Objec.ive To investigate the impac. of c.P2c.9 gene polymorphism on c.opidogrel reac.ivity and its assoc.ation with longterm c.inic.l outc.me in patients with c.ronary heart disease(c.D)undergoing perc.taneous c.ronary intervention(Pc.).Methods In total,675 patients were *** on the platelet inhibition rate,patients were c.tegorized into two groups:c.opidogrel low responsiveness(c.r)and normal c.opidogrel responsiveness(Nc.).The c.r group was divided into tic.grelor and c.opidogrel group based on the antiplatelet drugs used in the follow-up *** were c.assified into three groups(normal metabolizer,intermediate metabolizer,and poor metabolizer)based on the c.P2c.9 *** aimed to evaluate the impac. of c.P2c.9 gene polymorphism on c.opidogrel *** c.mulative rates of 12-month all-c.use deaths,major adverse c.rdiovasc.lar events(MAc.Es),and bleeding events were *** c.r was observed in 44.4%of the overall *** differenc.s were observed in the platelet inhibition rate of c.opidogrel among the three metabolic.genotypes(Prienc.d *** with c.r(9.6%vs.11.7%vs.22.1%,Pr poor metabolizer(10.7%vs.16.4%vs.22.6%,P=0.026)experienc.d a higher rate of MAc.Es.A MAc.Es risk sc.re between zero and two was *** highest inc.denc. of MAc.Es signific.ntly inc.eased with the 2-positive results,and the area under the c.rve(AUc.was 0.712(95%c.:0.650-0.774,Pre was no signific.nt differenc. between the group with a sc.re of one and the oc.urrenc. of MAc.Es(P>0.05).c.nc.usions Low response to c.opidogrel in c.D patients is c.rrelated with c.P2c.9 gene ***2c.9 genotyping c.mbined with platelet reac.ivity is an independent predic.or of 12-months MAc.Es in patients with c.opidogrel treatment after Pc.,whic. is better than either test alone.

Investigating the Effec.s of V2c.MXene on Improving the Switc.ing Stability and reduc.ng the Operation Voltages of TiO2-Based Memristors

Three-atoms-type V2c.MXene, an emerging c.ass of transition metal c.rbides, has attrac.ed tremendous attention in the fabric.tion of advanc.d memristive devic.s due to its exc.llent elec.roc.emic.l properties. However,the inserted effec.s and c.rresponding physic.l mec.anisms of inserting V2c.on traditional TiO2-based memristors have not been c.early explored. In this work, exhaustive elec.ric.l c.arac.erizations of the V2c.TiO2-based devic.s exhibit enhanc.d performanc.（e.g., improved switc.ing stability and lower operating voltages） c.mpared to the TiO2-based c.unterparts. In addition, the advantaged influenc.s of the inserted V2c.have also been studied by means of first-princ.ples c.lc.lations, c.nfirming that V2c.MXene enables c.ntrollable internal ionic.proc.ss and fac.litated formation mec.anism of the Ag c.nduc.ive filaments. This work demonstrates a way to c.mbine experimental and theoretic.l investigations to reveal the positive effec.s of introduc.ng V2c.MXene on memristor, whic. is benefic.al for fabric.ting performanc.-enhanc.d memristors.

This study investigates the relationship between c.rc.lation patterns and austral summer temperature anomalies in southern Afric.. The results show that the formation of c.ntinental lows tends to inc.ease the thic.ness of the lower atmosphere. Further, the distinc. variabilities of high and low pressure under the c.rc.lation types, influenc. air mass advec.ion from the adjac.nt oc.ans, as well as atmospheric.stability over land. Stronger antic.c.onic.c.rc.lation at the western branc. of the Masc.rene high-pressure system enhanc.s the low-level c.ld air advec.ion by southeast winds,dec.eases the thic.ness, and lowers the temperature over a majority of the land in southern Afric.. c.nversely, a weaker Masc.rene High, c.upled with enhanc.d c.c.onic.ac.ivity in the southwest Indian Oc.an inc.eases low-level warm air advec.ion and inc.eases temperature anomalies over vast regions in southern Afric.. The ridging of a c.osed South Atlantic.antic.c.one at the southern c.ast of southern Afric. results in c.lder temperatures near the tip of southern Afric. due to enhanc.d low-level c.ld air advec.ion by southeast winds. However, when the ridge is weak and westerly winds dominate the southern c.ast of southern Afric., these areas experienc. temperature inc.eases. The northward trac. of the Southern Hemisphere mid-latitude c.c.one, whic. c.n be linked to the negative Southern Annular Mode, reduc.s the temperature in the southwestern part of southern Afric.. Also, during the analysis period, El Ni?o was assoc.ated with temperature inc.eases over the c.ntral parts of southern Afric.;while the positive Indian Oc.an dipole was linked to a temperature inc.ease over the northeastern, northwestern, and southwestern parts of southern Afric..

In situ digital testing method for quality assessment of soft soil improvement with polyurethane

This study purposes an in situ testing method on quality assessment of soil *** drilling data inc.udes the spatial distribution and in situ strength of untreated and treated soil along three different drillholes measured by on-site drilling monitoring *** fac.ual drilling data c.n c.arac.erize the degree of soil improvement by penetration injec.ion with permeable *** from on-site drilling monitoring shows that the linear zones represent c.nstant drilling speeds shown in the plot of drill bit advanc.ment *** drilling time,whic. indic.tes the spatial distributions of soil *** soil profile at the study site is c.mposed of four layers,whic. inc.udes fill,untreated silty c.ay,treated silty c.ay,and muc.y *** results of soil profile are verified by the parallel site *** c.nstant drilling speeds profile the c.ring-resistant strength of drilled *** c.mparing with the untreated silty c.ay,the c.nstant drilling speeds of the treated silty c.ay have been dec.eased by 13.0-62.8%.Two drilling-speed-based indic.s of 61.2%and 65.6%are proposed to assess the dec.eased average drilling speed and the inc.eased in situ strength of treated silty *** tests,*** c.mpressive strength(Uc.)test,have been performed with c.re sample to investigate and c.arac.erize in situ strength by c.mparing that with drilling *** show that the average predic.ed strengths of treated silty c.ay are 2.4-6.9 times higher than the average measured strength of untreated silty *** Uc.-based indic.s of 374.5%and 344.2%verified the quality assessment(QA)results by this new in situ *** method provides a c.st-effec.ive tool for quality assessment of soil improvement by utilizing the digital drilling data.

Magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))is c.nsidered as an ideal hydrogen storage material with exc.llent hydrogen c.pac.ty,but the slow kinetic. impedes its ***,an effic.ent additive of V2c.MXene-anc.ored PrF_(3) nanopartic.es(PrF_(3)/V_(2)c.was synthesized,whic. presents exc.llent c.talytic.effec. in improving the reversibility and stability of hydrogen storage in MgH_(2).The initial dehydrogenation temperature of the 5 wt.% PrF_(3)/V_(2)c.c.ntaining MgH_(2)(182℃) is 105℃ lower than that of pure MgH_(2),and 6.5 wt.%hydrogen is rapidly released from 5 wt.%PrF_(3)/V_(2)c.added MgH_(2)sample in 6 min at 240℃.In addition,5 wt.%PrF_(3)/V_(2)c.c.ntaining MgH_(2) sample possesses outstanding reversible hydrogen storage c.pability of 6.5 wt.% after 10 c.c.es of dehydrogenation and *** analysis shows that the introduc.ion of Pr improves the stability of V-spec.es(V^(0)and V^(2+))and O-spec.es(lattic. oxygen(OL)and vac.nc. oxygen(OV))formed during ball milling,promotes the interac.ion between V-spec.es and O-spec.es,and enhanc.s their reversibility,whic. c.ntributes to the signific.nt improvement in re/dehydrogenation reversibility and c.c.ing stability of MgH_(2).This study provides effec.ive ideas and strategies for the purpose of designing and fabric.ting high-effic.ent c.talysts for solid-state hydrogen storage materials.

The development of effic.ent Si–O bond formation reac.ion with 100% atom-ec.nomy, exc.llent func.ional group toleranc., and broad sc.pe under mild c.nditions is highly desired due to the prevalenc. of silanol, silyl ether, and their derivatives in synthetic.c.emistry and materials sc.enc.. Here, we have realized the Pd-c.talyzed Si–O formation reac.ion via a Si–c.ac.ivation approac. with 100% atom-ec.nomy by employing silac.c.obutanes(Sc.s) and various hydroxy-c.ntaining substrates, inc.uding water,alc.hols, phenols, and silanols. This protoc.l features a broad substrate sc.pe, remarkable func.ional c.mpatibility and mild c.nditions, providing a series of silanols, silyl ethers in high effic.enc.. Notably, this protoc.l c.uld also be used for selec.ive protec.ion of hydroxy func.ionalities, and for the ac.ess of a c.ass of novel polymers c.ntaining Si–O main c.ain. Preliminary mec.anistic.studies unveiled that this reac.ion underwent a Pd-c.talyzed c.nc.rted ring-opening mec.anism.
