The characteristics of petroliferous plays in subtle traps within a sequence stratigraphic framework in the Dongying Depression are investigated in this *** bodies within lowstand systems tracts(LSTs)of sequences,comprising incisedchannel fills,sublacustrine fans,deltas in LSTs,controlled by syndepositional normal faults,and sand bodies within transgressive systems tracts(TSTs)to early highstand systems tracts(HSTs),consisting of beach bars,and turbidites,controlled by the prodelta slope,paleorelief,and syndepositional normal faults,are good subtle *** and shale of deep lake subfacies in TSTs to early HSTs of sequences are source and cap *** overpressure is the dominant dynamic factor for hydrocarbon migration from source rock to the subtle *** faults,sand bodies,and unconformities function as conduit *** bodies distributed in the abnormal overpressure source rocks within LSTs to early HSTs are petroliferous plays in lithologic *** petroliferous plays in stratigraphic traps are controlled by unconformities at margins of the Depression.

Glycerol carbonate,an important glycerol value-added product,has been widely used as an active intermediate and inert solvent in the synthesis of cosmetics,detergents,chemical intermediates,polymers,and so *** direct carbonylation from glycerol with CO_(2)is considered a promising route,but still tough work due to the thermodynamic stability and the kinetic inertness of CO_(2).In this work,highlyselective direct carbonylation of glycerol and CO_(2)into glycerol carbonate has been achieved over highly dispersed MgInCe-mixed metal oxides(MgInCe-MMO),which were prepared through the topological transformation derived from the MgInCe-layered double hydroxides(MgInCe-LDHs).By precisely modulating the surface basic-acidic properties and the oxygen vacancies,an efficient carbonylation of glycerol with CO_(2)has been achieved with a selectivity of up to>99%to glycerol *** investigation into the synergistic catalysis of base-acid sites and oxygen vacancies has been clarified.

Cavitation is one of the main causes of deteriorating stability of bulb *** enhance their stability,this study examines the effects of runner cavitation on draft tube pressure fluctuation and vibration in bulb turbine through experimental *** varying cavitation coefficients,a synchronous test system,including a high-speed camera,vibration acceleration sensors and pressure pulsation sensors,is applied to obtain cavitation images of the runner,vibration and internal fluid pressure pulsation data of the draft *** results show that the correlated component of pressure pulsation signals during the cavitation process is the synchronous pressure pulsation of 16f_(n)With the development of cavitation,the amplitude of synchronous pressure pulsation increases first and then *** enhances the high-frequency vibration on the wall of runner *** root mean square(rms)of the vertical vibration component IMF3,the horizontal vibration components IMF2,IMF4 are linearly negatively correlated with the cavitation *** associated component between cavitation-induced vibration and pressure pulsation signal is 16f_(n)and its *** the process of cavitation,pressure pulsation plays a leading role in vibration.

Catalysis has been regarded as an effective strategy to mitigate sluggish reaction kinetics and serious shuttle effect of Li-S ***,a spherical structure consists of ultrathin layered Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-TiN heterostructures(MX-TiN)through in-situ nitridation method is *** controllable nitridation,highly conductive TiN layer grew on the surface and close coupled with interior MXene to form unique 2D *** ultrathin heterostructure with only several nanometers in thickness enables outstanding ability to shorten electrons diffusion distance during electrochemical reactions and enlarge active surface with abundant adsorptive and catalytic ***,the(001)surface of TiN is dominated by metallic Ti-3d states,which ensures fast transmitting electrons from high conductive MX-TiN matrix and thus guarantees efficient catalytic *** and experiments demonstrate that polysulfides are strongly immobilized on MX-TiN,meanwhile the bidirectional reaction kinetics are catalytically enhanced by reducing the conversion barrier between liquid LiPSs and solid Li_(2)S_(2)/Li_(2)*** a result,the S/MX-TiN cathode achieves excellent long-term cyclability with extremely low-capacity fading rate of 0.022%over 1000 cycles and remarkable areal capacity of 8.27 mAh cm^(−2) at high sulfur loading and lean electrolytes.

The random copolymers of glutamic acid （LG） and aspartic acid （ASP）, poly（LG-co-ASP）, with designed compositions could be successfully synthesized via combination of N-carboxyanhydride ring opening copolymerization with debenzylation. ring opening copolymerizations of y：benzyl-L-glutamate N-carboxyanhydride （BLG-NCA） and β-benzyl-Laspartate N-carboxyanhydride （BLA-NCA） were carried out by using different amines including triethylamine （TEA）, diethylamine, n-hexylamine （NHA）, triphenylamine, diphenylamine or aniline as initiators. All the 6 amines were highly efficient to get well-defined poly（BLG-co-BLA） copolymers with designed compositions although the polymerizations proceeded via different mechanisms （normal amine mechanism or/and activated monomer mechanism）, which are based on chemical structure of amines. The molecular weights of poly（BLG-co-BLA） copolymers could be mediated by both TEA concentration and polymerization time. Then, debenzylation ofpoly（BLG-co-BLA） copolymers was conducted to prepare the corresponding hydrophilic random eopolymers of poly（LG-co-ASP） with a-subunit structure in ASP structural units. The contents of LG structural units in poly（LG-co-ASP） copolymers matched with those of BLG-NCA in NCA-monomer feeds in ring opening copolymerizations initiated by NHA or TEA and were closed to the theoretical line. The diblock copolymer of poly（BLG-b-BLA） could also be synthesized via living NCA ring opening copolymerization by sequential addition of BLG- NCA and BLA-NCA.

Proteomic analysis was performed on seedlings after different light treatments. A total of （1 350±31） protein spots was separated and visualized on each silver nitrate-stained two-dimensional gel using protein samples prepared from light-grown or etiolated seedlings with or without 6-9 h light treatment. Twenty-five protein spots （encoded by 19 genes） that were significantly accumulated upon light treatment were identified using the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry method. Functional proteomics indicated that these proteins involved mainly in chloroplast development, energy metabolism, cell cycle progression and membrane electron transport. For 18 of the protein-coding genes we identified through an internet search, the transcript levels of 17 genes matched roughly with their protein content in etiolated and green seedlings, suggesting that these genes were regulated by light mainly at the transcriptional level. Despite a very significant increase in the amount of proteins upon light treatment, similar RNA levels were found in dark-grown or green seedlings for the carbonic anhydrase gene At3g05100, indicating a possible post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism. Elucidation of light-induced protein accumulation will undoubtedly enhance our understanding of plant photomorphogenesis.

Computational Prediction of the Specificities of Proteasome Interaction With Antigen Protein

In the processing and presentation of antigenic peptides bound by the major histocompatibility complex （MHC） class I molecule, the ubiquitin-proteasome system of the eukaryotic cells plays an important role in proteolysis and degradation. The ubiquitinated protein substrate is delivered into the 26S proteasome to be digested and degraded. The proteasome degrading substrate is actually protein-protein interactions. Some researches of predicting proteasome cleave site rarely gave the information of the proteasome interacting with its substrate, and so the accuracy and reliability of these proteasome cleavage predictive methods still need to be improved. This paper used support vector machine method （SVM） to predict the proteasomal cleavage sites, and the predictive accuracy of the model was 82.8%. We showed analytically that the cleavage specificities of the cleavage sites ＂ ι＂ and its adjacent positions, and gave the information about the proteasome interacting with its substrate from our research results. It demonstrates that the proteasome cleaving to target protein is selective, but not random.

The direct conversion of ethanol to 1,1-diethoxyethane(DEE)through one-pot dehydrogenation-acetalization has attracted broad interest from both academia and *** on thermodynamics,the oxidative dehydrogenation of alcohol to acetaldehyde requires high temperature to activate oxygen to realize the C-H cleavage,while the acetalization of acetaldehyde with ethanol is exothermic reversible reaction favorable at low *** mismatching of the reaction condition for the two consecutive steps makes it a great challenge to achieve both high ethanol conversion and high DEE *** work reports a highly efficient bi-functional catalysis by Bi/BiCeO_(x)for one-pot oxidative dehydrogenation-acetalization route from ethanol to DEE under 150℃and ambient pressure,affording a selectivity of 98.5%±0.5%to DEE at an ethanol conversion of 87.0%±1.0%.An efficient tandem catalysis has been achieved on the interfacial Bi^(δ)+-Ov-Ce^(III)sites in Bi/BiCeO_(x)established by strong metal-support interaction,in which Biδ+-Ov-sites contribute to the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethanol at mild temperature,and-Ov-CeIII sites to the subsequent acetalization between the generated acetaldehyde and ethanol.

The effects of precipitation on the moist potential vorticity substance(MPVS) are investigated by analyzing the MPVS with precipitation mass forcing and its impermeability in daily 1°× 1° data of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research(NCEP/NCAR) over the Yangtze river Basin from 21 June to 2 July 1999. The results show that the positive MPVS anomalies appear mainly along the Mei-yu front, where the maximum MPVS collocates with the maximum surface rainfall. Rain case diagnoses indicate that the MPVS anomaly may be used as a dynamical signal to detect the location and shift of the rain band when its impermeability is considered.

We consider a face-to-face videoconferencing system that uses a Kinect camera at each end of the link for 3D modeling and an ordinary2 D display for output. The Kinect camera allows a 3D model of each participant to be transmitted;the(assumed static) background is sent ***, the Kinect tracks the receiver's head,allowing our system to render a view of the sender depending on the receiver's viewpoint. The resulting motion parallax gives the receivers a strong impression of 3D viewing as they move, yet the system only needs an ordinary 2D display. This is cheaper than a full3 D system, and avoids disadvantages such as the need to wear shutter glasses, VR headsets, or to sit in a particular position required by an autostereo *** studies show that users experience a greater sensation of depth with our system compared to a typical 2D videoconferencing system.
