A method based upon the weighted total cross section （WTCS） theory is proposed to calculate the photo-ionisation cross sections and the radiative recombination rate coefficients between the fundamental level of CO and the main electronic states of its corresponding ion. Total photo-ionisation cross sections and radiative recombination rate coefficients are determined from the calculation of elementary vibrational photo-ionisation cross sections. Transitions be- tween CO＋（X, A and B） and CO（X） are considered. Total photo-ionisation cross sections and recombination coefficients are computed in the temperature interval 500-15000 K.

Endosonography （EUS） has an estimated long learning curve including the acquisition of both technical and cognitive skills. Trainees in EUS must learn to master intraprocedural steps such as echoendoscope handling and ultrasonographic imaging with the interpretation of normal anatomy and any pathology. In addition, there is a need to understand the periprocedural parts of the EUS-examination such as the indications and contraindications for EUS and potential adverse events that could occur post-EUS. However, the learning process and progress vary widely among endosono-graphers in training. Consequently, the performance of a certain number of supervised procedures duringtraining does not automatically guarantee adequate competence in EUS. Instead, the assessment of EUS-competence should preferably be performed by the use of an assessment tool developed specifically for the evaluation of endosonographers in training. Such a tool, covering all the different steps of the EUS-procedure, would better depict the individual learning curve and better refect the true competence of each trainee. This mini-review will address the issue of clinical education in EUS with respect to the evaluation of endosonographers in training. The aim of the article is to provide an informative overview of the topic. The relevant literature of the field will be reviewed and discussed. The current knowledge on how to assess the skills and competence of endosonographers in training is presented in detail.

In this paper, we use a recent works [5], where the authors provide a new ap-proach for pseudo almost periodic solution under the measure theory, under Acquistpace-Terreni conditions, we make extensive use of interpolation spaces and exponential di-chotomy techniques to obtain the existence of μ-pseudo almost periodic solutions tosome classes of nonautonomous partial evolution equations.

In this work, a characterization of the doubly-weighted Bohr spectrum of an almost periodic function is given. We showed precisely that such a spectrum is either empty or coincides with the Bohr spectrum of that function. Next, we investigate the existence of doubly-weighted pseudo-almost periodic solutions to some classes of non-autonomous partial evolution equations.

In this paper a nonlinear Euler-Poisson-Darboux system is *** a first part,we proved the genericity of the hypergeometric functions in the development of exact solutions for such a system in some special cases leading to Bessel type differential ***,a finite difference scheme in two-dimensional case has been *** continuous system is transformed into an algebraic quasi linear discrete one leading to generalized Lyapunov-Sylvester *** discrete algebraic system is proved to be uniquely solvable,stable and convergent based on Lyapunov criterion of stability and Lax-Richtmyer equivalence theorem for the convergence.A numerical example has been provided at the end to illustrate the efficiency of the numerical scheme developed in section *** present method is thus proved to be more accurate than existing ones and lead to faster algorithms.

AIM: To assess the long-term effects of physical activity on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) symptoms and on quality of life, fatigue, depression and ***: Seventy-six patients from a previous randomized controlled interventional study on increased physical activity in IBS were asked to participate in this long-term follow-up study. The included patients attended one visit in which they filled out questionnaires and they underwent a submaximal cycle ergometer test. The primary end point was the change in the IBS Severity Scoring System(IBS-SSS) at baseline, i.e., before the intervention and at follow-up. The secondary endpoints were changes in quality of life, fatigue, depression and ***: A total of 39 [32 women, median age 45(28-61) years] patients were included in this followup. Median follow-up time was 5.2(range: 3.8-6.2) years. The IBS symptoms were improved compared with baseline [IBS-SSS: 276(169-360) vs 218(82-328), P = 0.001]. This was also true for the majority of the dimensions of psychological symptoms such as disease specific quality of life, fatigue, depression and anxiety. The reported time of physical activity during the week before the visit had increased from 3.2(0.0-10.0) h at baseline to 5.2(0.0-15.0) h at follow-up, P = 0.019. The most common activities reported were walking, aerobics and cycling. There was no significant difference in the oxygen uptake 31.8(19.7-45.8) m L per min per kg at baseline vs 34.6(19.0-54.6) m L/min per kg at ***: An intervention to increase physical activity has positive long-term effects on IBS symptoms and psychological symptoms.

AIM: To compare the results for endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided drainage of clear fluid pancreatic pseudocysts with the results for abscess drainage. METHODS: All patients referred for endoscopic drainage of a fluid collection were prospectively included. The outcome was recorded. RESULTS: Altogether 26 pseudocysts or abscesses were treated in 25 (6 female) patients. One endoscopist performed the procedures. Non-infected pseudocysts were present in 15 patients and 10 patients had infected fluid collections. The cyst size ranged between 28 cm × 13 cm and 5 cm × 5 cm. The EUS drainage was successful in 94% of the pseudocysts and in 80% of the abscesses (P = 0.04). The complication rate in pseudocysts was 6% and in abscesses was 30% (P = 0.02). Recurrence of a pseudocyst occurred in one patient (4%) after 6 mo; the patient was successfully retreated. CONCLUSION: EUS-guided drainage of pseudocysts is associated with a higher success rate and a lower complication rate compared with abscess drainage.

In the present paper a numerical method is developed to approximate the solution of two-dimensional Nonlinear Schrodinger equation in the presence of a sin- gular potential. The method leads to generalized Lyapunov-Sylvester algebraic opera- tors that are shown to be invertible using original topological and differential calculus issued methods. The numerical scheme is proved to be consistent, convergent and sta- ble using the Lyapunov criterion, lax equivalence theorem and the properties of the generalized Lyapunov-Sylvester operators.

Environmental flows are generally characterized by complex bed morphology and high current *** configurations favor the formation of vortex structures that strongly affect hydrody-namics and sediment transport. Large-Eddy Simulation(LES) enables investigation of the dynam-ics of the largest turbulence scales and, thanks to enhanced calculation resources, has now become applicable for simulating environmental flows. In this paper, a LES approach is developed in a CFD code(TELEMAC-3 D),which was originally developed to simulate free surface flows using RANS methods. The present developments involve implementing subgrid models, boundary con-ditions and numerical schemes suitable for LES. The LES version of TELEMAC-3 D was validated by comparing results on the model with experimental data for flow past a cylinder. Then, the model was applied to a test case representing flow over dunes. After validating the hydrodynamics, the model was used to assess the bottom shear stress,using both a RANS and a LES approach. Com-parison highlighted the potential contribution of LES to investigating the hydrodynamic forces acting on the bottom.
