藻青素(CGP)是一种细菌生物产品,以含有天冬氨酸的一条直链为主干,其上有精氨酸可与其他物质相互联系。CGP在水软化、水凝胶、金属离子螯合和营养品等领域有许多潜在的工业应用。CGP的生产是采用生物株异源表达藻青素合酶(CPH)基因的重组生物体的生物技术。藻类cphA大肠杆菌表达的重组大肠杆菌发酵影响CGP合成参数系统的研究表明,高曝气条件下,400rpm的搅拌速度和在发酵罐(450mL容积)***-1的空气流动可使细胞生物量和CGP粗产品的产量高。研究发现,在相似条件下,以甘油为基本材料制作CGP粗产品比以葡萄糖为基本材料高180%。研究发现,以甘油为底物48h连续进行发酵,在37℃时可获得比其他温度兼容性更好、数量更多的CGP粗产品。通过研究甘油浓度对CGP的影响,分析使用甘油的经济成本得出,从基本材料到产品的转换可以增加至少15%的产量。结果显示,可使用生物柴油生产过剩所产出的甘油来作为优化发酵生产CGP的材料。

In this paper we demonstrated a method to reconstruct vector-valued lattice distortion fields within nanoscale crystals by optimization of a forward model of multi-reflection Bragg coherent diffraction imaging(MR-BCdI)*** method flexibly accounts for geometric factors that arise when making BCdI measurements,is amenable to efficient inversion with modern optimization toolkits,and allows for globally constraining a single image reconstruction to multiple Bragg peak *** is enabled by a forward model that emulates the multiple Bragg peaks of a MR-BCdI experiment from a single estimate of the 3d crystal *** present this forward model,we implement it within the stochastic gradient descent optimization framework,and we demonstrate it with simulated and experimental data of nanocrystals with inhomogeneous internal lattice *** find that utilizing a global optimization approach to MR-BCdI affords a reliable path to convergence of data which is otherwise challenging to reconstruct.

随着人类的进化,人们一天当中约有一半时间沐浴于阳光下.如今,由于畏惧皮肤癌,人们不敢暴露在阳光下,而且现代生活方式使得人们长时间接受室内人工照明.我们逐渐认识到这些生活方式的改变会对我们的生物钟产生不利影响,除此之外,阳光对人类健康利弊这个问题无论在科学界还是新闻界都是一个很有争议的话题,新闻界对公众健康的影响尤为重要.虽然阳光中的紫外线辐射(ultraviolet radiation,UVR)无疑是白种人非黑色素瘤和黑色素瘤皮肤癌的重要易感因素,但越来越多的数据表明阳光对人体健康有益.目前认为这些益处由褪黑色素或维生素d介导.褪黑色素由大脑中央的松果体在夜间分泌的5羟色胺代谢合成,当人眼的光感受器感应到可见光强度时,褪黑色素的分泌受到抑制.维生素d由皮肤的7-脱氢胆固醇经中波紫外线(ultraviolet B radiation,UVB)照射后转化形成.褪黑色素或维生素d均为多效性激素,均通过与胞膜受体,胞核受体结合及非受体依赖性作用介导多种细胞反应.肤色越深的人形成足量维生素d所需要的紫外线照射量越大,这可能是不同的地理纬度和不同阳光照射强度的地区不同人种的肤色差异的进化驱动力.我们暴露于阳光中的程度极易受以下行为方式的影响,如穿衣服的多少,是否戴太阳镜和使用防晒霜,以及户外活动时间的长短.为了平衡致癌风险和维生素d需求量,专家建议适度阳光暴露,并在辅食中添加维生素d.在多数白种人国家,这种行为指导已经成为公共健康计划的一部分.然而,遵从这些建议,我们可能会错过自然光带来的与上述经典调控关联不大的其他隐蔽的益处

Quantitative trait loci controlling Phytophthora cactorum resistance in the cultivated octoploid strawberry(Fragaria×ananassa)

The cultivated strawberry,Fragaria×ananassa(Fragaria spp.)is the most economically important global soft *** cactorum,a water-borne oomycete causes economic losses in strawberry production globally.A biparental cross of octoploid cultivated strawberry segregating for resistance to ***,the causative agent of crown rot disease,was screened using artificial *** putative resistance quantitative trait loci(QTL)were identified and *** major effect QTL(FaRPc6C,FaRPc6d and FaRPc7d)explained 37%of the variation *** were no epistatic interactions detected between the three major *** a subset of the mapping population progeny against a range of *** isolates revealed no significant interaction(p=0.0593).However,some lines showed higher susceptibility than predicted,indicating that additional undetected factors may affect the expression of some quantitative resistance *** historic crown rot disease score data from strawberry accessions,a preliminary genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 114 individuals revealed an additional locus associated with resistance to *** of the Fragaria vesca Hawaii 4 v1.1 genome revealed candidate resistance genes in the QTL regions.

domestication of cranberry and blueberry began in the United States in the early 1800s and 1900s,respectively,and in part owing to their f lavors and health-promoting benefits are now cultivated and consumed *** industry continues to face a wide variety of production challenges(*** pressures),as well as a demand for higher-yielding cultivars with improved fruit quality ***,molecular tools to help guide breeding efforts for these species have been relatively limited compared with those for other high-value ***,we describe the construction and analysis of the first pangenome for both blueberry and *** analysis of these pangenomes revealed both crops exhibit great genetic diversity,including the presence-absence variation of 48.4%genes in highbush blueberry and 47.0%genes in *** genes,those not shared by all cultivars,are significantly enriched with molecular functions associated with disease resistance and the biosynthesis of specialized metabolites,including compounds previously associated with improving fruit quality *** discovery of thousands of genes,not present in the previous reference genomes for blueberry and cranberry,will serve as the basis of future research and as potential targets for future breeding *** pangenome,as a multiple-sequence alignment,as well as individual annotated genomes,are publicly available for analysis on the Genome database for Vaccinium-a curated and integrated web-based relational ***,the core-gene predictions from the pangenomes will serve useful to develop a community genotyping platform to guide future molecular breeding efforts across the family.
