Thyroid cancer(TC)is the most common malignancy of the endocrine system and has been rapidly increasing in incidence over the past few *** TCs metastasize quickly and often levy poor prognoses,as they are frequently resistant to first-line treatment *** diagnosed with aggressive,dedifferentiated TC have a prognosis of under a year with the most current treatment *** many cancers,TCs also exhibit altered cell metabolism,which enhances the cell’s ability to generate energy,protect against reactive oxygen species,and synthesize macromolecules such as lipids,proteins,and nucleotides for *** and enzyme profiling of TC tissues and cell lines have uncovered several dysregulated metabolic pathways such as glycolysis,the pentose phosphate pathway,glutamine metabolism,and pyrimidine *** aberrations are most often due to overexpression of rate-limiting enzymes or metabolite *** pathways pose attractive therapeutic targets in aggressive TC and may serve to work in tandem with standard therapeutics such as kinase inhibitors depending on the genetic,metabolic,and signaling backgrounds of individual *** studies are needed to clearly delineate altered metabolic targets across TC subtypes for implementing therapeutic metabolic inhibitors that have shown success in other aggressive tumors.

The aim of this research is to study the floatation deinking abilities of black mold enzyme and chemicals in newsprint paper application. In this experiment, the properties of deinked pulp from three different additives--chemicals, black mold enzyme, and chemicals together with black mold enzyme, are studied. The first part of the experiment was to find the optimal amount of chemicals and the optimal pH through the use of sodium hydroxide and surfactant. As a result, 0.2% of sodium hydroxide and 0.4% of surfactant on oven dried weight at pH 9 was found to be the optimal condition for the deinked pulp to yield the lowest Eric （effective residual concentration） and the highest brightness. The second part of the experiment was to find the optimal amount of black mold enzyme used in the deinking process. As a result, the optimal condition for deinked pulp to retain the lowest Eric and the highest brightness was 100 ppm of black mold enzyme and 10 minutes of enzyme reaction time. The third part of experiment was to study the de-inking ability of black mold enzyme and chemicals. Consequently, with 30 min of chemicals reaction time and 60 min of black mold reaction time, the deinked pulp retained low Eric but higher brightness.

Firmness is one of the most important fruit quality traits in *** postharvest shelf life of this soft fruit is highly limited by the loss of firmness,where cell wall disassembly plays an important *** studies demonstrated that the polygalacturonase FaPG1 has a key role in remodelling pectins during strawberry *** this study,FaPG1 knockout strawberry plants have been generated using the CRIsPR/Cas9 system delivered via Agrobacterium *** independent lines,cv.“Chandler”,were obtained,and all of them were successfully edited as determined by PCR amplification and T7 endonuclease *** targeted mutagenesis insertion and deletion rates were analyzed using targeted deep *** percentage of edited sequences varied from 47%up to almost 100%,being higher than 95%for seven of the selected *** analyses showed that 7 out of the eight lines analyzed produced fruits significantly firmer than the control,ranging from 33 to 70%increase in *** was a positive relationship between the degree of FaPG1 editing and the rise in fruit *** changes were observed in other fruit quality traits,such as colour,soluble solids,titratable acidity or anthocyanin *** fruits showed a reduced softening rate during postharvest,displayed a reduced transpirational water loss,and were less damaged by Botrytis cinerea *** analysis of four potential off-target sites revealed no mutation *** conclusion,editing the FaPG1 gene using the CRIsPR/Cas9 system is an efficient method for improving strawberry fruit firmness and shelf life.

Three surface integral approaches of the acoustic analogies are studied to predict the noise from three concep- tual configurations of three-dimensional high-lift low-noise wings. The approaches refer to the Kirchhoff method, the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings （FW-H） method of the permeable integral surface and the Curle method that is known as a special case of the FW-H method. The first two approaches are used to compute the noise generated by the core flow region where the energetic structures exist. The last approach is adopted to predict the noise specially from the pressure perturbation on the wall. A new way to con- struct the integral surface that encloses the core region is proposed for the first two methods. Considering the local properties of the flow around the complex object-the actual wing with high-lift devices-the integral surface based on the vorticity is constructed to follow the flow structures. The surface location is discussed for the Kirchhoff method and the FW-H method because a common surface is used for them. The noise from the core flow region is studied on the basis of the dependent integral quantities, which are indicated by the Kirchhoff formulation and by the FW-H formulation. The role of each wall component on noise contribution is analyzed using the Curle formulation. Effects of the volume integral terms of Lighthill＇s stress tensors on the noise pre-diction are then evaluated by comparing the results of the Curle method with the other two methods.

AIM: To investigate potential roles of per rectal portal scintigraphy in diagnosis of esophageal varices and predicting the risk of ***: Fifteen normal subjects and fifty cirrhotic patients with endoscopically confirmed esophageal varices were included. Patients were categorized into bleeder and non-bleeder groups according to history of variceal bleeding. All had completed per rectal portal scintigraphy using 99mTechnetium pertechnetate. The shunt index was calculated from the ratio of 99mTechnetium pertechnetate in the heart and the liver. Data were analyzed using student’s t-test and receiver operating ***: Cirrhotic patients showed a higher shunt index than normal subjects (63.80 ± 25.21 vs 13.54 ± 6.46, P s with variceal bleeding showed a higher shunt index than those without bleeding (78.45 ± 9.40 vs 49.35 ± 27.72, P shunt index of over 20% indicated the presence of varices and that of over 60% indicated the risk of variceal ***: In cirrhotic patients, per rectal portal scintigraphy is a clinically useful test for identifying esophageal varices and risk of variceal bleeding.

在300～5000℃、应变速率为0.1～0.0001 s-1的条件下,在万能试验机上对Al-5.6Zn-2Mg铝合金进行热压缩试验,以确定动态再结晶开始时的加工硬化速率曲线σc(εc)以及关键特征σc(εc)、σp(εp)和σss与Z系数之间的相关性。使用了四个本构模型,Arrhenius模型、改进的Johnson-Cook模型(MJC)、改进的Zerilli-Armstrong模型(MZA)和开发的人工神经网络(ANN)。结果表明,ANN型模型和Arrhenius模型的相对误差的绝对平均值最低,分别为0.486%和3.36%,MZA型模型和MJC型模型的相对误差的绝对平均值较高,分别为8.84%和3.93%。由于Arrhenius模型能够处理各种因素之间的非线性关系,因此它被认为是最合适的预测模型,但在材料性质未知或实验数据有限的情况下,MJC模型可能是一种更简单的替代方法。MZA模型不适合估计热压缩时的流变应力。此外,训练最好的神经网络模型的预测性能最好,相对误差的绝对平均值为0.486%,R值为0.99。

Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） gave images of air jets from orifices in the distributor plate of a bed of poppy seeds. Attention focused on two features：（1） The interaction between nearby vertical jets from two, three or four orifices; （2） Wall effects, where one or more orifices created vertical jets near the vertical wall of the cylinder containing the particle bed. The results show that nearby jets are mutually attracted. Likewise a jet near a wall bends out of the vertical, towards the wall, For multiple adjacent jets, the jet lengths show dependence on orifice layout： the lengths are in reasonable agreement with published measurements, by other methods, for single jets. The MRI gives three-dimensional images of the single jets and of multiple jets, separate or merging.
