the insect mitogenome is typically a compact circular molecule with highly conserved gene ***,mitogenome structural variations have been reported in specific taxa,and gene rearrangements,usually the tRNAs,occur in different *** synapomorphies of mitogenome organizations can provide information for phylogenetic inferences,comparative analyses of mitogenomes have been given increasing ***,most studies use a very few species to represent the whole genus,tribe,family,or even order,overlooking potential variations at lower taxonomic levels,which might lead to some incorrect *** provide new insights into mitogenome organizations and their implications for phylogenetic inference,this study conducted comparative analyses for mitogenomes of three social bee tribes(Meliponini,Bombini,and Apini)based on the phylogenetic framework with denser taxonomic sampling at the species and population *** analyses revealed that mitogenomes of Apini and Bombini are the typical type,while those of Meliponini show diverse variations in mitogenome sizes and *** inverted repeats(IRs)cause significant gene rearrangements of protein coding genes(PCGs)and rRNAs in Indo-Malay/Australian stingless bee *** evolution analyses showed that the lineage with IRs have lower dN/dS ratios for PCGs than lineages without IRs,indicating potential effects of IRs on the evolution of mitochondrial *** finding of IRs and different patterns of gene rearrangements suggested that Meliponini is a hotspot in mitogenome *** conserved PCGs and rRNAs whose rearrangements were found only in the mentioned lineages within Meliponini,tRNA rearrangements are common across all three tribes of social bees,and are significant even at the species level,indicating that comprehensive sampling is needed to fully understand the patterns of tRNA rearrangements,and their implications for phylogenetic inference.

鲐(Scomberjaponicus)是西北太平洋海域重要的渔业种类,该渔业涉及多个国家的多种作业方式,渔业形势较复杂,但目前西北太平洋海域尚无基于资源评估的、完善的鲐养护管理措施。本研究使用传统渔业管理方法(资源预测)和较新颖的方法[数据有限的渔业管理规程评价(managementstrategyevaluation,MSE)]对鲐的渔业管理进行了研究。在资源预测方法中,通过JABBA和JABBA-Select两个资源评估模型对种群未来的资源动态进行模拟,探讨不同捕捞控制规则(harvest control rules, HCR)下种群的变化。本研究设置了4个HCR,分别以2020年渔获量的0.8～1.4倍,最大可持续产量MSY、B×FMSY和SB×HMSY (分别用于JABBA和JABBA-Select)、历史最高渔获量为总可捕量(totalallowablecatch,tAC),预测2023—2032年间的鲐种群变化。结果显示基于亲体资源量进行研究的JABBA-Select模型,其预测结果相比于JABBA模型略悲观,但都是基于生物学参考点设定的HCR养护和管理效果最好(tAC分别为50～80万t和50～66万t)。MSE则根据设定筛选出12种养护管理效果较好的策略,其中DAAC(消耗率修正后的平均捕获量)与SBt2 (基于资源量和渔获量水平的总可捕量递增矫正法)养护管理效果最好。SBt2求得的tAC (520387 t),与近些年产量及上述HCR的结果较为接近。此外,敏感性分析表明,可捕系数,自然死亡系数和渔获量相关的参数(平均渔获量、渔获量、渔获量参考点)对于养护管理效果的影响最为明显,需要额外关注两者的准确性和精确性。现阶段为确保西北太平洋鲐资源的养护和最佳利用,建议根据B×FMSY或SB×HMSY设定年可捕量,同时基于资源量和渔获量水平进行调整,综合制定管理措施。

the Late Ordovician Mass Extinction was the earliest of the ‘big’ five extinction events and the earliest to affect the trajectory of metazoan life. two phases have been identified near the start of the Hirnantian period and in the middle. It was a massive taxonomic extinction, a weak phylogenetic extinction and a relatively benign ecological extinction. A rapid cooling, triggering a major ice age that reduced the temperature of surface waters, prompted a drop in sea level of some 100 m and introduced toxic bottom waters onto the shelves. these symptoms of more fundamental planetary processes have been associated with a range of factors with an underlying driver identified as volcanicity. Volcanic eruptions, and other products, may have extended back in time to at least the Sandbian and early Katian, suggesting the extinctions were more protracted and influential than hitherto documented.

Objective:to investigate the evolving patterns of antimicrobial resistance against beta-lactam antibiotics in Escherichia coli isolates from urinary tract infection patients in Vietnam,covering the period from 2005 to ***:29 Descriptive studies published between 2010 and 2022 in English and Vietnamese were included in the *** on resistance rates to beta-lactam antibiotics,including cephalosporins and carbapenems,were extracted and *** pooled resistance rates were calculated using random-effects *** trends in resistance were assessed using linear regression ***:Among the beta-lactam antibiotics studied,Escherichia coli exhibited varying levels of resistance,with cephalosporins showing higher resistance rates compared to *** pooled resistance rates were 66%for cefotaxime,65%for ceftriaxone,54%for ceftazidime,and 56%for *** contrast,carbapenems demonstrated lower resistance rates,with weighted pooled resistance rates ranging from 3%to 4%for meropenem,ertapenem,and *** rates were also observed for amoxicillin/clavulanate(35%),ticarcillin/clavulanate(26%),and piperacillin/tazobactam(12%).Significant annual increases in resistance were noted for imipenem(0.56%,Pthis study highlights the critical issue of antimicrobial resistance in urinary tract infections in Vietnam and emphasizes the importance of prudent antibiotic use and the regular monitoring of resistance *** insights are useful for guiding healthcare professionals in optimizing treatment strategies and for policymakers in formulating evidence-based clinical guidelines to combat antibiotic resistance effectively.

Background:the mobilization and redistribution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)specific t-cells and neutralizing antibodies(nAbs)during exercise is purported to increase immune surveillance and protect against severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).We sought to determine if COVID-19 vaccination would elicit exercise-responsive SARS-CoV-2 t-cells and transiently alter nAb ***:Eighteen healthy participants completed a 20-min bout of graded cycling exercise before and/or after receiving a COVID-19 *** major leukocyte subtypes were enumerated before,during,and after exercise by flow cytometry,and immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 were determined using whole blood peptide stimulation assays,t-cell receptor(tCR)-βsequencing,and SARS-CoV-2 nAb ***:COVID-19 vaccination had no effect on the mobilization or egress of major leukocyte subsets in response to intensity-controlled graded ***,non-infected participants had a significantly reduced mobilization of CD4+and CD8+naive t-cells,as well as CD4+central memory t-cells,after vaccination(synthetic immunity group);this was not seen after vaccination in those with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection(hybrid immunity group).Acute exercise after vaccination robustly mobilized SARS-CoV-2 specific t-cells to blood in an intensity-dependent *** groups mobilized t-cells that reacted to spike protein;however,only the hybrid immunity group mobilized t-cells that reacted to membrane and nucleocapsid *** increased significantly during exercise only in the hybrid immunity ***:these data indicate that acute exercise mobilizes SARS-CoV-2 specific t-cells that recognize spike protein and increases the redistribution of nAbs in individuals with hybrid immunity.
