Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a prevalent and aggressive liver *** interplay between bile acids(BAs)and the gut microbiota has emerged as a critical factor in HCC development and *** normal conditions,BA metabolism is tightly regulated through a bidirectional interplay between gut microorganisms and *** gut microbiota plays a critical role in BA metabolism,and BAs are endogenous signaling molecules that help maintain liver and intestinal *** note,dysbiotic changes in the gut microbiota during pathogenesis and cancer development can disrupt BA homeostasis,thereby leading to liver inflammation and fibrosis,and ultimately contributing to HCC ***,understanding the intricate interplay between BAs and the gut microbiota is crucial for elucidating the mechanisms underlying *** this review,we comprehensively explore the roles and functions of BA metabolism,with a focus on the interactions between BAs and gut microorganisms in ***,therapeutic strategies targeting BA metabolism and the gut microbiota are discussed,including the use of BA agonists/antagonists,probiotic/prebiotic and dietary interventions,fecal microbiota transplantation,and engineered *** summary,understanding the complex BA-microbiota crosstalk can provide valuable insights into HCC development and facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic approaches for liver malignancy.

Solar-driven photo-thermal catalytic CO_(2)methanation reaction is a promising technology to alleviate the problems posed by greenhouse gases ***,designing advanced photo-thermal catalysts remains a research challenge for CO_(2)methanation *** this work,a series of ABO3(A=lanthanide,B=transition metal)perovskite catalysts with Ce-substituted LaNiO3(La1-xCexNiO3,x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,1)were synthesized for CO_(2)*** La0.2Ce0.8NiO3 exhibited the highest ch4 formation rate of 258.9 mmol·g^(-1)·hcat-1,CO_(2)conversion of 55.4%and 97.2%ch4 selectivity at 300℃with the light intensity of 2.9 W·cm^(-2).Then the catalysts were thoroughly analyzed by physicochemical structure and optical properties *** partial substitution of the A-site provided more active sites for the adsorption and activation of CO_(2)/H_(2).The sources of the active sites were considered to be the oxygen vacancies(Ov)created by lattice distortions due to different species of ions(La^(3+),Ce^(4+),Ce^(3+))and exsolved Ni0 by H_(2)*** catalysts have excellent light absorption absorbance and low electron-hole(e-/h+)recombination rate,which greatly contribute to the excellent performance in photo-thermal synergistic catalysis(PTC)CO_(2)*** results of in situ irradiated electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer(ISI-EPR)and ISI-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)indicated that the aggregation of unpaired electrons near the defects and Ni metal(from La and Ce ions to Ov and Ni0)accelerated adsorption and activation of CO_(2)/H_(2).At last,the catalyst properties and structure were correlated with the proposed reaction mechanism from the in situ diffuse reflection infrared Fourier transform spectrum(DRIFTS)*** in situ precipitation of the B-site enhanced the dispersion of Ni,while its enriched photoelectrons upon illumination further promote hydrogen *** H^(*)spillover accelerated the rate-determining step(RDS)of H

The enhancement of the sensitivity for anthocyanin-based indicator films in food freshness monitoring in real time is important for *** this study,hydrophilic silica aerogel(SiO2 NA)was incorporated into corn starch(CS)/chitosan(ch)/rose anthocyanins(RACNs)-encapsulated potato amylopectin nanoparticles(APNPs)composite film to increase the sensitivity for shrimp freshness *** microstructure of films revealed that the gas absorption capacity was improved by amorphous SiO2 NA via hydrogen *** pore size(1.74–5.60 times),pore volume(3.92–5.60 times),and specific surface area(2.21–2.34 times)of films increased with the addition of SiO2 *** sensing of NH3 and pH and the reversibility of films were also ***,the pH-responsive films containing SiO2 NA changed visibly in color from purple–red to orange–gray and finally to gray,enabling effective monitoring of shrimp freshness during storage at 4°***,anthocyanin-based indicator films with improved sensitivity by adding SiO2 NA were successfully designed for monitoring shrimp freshness.

Co-combustion of methane(ch4)and acid gas(AG)is required to sustain the temperature in Claus reaction *** this study,oxy-fuel combustion of methane and acid gas has been experimentally studied in a diffusion *** equivalence ratios(ER=1.0,1.5,2.0)and ch_(4)-addition ratios(ch_(4)/AG=0.3,0.5,0.7)were examined and the flame was interpreted by analyzing the distributions of the temperature and species concentration along central ***_(4)-AG diffusion flame could be classified into three sections namely initial reaction,oxidation and complex reaction *** oxidation of ch_(4)and H_(2)S was noted in the first section wherein H_(2)S was preferred and both were mainly proceeding decomposition and partial ***_(2)was formed at oxidation section together with obvious presence of H2 and ***,H2 and CO were inclined to be sustained under fuel rich condition in the complex reaction *** ER and increasing ch4/AG contributed to higher temperature,H_(2)S and ch_(4)oxidation and CO_(2)*** a growing trend for ch_(4)and AG to convert into H_(2),CO and SO_(2)could be *** this factor enhanced the generation of CS2 and COS in the flame inner core by interactions of ch4 and CO_(2)with sulfur *** was formed through the interactions of CO and CO_(2)with sulfur *** CS_(2)production directly relied on reaction of ch_(4)with sulfur *** concentration of COS was greater than CS_(2)since CS_(2)was probably inhibited due to the presence of H_(2).COS and CS_(2)could be consumed by further oxidation or other complex reactions.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based edge computing is an emerging technology that provides fast task processing for a wider area. To address the issues of limited computation resource of a single UAV and finite communication resource in multi-UAV networks, this paper joints consideration of task offloading and wireless channel allocation on a collaborative multi-UAV computing network, where a high altitude platform station (HAPS)is adopted as the relay device for communication between UAV clusters consisting of UAV cluster heads (ch-UAVs) and mission UAVs (m-UAVs). We propose an algorithm, jointing task offloading and wireless channel allocation to maximize the average service success rate (ASSR)of a period time. In particular,the simulated annealing(SA)algorithm with random perturbations is used for optimal channel allocation,aiming to reduce interference and minimize transmission delay.A multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG) is proposed to get the best task offloading strategy. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the SA algorithm in channel allocation. Meanwhile,when jointly considering computation and channel resources,the proposed scheme effectively enhances the ASSR in comparison to other benchmark algorithms.

Genesis of the Jianbeigou Gold Deposit on the Southern Margin of the North china Craton: Insights from Fluid Inclusions, H-O-S Isotopes, and Pyrite in situ Trace Element Analyses

The Jianbeigou gold deposit is a typical lode gold deposit in the Qinling metallogenic belt, located on the southern margin of the North china Craton. Three stages of the hydrothermal process can be distinguished, including the quartz ± pyrite, quartz-polymetallic sulfide, and quartz-carbonate ± pyrite stages. From the early to late stages, the homogenization temperatures of primary fluid inclusions are 281–362°C, 227–331°C, and 149–261°C, respectively. The corresponding salinities estimated for these fluids are 3.9–9.9 wt%, 0.4–9.4 wt%, and 0.7–7.2 wt% Na Cl equiv. Combined with laser Raman spectroscopy data, the ore-forming fluid belongs to a H_(2)O-CO_(2)-Na Cl ± ch_4 system with medium–low temperature and salinity. The δ~(18)Ofluid and δD values for the quartz veins are-1.0‰ to 6.0‰ and-105‰ to-84‰, respectively, which indicates that the ore-forming fluid is of mixed source, mainly derived from magma, with a contribution from meteoric water. Pyrite has been identified into three generations based on mineral paragenetic sequencing, including Py1, Py2, and Py3. The pyrites have δ~(34)S sulfur isotopic compositions from three stages between 3.7‰ and 8.4‰, indicating that sulfur mainly originated from magma. Te, Bi, Sb, and Cu contents in pyrite were all high and showed a strong correlation with Au concentrations. Native gold and the Au-Ag-Bi telluride minerals were formed concurrently, and the As concentration was low and decoupled from the Au content. Therefore, Te, Bi, Sb and other low-melting point chalcophile elements play an important role for gold mineralization in arsenic-deficient ore-forming fluid. Combined with the geological setting, evolution of pyrite, and ore-fluids geochemistry, we propose that the Jianbeigou deposit can be classified as a magmatic–hydrothermal lode gold deposit. Gold mineralization on the southern margin of the North china Craton is related to Early Cretaceous magmatism and formed in an extensional setting.

基于层级结构思路构建了包含24组分和25步基元反应的自燃MMH-NTO简化燃烧反应机理***25机理中MMH-NTO燃烧反应过程包括冷反应(积累热量和自由基)、着火反应(快速放热)、高温燃烧反应(反应平衡)3个阶段.反应机理包含了ch_(3)NHNH_(2)逐步脱氢反应、HONO分解反应、小分子及自由基反应与高温分解反应等.温度敏感性分析表明燃烧温度对ch_(3)NHNH_(2)与ch_(3)NNH脱氢反应最为敏感;热释放速率分析表明ch_(3)NNH与HCO的氧化反应对热释放贡献最大,而HONO分解反应吸热效应最显著,H_(2)O分解反应促使反应由快速放热转为平衡反应;着火延迟敏感性分析表明其对R2反应最为敏感,反应(R2)活化能值对能否发生自着火至关重要;氧燃比影响分析表明,终产物H_(2)O与N_(2)非同步达峰在近当量燃烧区域产生了温度对氧燃比变化不敏感的平台区.与已有简化机理相比,Mech25机理对MMH-NTO反应终态温度预测最为准确,其值与详细机理偏差仅为0.2%.
