The existing concepts of picture fuzzy sets(PFS),spherical fuzzy sets(SFSs),T-spherical fuzzy sets(T-SFSs)and neutrosophic sets(NSs)have numerous applications in decision-making problems,but they have various strict limitations for their satisfaction,dissatisfaction,abstain or refusal *** relax these strict constraints,we introduce the concept of spherical linearDiophantine fuzzy sets(SLDFSs)with the inclusion of reference or control parameters.A SLDFSwith parameterizations process is very helpful formodeling uncertainties in themulti-criteria decisionmaking(MCDM)*** can classify a physical systemwith the help of reference *** discuss various real-life applications of SLDFSs towards digital image processing,network systems,vote casting,electrical engineering,medication,and selection of optimal *** show some drawbacks of operations of picture fuzzy sets and their corresponding aggregation *** new operations on picture fuzzy sets are also *** fundamental operations on SLDFSs and different types of score functions of spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy numbers(SLDFNs)are *** aggregation operators named spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy weighted geometric aggregation(SLDFWGA)and spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy weighted average aggregation(SLDFWAA)operators are developed for a robust MCDM *** application of the proposed methodology with SLDF information is *** comparison analysis of the final ranking is also given to demonstrate the validity,feasibility,and efficiency of the proposed MCDM approach.

The Cloud computing paradigm facilitates customers to have on demand access to cloud *** leads to a large amount of physical machines and data centers in order to satisfy the requirements of customers,which are constantly on the *** progress in the quantity of running physical machines is directly proportionate to the rise in the energy ***,saving of energy utilization has become one of the foremost challenges of Cloud data *** minimize the energy consumption,a new technique with an adaptive threshold virtual machine replacement（VMR）algorithm that decreases the number of active physical machines in the Cloud data center was *** scheme is being broadly applied across Information Technology infrastructure owing to its many benefits such as efficient resource utilization,ease of management,minimized energy *** machine is the basic unit of scheduling for saving energy consumption in Cloud data *** replacement algorithm expands the performance of the whole system by efficiently balancing the load through physical *** is an important feature for Cloud computing data centers that has recently attracted considerable *** consumption is not measured in most of the migration *** our thesis,we design a novel energy efficient approach that aims to minimize the energy consumption without reducing the Quality of Service（QoS）for users deadline requirements in Cloud data *** also propose a VM replacement algorithm for QoS and energyawareness in cloud data *** experimentally match the performance of our algorithm with other advanced algorithms（i.e.,the random algorithm and the first-fit algorithm）.The experimental results illustrate that our solution improves first fit and random algorithms by twice and four times respectively,and is also energy efficient with reliable QoS while ensuring high level of Service Level Agreement（SLA）.

Static and adaptive feedback control for synchronization of different chaotic oscillators with mutually Lipschitz nonlinearities

This paper addresses the control law design for synchronization of two different chaotic oscillators with mutually Lipschitz nonlinearities. For analysis of the properties of two different nonlinearities, an advanced mutually Lipschitz condition is proposed. This mutually Lipschitz condition is more general than the traditional Lipschitz condition. Unlike the latter, it can be used for the design of a feedback controller for synchronization of chaotic oscillators of different dynamics. It is shown that any two different Lipschitz nonlinearities always satisfy the mutually Lipschitz condition. Applying the mutually Lipschitz condition, a quadratic Lyapunov function and uniformly ultimately bounded stability, easily designable and implementable robust control strategies utilizing algebraic Riccati equation and linear matrix inequalities, are derived for synchronization of two distinct chaotic oscillators. Furthermore, a novel adaptive control scheme for mutually Lipschitz chaotic systems is established by addressing the issue of adaptive cancellation of unknown mismatch between the dynamics of different chaotic systems. The proposed control technique is numerically tested for synchronization of two different chaotic Chua＇s circuits and for obtaining identical behavior between the modified Chua＇s circuit and the R6ssler system.

Effects of the wall properties on unsteady peristaltic flow of an Eyring-Powell fluid in a three-dimensional rectangular duct

In the present investigation, peristaltic flow Powell） has been taken into consideration in of non-Newtonian fluid model （Eyring- a cross-section of three-dimensional rect- angular channel. The flow is taken to be unsteady and incompressible. The observations are made under the limitations of low Reynolds number and long wavelength which helps in reducing the governing equations. The walls of the channel are supposed to be compliant. The obtained equations are nonlinear partial differential equation of second order and have been solved analytically by using series solution technique. The achieved results are then portrayed graphically to see the variation of various emerging parame- ters on the profile of velocity. The stream functions have also been sketched in order to discuss the trapping behavior of the circular bolus.

The way towards generating a website front end involves a designersettling on an idea for what kind of layout they want the website to have, thenproceeding to plan and implement each aspect one by one until they haveconverted what they initially laid out into its Html front end form, this processcan take a considerable time, especially considering the first draft of the designis traditionally never the final one. This process can take up a large amountof resource real estate, and as we have laid out in this paper, by using a Modelconsisting of various Neural Networks trained on a custom dataset. It can beautomated into assisting designers, allowing them to focus on the other morecomplicated parts of the system they are designing by quickly generating whatwould rather be straightforward busywork. Over the past 20 years, the boomin how much the internet is used and the sheer volume of pages on it demands ahigh level of work and time to create them. For the efficiency of the process, weproposed a multi-model-based architecture on image captioning, consisting ofConvolutional neural network (CNN) and Long short-term memory (LSTM)models. Our proposed approach trained on our custom-made database can beautomated into assisting designers, allowing them to focus on the other morecomplicated part of the system. We trained our model in several batches overa custom-made dataset consisting of over 6300 files and were finally able toachieve a Bilingual Evaluation Understudy (BLEU) score for a batch of 50hand-drawn images at 87.86%.

An Improved Model Reduction Method on AIMs for N-S Equations Using Multilevel Finite Element Method and Hierarchical Basis

A numerical method is proposed to approach the Approximate Inertial Man-ifolds(AIMs)in unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations,using multilevel fi-nite element method with hierarchical basis *** AIMS,the unknown variables,velocity and pressure in the governing equations,are divided into two com-ponents,namely low modes and high ***,the couplings between low modes and high modes,which are not accounted by standard Galerkin method,are consid-ered by AIMs,to improve the accuracy of the numerical ***,the multilevel finite element method with hierarchical basis functions is introduced to approach low modes and high modes in an efficient *** an example,the flow around airfoil NACA0012 at different angles of attack has been simulated by the method presented,and the comparisons show that there is a good agreement between the present method and experimental *** particular,the proposed method takes less computing time than the traditional *** a conclusion,the present method is efficient in numer-ical analysis of fluid dynamics,especially in computing time.
