Classification of Conversational sentences Using an Ensemble Pre-Trained Language Model with the Fine-Tuned Parameter

Chinese Assam tea(Camellia sinensis ***)is an important tea crop with a long history of cultivation in Yunnan,*** its potential value as a genetic resource,its genetic diversity and domestication/breeding history remain *** address this issue,we genotyped 469 ancient tea plant trees representing 26 *** *** populations,plus two of its wild relatives(six and three populations of *** and ***,respectively)using 16 nuclear microsatellite *** showed that Chinese Assam tea has a relatively high,but comparatively lower gene diversity(H_(s)=0.638)than the wild relative ***(H_s=0.658).Clustering in sTRUCTURE indicated that Chinese Assam tea and its two wild relatives formed distinct genetic groups,with considerable interspecific *** Chinese Assam tea accessions clustered into three gene pools,corresponding well with their geographic ***,New Hybrids analysis indicated that 68.48%of ancient Chinese Assam tea plants from Xishuangbanna were genetic intermediates between the Puer and Lincang gene *** addition,10%of the ancient Chinese Assam tea individuals were found to be hybrids between Chinese Assam tea and *** results suggest that Chinese Assam tea was domesticated separately in three gene pools(Puer,Lincang and Xishuangbanna)in the Mekong River valley and that the hybrids were subsequently selected during the domestication *** the domestication history of Chinese Assam tea in southwestern Yunnan remains complex,our results will help to identify valuable genetic resources that may be useful in future tea breeding programs.

Laparoscopic management of remnant gall bladder with stones: Lessons from a tertiary care centre's experience

Objective:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is currently the gold standard for treating symptomatic gallstone *** its success,approximately 10%of patients may experience persistent biliary symptoms,leading to the post-cholecystectomy syndrome.A remnant gallbladder with cystic duct or bile duct stones is one of the causes of this *** objective of this study was to shed light on the clinical manifestations,evaluation,therapeutic strategies,and outcomes associated with laparoscopic management of symptomatic remnant ***:This was a retrospective study,conducted over a five-year period(January 2017 to December 2022)at Apollo Hospitals in south *** patients who underwent laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for a remnant gall bladder were *** following data were collected:patient demographics,symptoms,preoperative investigations,intraoperative details and post operative ***:In total,36 patients were included and *** majority of patients were male(25,69.4%),with a mean age of 50.7±12.1 *** most common presentation was pain in the upper abdomen or right upper quadrant region(24,66.7%).The laparoscopic approach was attempted in all patients,with a success rate of 94.4%.Two patients required conversion to open *** fistula to the colon was observed in one *** was observed in 7 patients(19.4%),and stone clearance was successfully achieved using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in all patients ***:Incomplete gall bladder removal either intentionally or unintentionally leaves a remnant gall bladder that is at risk for stone formation and *** who have this clinical entity with symptoms require a redo or complete cholecystectomy,a complex procedure associated with certain *** study highlights the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for the management of remnant gallbladder

Trusted Certified Auditor Using Cryptography for secure Data Outsourcing and Privacy Preservation in Fog-Enabled VANETs

With the recent technological developments,massive vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)have been established,enabling numerous vehicles and their respective Road side Unit(RsU)components to communicate with *** best way to enhance traffic flow for vehicles and traffic management departments is to share thedata they *** needs to be more protection for the VANET *** effective and safe methodof outsourcing is suggested,which reduces computation costs by achieving data security using a homomorphicmapping based on the conjugate operation of *** research proposes a VANET-based data outsourcingsystem to fix the *** keep data outsourcing secure,the suggested model takes cryptography models *** will keep the generated keys for the purpose of vehicle *** controlling and overseeingthe outsourced data while preserving privacy,the suggested approach considers the Trusted Certified Auditor(TCA).Using the secret key,TCA can identify the genuine identity of VANETs when harmful messages *** proposed model develops a TCA-based unique static vehicle labeling system using cryptography(TCA-UsVLC)for secure data outsourcing and privacy preservation in *** proposed model calculatesthe trust of vehicles in 16 ms for an average of 180 vehicles and achieves 98.6%accuracy for data encryption toprovide *** proposedmodel achieved 98.5%accuracy in data outsourcing and 98.6%accuracy in privacypreservation in fog-enabled *** curve cryptography models can be applied in the future for betterencryption and decryption rates with lightweight cryptography operations.

Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)represents a group of epithelial cell tumors classified based on their anatomic location along the biliary *** rare malignancy is often diagnosed at an advanced stage and deemed *** for those patients who are surgical candidates,recurrence rates are high and survival rates *** mainstay of therapy for advanced CCA remains cisplatin plus gemcitabine,with a median overall survival(mOs)under 12 months,although the TOPAZ-1 trial showed a survival benefit with the addition of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)*** recent years,molecular profiling has revealed a wealth of potentially targetable genetic alterations,including fibroblast growth factor receptor(FGFR)fusions,isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)mutations,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)amplification and overexpression,and microsatellite instability(MsI).These discoveries have prompted numerous clinical trials employing drugs against these specific genetic *** foundation laid by early clinical studies and the landscape of ongoing trials are both summarized *** the role of adjuvant therapy has yet to be defined in this disease,we emphasize the importance of employing targeted therapies in trials in the adjuvant and neoadjuvant spaces and discuss ways to overcome challenges due to low incidence of targetable *** medicine for this disease promises significant clinical benefit to patients,but further investigation is needed.

Due to the non-linearity in ozone(O_(3))formation,reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))may increase O_(3) *** the counteractive O_(3) response to NO_(x) reduction,overall impact of air pollution controls can be ambiguous when the assessments focus on the changes in pollutant *** this study,a risk-based method was used to gauge the net effect of air pollution controls on mortality risk in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei(BTH)region during the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics(WOP).This mega-event presents a unique opportunity to investigate the efficacy of deep cuts in pollutant *** show that O_(3) concentrations greatly increased as nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))concentrations decreased in the *** to the active photochemical formations,O_(3) became the dominant pollutant that affected human health during the *** the substantial O_(3) increases,the health benefits of NO_(2) reductions overwhelmed the adverse health effects of O_(3) increases in most regions of the BTH(at 81 out of 112 stations).After considering the impacts of particulate matter,the integrated health risk of air pollution mixtures declined almost everywhere in the *** results underscore the great necessity of changing the assessment paradigm of pollution control from using concentration-based methods to using risk-based *** with the carbon neutrality policy,stringent control of NO_(x)emission from combustion sources is a promising way to achieve synergistic control solutions for air pollution and climate change.
