest *** data used come from continuous forest inventories carried out in stands of eucalyptus *** data were divided into 70%for training and 30%for *** algorithms used to generate rules in ANFIS were Subtractive clustering and ***,training was done with the hybrid algorithm(descending gradient and least squares)with the number of seasons ranging from 1 to *** RFs were trained,varying the number of trees from 50 to 850 and the number of observations by five leaves to *** neural networks and decision trees were also trained to compare the feasibility of the *** evaluation of the estimates generated by the techniques for training and validation was calculated based on the following statistics:correlation coefficient(r),relative Bias(RB),and the relative root mean square error(RRMSE)in *** general,the techniques studied in this work showed excellent performance for the training and validation data set with RRMSE values*** RF presented inferior statistics about the ANFIS for the prognosis of forest *** Subtractive clustering(Sc)and Fuzzy-c-Means(FcM)algorithms provide accurate baseline

Objective: To evaluate the synergic effects of a novel oral supplement formulation, containing prebiotics,yeast b-glucans, minerals and silymarin(Silybum marianum), on lipid and glycidic metabolism, inflammatory and mitochondrial proteins of the liver, in control and high-fat diet-induced obese ***: After an acclimation period, 32 male c57 BL/6 mice were divided into the following groups:nonfat diet(NFD) vehicle, NFD supplemented, high-fat diet(HFD) vehicle and HFD supplemented. The vehicle and experimental formulation were administered orally by gavage once a day during the last four weeks of the diet(28 consecutive days). We then evaluated energy homeostasis, inflammation, and mitochondrial protein expression in these groups of ***: After four weeks of supplementation, study groups experienced reduced glycemia, dyslipidemia,fat, and hepatic fibrosis levels. Additionally, proliferator-activated receptor-α, AMP-activated protein kinase-1α, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ co-activator-1α, and mitochondrial transcription factor A expression levels were augmented;however, levels of inhibitor of nuclear factor-κB kinase subunit a and p65 nuclear factor-κB expression, and oxidative markers were reduced. Notably, the cortisol/c-reactive protein ratio, a well-characterized marker of the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis immune interface status, was found to be modulated by the ***: We discovered that the novel supplement was able to modify different antioxidant, metabolic and inflammatory pathways, improving the energy homeostasis and inflammatory status, and consequently alleviated hepatic steatosis.

目的评价和比较MRI增强X线透视引导和实时MRI引导在模型和动物上经皮穿刺的准确性和可行性。材料与方法实验方案经本机构动物保护和使用委员会批准。模型穿刺以模型内标记点作为穿刺目标(20例是MRI增强X线透视引导,20例是实时MRI引导),而对猪穿刺以解剖结构作为穿刺目标(10例是MRI增强X线透视引导,5例是实时MRI引导)。MR引导穿刺,无论是模型或猪的穿刺,都以MR的T1加权的三维MR成像作为基本影像,动物穿刺另加横断面和冠状面T2WI影像,以观察解剖结构。对于MRI增强X线透视引导穿刺,先获得MR影像,然后将模型和猪移到X线透视系统进行c臂cT,将获得的c臂cT和MR影像数据进行匹配,通过MR影像及与其叠加的X线透视图像用标准导航软件设计穿刺路径。对于实时MRI引导穿刺,使用标准的MR成像引导介入法实现实时定位导航,操作在磁场孔内进行。穿刺结束后,再用三维MRI扫描评估穿刺的准确性。两种引导方法穿刺时间的比较,采用Log-rank检验,空间误差的比较采用Mann-WhitneyU检验。结果模型穿刺,使用MRI增强X线透视引导穿刺的总平均误差为(8.6±2.8)mm,而实时MRI引导穿刺总平均误差为(4.0±1.2)mm(Pcm,使用MRI增强X线透视引导穿刺的总平均误差为(7.7±2.4)mm,而使用实时MRI引导穿刺的总平均误差为(7.9±4.9)mm(P=0.77),平均穿刺时间前者为5min43s±2min7s,而后者为5min14s±2min25s(P=0.68)。结论在模型及动物上穿刺研究表明,基于MRI增强X线透视引导和实时MRI引导经皮穿刺都能引导穿刺针到达理想的位置,且两者具有相似的准确性。
