Objective:To investigate the potential anti-aging mechanism of9-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxydalbergiquinol(HDDQ)on hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-induced oxidative stress in human dermal fibroblasts(HDFs).Methods:The effect of HDDQ on cell viability was assessed by MTT assay,and the effects of HDDQ on senescence-like phenotypes were determined by senescence-associatedβ-galactosidase(SA-β-gal)staining,Western blotting analysis,and a cell proliferation *** expression level and activity of sirtuin-1(SIRT1)induced by HDDQ were also ***:HDDQ reversed senescence-like phenotypes in the oxidant-challenged model,through reducing SA-β-gal activity and promoting cell ***,decreases in ac-p53,p21Cip1/WAF1,and p16Ink4a and an increase in p Rb were *** induced the expression of SIRT1 in a concentration-and time-dependent ***,HDDQ inhibited H2O2-induced phosphorylation of Akt by SIRT1 up-regulation and reduced SA-β-gal ***:HDDQ inhibits H2O2-induced premature senescence and upregulation of SIRT1 expression plays a vital role in the inhibition of the senescence phenotype in HDFs.

This study primarily investigates the rock fracture mechanism of bottom cushion layer blasting and explores the effects of the bottom cushion layer on rock *** involves analyses of the evolution patterns of blasting stress,characteristics of crack distribution,and rock fracture features in the ***,blasting model experiments were carried out using the dynamic caustics principle to investigate the influence of bottom cushion layers and initiation methods on the integrity of the bottom rock *** experimental results indicate that the combined use of bottom cushion layers and inverse initiation effectively protects the integrity of the bottom rock ***,the process of stress wave propagation and dynamic crack propagation in rocks was simulated using the continuum-discontinuum element method(CDEM)and the Landau explosion source model,with varying thicknesses of bottom cushion *** numerical simulation results indicate that with increasing cushion thickness,the absorption of energy generated by the explosion becomes more pronounced,resulting in fewer cracks in the bottom rock *** illustrates the positive role of the cushion layer in protecting the integrity of the bottom rock mass.

Developing a bridge capping layer between perovskite and hole transport layer materials（HTMs） in the n-i-p perovskite solar cells（pero-SCs） is an effective approach to modify the morphology of HTMs and passivate the perovskite ***, we select the quinoxaline-based bifunctional passivation agent, quinoxalin-6-yl-methylamine hydrochloride（Qx MACl）,as the bridging layer, and a D-A copolymer PBQ12 containing the same quinoxaline unit as an HTM for the n-i-p pero-SCs. Due to the π-π stacking among the common quinoxaline units in the bridge layer and HTM, Qx MACl induces the π-π stacking of the PBQ12 film and improves the film morphology of HTMs with better conductivity. Additionally, Qx MACl can effectively passivate the perovskite surface, and PBQ12 possesses appropriate energy levels and high hole mobility. The pero-SCs based on FAPbI3with PBQ12/Qx MACl treatment showed a higher power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 24.05% and outstanding stability, maintaining 95.4% and 92.1% of its initial PCE after 750 h of storage and after over 800 h of thermal annealing at 85 °C, respectively. To further enhance the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices, we developed a non-metal ion dopant for the PBQ12 HTM. Through trace doping of PBQ12 HTM by the non-metal ion dopant, the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices reached 25.24%（the calibrated PCE of 24.55% by the National Institute of Metrology, China）.

In an attempt to search for more potent positive inotropic agents, a series of 1-（benzylamino）-3-（4,5-dihydro[ 1,2,4]trizaolo[4,3- a]quinolin-7-yloxy）propan-2-ol derivatives was synthesized in four steps using 6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2（1H）-quinolinone as a starting material, and their positive inotropic activities were evaluated by measuring the coronary blood flow （CBF） and the left ventricular pressure （LVP） followed by calculating the rate of pressure development （dp/dtmax values） in the preparation of rat Langendorff＇s heart. Three compounds （5d, 5g, 5j） showed favorable activities, among which 5g was shown the most potent with dp/dtmax value of 9.7% and CBF value of 17.8% at a concentration of 1×10^-5 mol/L in our in vitro study.

A series of sulfonated polyimide copolymers as novel proton exchange materials were synthesized by the polycondensation of 1,4,5,8-naphthalene-tetracarboxylic dianhydride （NTDA）, sulfonated diamine based on pyridine group and diamine containing N-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole moiety. Flexible, transparent and tough membranes with high thermal stability and good mechanical properties were obtained. They exhibited good stability in boiling water and Fenton＇s reagent at 80 ℃. More interestingly, a nonlinear relationship between proton conductivities of the resulting membranes and the degree of sulfonation （DS） was observed. The membrane with 50% DS exhibited the maximum proton conductivity, which was due to the combinational contributions of sulfonic acid and N-pheny-1,2,4-triazole groups. Thus, the N-phenyl-l,2,4- triazole moiety in this study not only can depress water absorption but also increase proton conductivity, especially at low DS.

Monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides can normally exist in several structural polymorphs with distinct electrical,optical,and catalytic *** control of the relative stability and transformation of different phases in these materials is thus of critical importance for *** density functional theory calculations,we investigate the effects of low-work-function metal substrates including Ti,Zr,and Hf on the structural,electronic,and catalytic properties of monolayer MoS_(2) and WS_(2).The results indicate that such substrates not only convert the energetically stable structure from the 1H phase to the 1T'/1T phase,but also significantly reduce the kinetic barriers of the phase ***,our calculations also indicate that the 1T' phase of MoS_(2) with Zr or Hf substrate is a potential catalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction.

Changes in natural geographic features and landscape patterns directly influence the hydrology and non-point source pollution processes in the watershed;however,to slow down non-point source pollution,it is necessary to distinguish their *** the non-point source pollution process is interactional as a result of multiple factors,and the collinearity between multiple independent variables limits our ability of reason ***,taking the Burhatong river Basin,Northeast China as an example,the methods of hydrological simulation,geographic detectors,and redundancy analysis have been combined to determine the impact of natural geographic features and landscape patterns on non-point source pollution in the *** Soil&Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)has been adopted to simulate the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the *** results show that the proportions of agricultural land and forest area and the location-weighted landscape contrast index(LWLI)are the main indicators influencing the rivers total nitrogen and total *** interaction of these indicators with natural geographic features and landscape configuration indicators also significantly influences the changes in total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP).Natural geographical features and landscape patterns have different comprehensive effects on non-point source pollution in the dry and wet *** and TP loads are affected mainly by the change in landscape pattern,especially in the wet *** the ecological restoration program has improved forest coverage,the purification effect of increased forest coverage on the water quality in the watershed may be offset by the negative impact of increased forest *** high concentration and complexity of farmland patches increase the risk of non-point source pollution spread to a certain extent.

Controllable Synthesis of WO_3 Nanowires by Electrospinning and Their Photocatalytic Properties Under Visible Light Irradiation

Large amounts of WO3 nanowires were prepared on silicon substrates by electrospinning followed by appropriate calcinations in air using ammonium metatungstate（AMT） as WO3 source. Tunable densities and diameters of WO3 nanowires were achieved by changing the electrospinning time and the concentration of AMT in precursor ***/DSC analysis was used to direct the heating process. The effects of both solvent ratio and heating process on the morphology of the obtained nanowires were investigated. The morphology, structure, and chemical compositions of the tungsten oxide were characterized by SEM, XRD, and EDX, respectively. Results showed that monoclinic phase WO3 nanowires with diameters ranging from 100 to 200 nm were obtained after the appropriate heating process when the AMT concentration of the precursor solution increased from 10 to 20 wt%. The photocatalytic performance of the obtained WO3 nanowires under visible light irradiation（〉420 nm） was investigated in the degradation of Rhodamine B at room temperature in air.

Grain boundary segregation of minor arsenic and nitrogen at elevated temperatures in a microalloyed steel

Auger electron spectroscopy （AES） was used to investigate the grain boundary segregation of arsenic and nitrogen in a kind of microalloyed steel produced by a compact strip production （CSP） technology at 950 to 1100℃, which are similar to the hot working temperature of the steel on a CSP production line. It was discovered that arsenic segregated on grain boundaries when the steel was annealed at 950℃ for 2 h. When the annealing temperature increased to 1100℃, arsenic was also found to have segregated on grain boundaries in the early annealing stage, for instance, within the first 5 min annealing time. However, if the holding time of the steel at this temperature increased to 2 h, arsenic diffused away from grain boundaries into the matrix again. Nitrogen was not found to have segregated on grain boundaries when the steel was annealed at a relatively low temperature, such as 950℃. But when the annealing temperature increased to 1100℃, nitrogen was detected to have segregated at grain boundaries in the steel.

Gate valve is mainly used to turn on or turn off the pipeline in pneumatic *** the gate valve is fully open,the particles are easy to collide with the cavity rear wall and enter into the cavity,resulting in particles’accumulation in the *** particles in cavity will accumulate between the cavity bottom and the flashboard bottom wall and prevent the gate from turning off ***,the particles’collision with cavity rear wall will cause serious *** the particles’accumulation and erosion will cause the poor sealing of the gate valve,further resulting in the leakage of the pipeline *** reduce the particles’accumulation in cavity and erosion on cavity when the gate valve is fully open,we simplify the gate valve into a cavity structure and study *** find that adding a slope upstream the cavity can effectively reduce the particles’accumulation in the cavity and the erosion on the cavity rear *** this work,Eulerian-Lagrangian method in commercial code(FLUENT)was used to study the gas-solid two-phase flow and erosion characteristics of a cavity with a *** particle distribution shows that the particles with Stokes number St=1.3 and St=13 cannot enter the cavity due to the slope,but the particles with St=0.13 enter the cavity following the *** St=13,the particles collide with the wall many times in the ideal *** results show that the slope can transfer the erosion on cavity rear wall to the slope and reduce the maximum erosion rate of the wall near the cavity to some degrees.
