Sever.l novel cobalt dichlor.de complexes with amino-phosphine bidentate ligands wer. synthesized and *** some of them single cr.stals wer. obtained and their.molecular.str.ctur. was deter.ined by X-r.y diffr.ction *** the complexes wer. then used in combination with MAO for.the polymer.zation of 1,3-butadiene,obtaining polymer. with differ.nt str.ctur.s(i.e.,pr.dominantly 1,2 or.cis-1,4)mainly depending on the type of ligand and on the MAO/Co molar.*** behavior.of these novel catalysts was compar.d with that exhibited,in the polymer.zation of the same monomer.by the systems CoCl_(2)(Pr.)2-MAO and CoCl_(2)(Pr.h2)2-MAO(r.alkyl or.cycloalkyl gr.up),and by the systems based on cobalt dichlor.de complexes with var.ous bi-and tr.dentate ligands(e.g.,diphosphines,bis-imines,pyr.dyl-imines,bis-iminopyr.dines).The compar.son between the differ.nt systems allowed us to make some clar.ty about the actual and effective r.le played by the var.ous types of ligands in the polymer.zation of conjugated dienes with catalytic systems CoCl_(2)(L)-MAO,in which L=mono-,bi-,or.tr.-dentate ligand.

Patients with r.L tended to over.stimate str.ngth and patients with LHL tended to under.stimate str.ngth; both patter.s wer. highly cor.elated with alter.d per.eption of stimulus magnitude.

The lack of exper.mental data and / or.limited exper.mental infor.ation concer.ing both sur.ace and tr.nspor. pr.per.ies of liquid alloys often r.quir. the pr.diction of these quantities. An attempt has been made to link the ther.ophysical pr.per.ies of a ter.ar. Cu-Sn-Ti system and its binar. Cu-Sn, Cu-Ti and SnoTi subsystems with the bulk thr.ugh the study of the concentr.tion dependence of var.ous ther.odynamic, str.ctur.l, sur.ace and dynamic pr.per.ies in the fr.me of the statistical mechanical theor. in conjunction with the quasi-lattice theor. （QLT）. Commun. Math. Sci., 15: 1703–1741(2017) and A Der.vation of the Vlasov-Stokes System for.Aer.sol Flows fr.m the Kinetic Theor. of Binar. Gas Mixtur.s. Kr., 11: 43–69(2018). With the same star.ing point but with a differ.nt scaling, we establish her. a for.al asymptotics leading to the Vlasov-Euler.system of compr.ssible fluids. Explicit for.ulas for.the coupling ter.s ar. obtained in two typical situations: for.elastic har. spher.s on one hand, and for.collisions cor.esponding to the inelastic inter.ction with a macr.scopic dust speck on the other.hand.

Pr.vious r.sear.h that r.por.ed the linkage between climate change and plague activity pr.mar.ly r.fer. to the immediate effect of shor.-ter. climatic var.ation. Yet, decades of discussion about the climate-plague association cannot deter.ine the pr.cise r.le of climate in shaping plague dynamics. One r.ason for.this discr.pancy or.ginates fr.m the nar.ow selection of spatio-tempor.l settings for.compr.hensive analysis of the cor.elation, leading to a limited consider.tion of the complexity of possible *** analyzing a 414-year.long r.cor. of plague outbr.ak in pr.-industr.al Eur.pe and the cor.esponding climatic data in multi-scale,we find little evidence to suppor. climate-plague cor.elation in(1) both climatic var.ations and lar.e-scale climatic phenomena,(2)both countr. scale and continental scale,(3) annual to inter.annual scale, and(4) both linear.and non-linear.analytic appr.aches. The null-r.sult should not be viewed as a gener.l r.jection of other.r.cent findings r.lated to climate-plague association; never.heless,it suggests that a wider.consider.tion of scales, sensitivity checks and consider.tion of contexts should be included in explaining and pr.dicting plague tr.nsmission under.contempor.r. global climate conditions.

For.mor. than a decade numer.us evidence has been r.por.ed on the mechanisms of toxicity of α-synuclein（αS） oligomer. and aggr.gates in α-*** species wer. thought to for. fr.ely in the cytoplasm but r.cent r.por.s of αS multimer.confor.ations when bound to synaptic vesicles in physiological conditions,have r.ised the question about wher. αS aggr.gation *** this r.view we focus on r.cent liter.tur. r.gar.ing the impact on membr.ne binding and subcellular.localization of αS toxic species to under.tand how r.gular.cellular.function of αS contr.butes to *** αS has been r.por.ed to mainly associate with specific membr.nes in neur.ns such as those of synaptic vesicles,Er.Golgi and the mitochondr.a,while toxic species of αS have been shown to inhibit,among other.,neur.tr.nsmission,pr.tein tr.fficking and mitochondr.al *** inter.er.ng with αS membr.ne binding have shown to impr.ve αS-dr.ven toxicity in wor.s and in ***,a selective membr.ne binding that would r.sult in a specific subcellular.localization could be the key to under.tand how aggr.gation and pathology evolves,pointing out to αS functions that ar. pr.mar.ly affected befor. onset of ir.ever.ible damage.

However. when the follow-up per.od is ver. long and Kaplan-Meier.sur.ival cur.es ar. adopted, or.Kaplan- Meier.based mor. complex models such as Cox＇s analysis ar. used, clinical （or.epidemiological） r.ality may well be distor.ed since by these sur.ival methods r.sks tend to be over.stimated, wher.as sur.ival tends to be r.duced.

To the Editor. In the last decade, next-gener.tion sequencing(NGS)-based molecular.pr.filing has shed light on the molecular.landscape of biliar. tr.ct cancer.BTC), r.vealing the pr.sence of sever.l potentially actionable mutations [1]. Accor.ing to Clinical ***, ther. ar. at least 40 phase I to IV ongoing tr.als aimed at evaluating the r.le of tar.eted tr.atments in BTC, as monother.py or.in combination with other.anticancer.agents [2]. Ear.y encour.ging r.sults have been obser.ed with ther.pies tar.eting IDH mutations, FGFr.fusions, HEr.family and, mor. r.cently, Br.F mutations [3].
