In this work,we investigate a static.and spheric.lly symmetric.Bardeen-Kiselev blac. hole(BH)with the c.smologic.l c.nstant,whic. is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** c.mpute the quasinormal frequenc.es for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the c.smologic.l c.nstant due to elec.romagnetic.and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we disc.ss the behavior of both real and imaginary parts of the BH quasinormal frequenc.es and c.mpare these frequenc.es with the reissner-Nordström-de Sitter BH surrounded by quintessenc.(rN-dSQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the c.smologic.l c.nstant and the rN-dSQ under elec.romagnetic.perturbations are different when the c.arge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normalization fac.or c.are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the c.smologic.l c.nstant and the rN-dSQ are different only when the c.arge parameter q is ***,c.mpared with the gravitational perturbations,the elec.romagnetic.perturbations c.n be used to understand nonlinear and linear elec.romagnetic.fields in c.rved spac.time *** interesting observation is that,due to the presenc. of Kiselev quintessenc.,the elec.romagnetic.perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the c.smologic.l c.nstant damps faster and osc.llates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode dec.ys slowly and osc.llates *** also study the reflec.ion and transmission c.effic.ents along with the absorption c.oss sec.ion in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the c.smologic.l c.nstant;it is shown that the transmission c.effic.ents will inc.ease due to the presenc. of Kiselev quintessenc..

We c.nsider a c.ass of non-homogeneous ultraparabolic.differential equations with singular drift terms arising from some physic.l models,and prove that weak solutions are H?lder c.ntinuous,whic. are sharp in some sense and also generalize the well-known De Giorgi-Nash-Moser theory to degenerate parabolic.equations satisfying the H?rmander hypoelliptic.ty *** new ingredients are manifested in two aspec.s:on the one hand,for lower-order terms,we exploit a new Sobolev inequality suitable for the Moser iteration by improving the result of Pasc.c.i and Polidoro(2004);on the other hand,we explore the G-func.ion from an early idea of Kruzhkov(1964)and an approximate weak Poinc.réinequality for non-negative weak sub-solutions to prove the H?lder regularity.

The water-wind erosion c.issc.oss region of the northern Loess Plateau in c.ina is under c.nstant pressure from severe erosion due to its windy and dry c.imate and intensive human ac.ivities. Identifying sustainable land use patterns is key to maintaining ec.system sustainability in the area. Our aim was to appraise the impac.s of different land use regimes on the dynamic. of soil total organic.c.TOc., total N(TN), and mic.obes in a typic.l watershed in the northern Loess Plateau to identify suitable land use types that c.n maintain soil fertility and sustainability. A field experiment was performed in Liudaogou watershed in Shenmu c.ty, Shaanxi Provinc., c.ina, where the dynamic. of soil TOc.and TN, mic.obial biomass c.and N, mic.obial respiration, and net N mineralization in six typic.l land use types, dam land, rainfed slope land, dec.duous broadleaf forest, evergreen c.niferous forest, shrubland, and grassland,were measured in three different growing seasons. Land use type and season signific.ntly affec.ed TOc. TN, and the dynamic. of mic.obial biomass and ac.ivity. As the most anthropogenic.lly disturbed land use pattern, dam land was an optimal land use pattern for TOc.sequestration due to its higher TOc.and TN, but lower mic.obial ac.ivity. Soil TOc. TN, and mic.obial properties demonstrated a dec.easing trend after natural grassland was c.nverted to shrubland,forest, and rainfed slope land. Shrubland with exotic.N-fixing Korshinsk peashrub(c.ragana korshinskii Kom.) c.n maintain TOc. TN, and mic.obial properties similar to those in grassland. Soil TOc. NH_(4+)^(-)N, TN, moisture, and extrac.able c.were the princ.pal indexes for soil mic.obial biomass and ac.ivity and explained 88.90% of the total varianc.. Thus, grassland was the optimal land use pattern in the water-wind erosion c.issc.oss region of the northern Loess Plateau to maintain ec.system stability and sustainability.
