Objective:To investigate the frequency of exoU and exoY genes in patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa ***:In this study,100 clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected from patients hospitalized in educational-therapeutic hospitals and were identified using standard microbiological ***,the antibiotic resistance pattern of the isolates was determined by the disk agar diffusion *** bacterial DNAs were extracted by the alkaline lysis ***,the presence of exoU and exoY genes was evaluated by the PCR ***:In this study,47%,72%,29%,39%,40%,and 44%of the isolates were non-susceptible to piperacillin,aztreonam,ceftazidime,imipenem,tobramycin,and ciprofloxacin,*** addition,95%and 93%of the clinical isolates carried the exoU and exoY *** and fecal isolates had both virulence genes,while only one wound isolate had neither ***,all urinary isolates contained the exoY gene and only one isolate lacked the exoU ***,88 isolates simultaneously had both exoU and exoY ***:High prevalence of exoU and exoY genes in this region indicates a significant role of typeⅢsecretion system in pathogenesis of Pseudomonas *** typeⅢsecretion system may be a suitable target to reduce the pathogenicity of this bacterium.

Effect of alumina and silica nanocomposite based on polyacrylamide on light and heavy oil recovery in presence of formation water using micromodel

Increasing world request for energy has made oil extraction from reservoirs more desirable. Many novel EOR methods have been proposed and utilized for this purpose. Using nanocomposites in chemical flooding is one of these novel methods. In this study, we investigated the impact of six injection solutions on the recovery of light and heavy oil with the presence of two different brines as formation water using a homogenous glass micromodel. All of the injection solutions were based on a 40,000 ppm Na Cl synthetic seawater(SSW), one of which was additive free and the others were prepared by dispersing nanocomposite silica-based polyacrylamide(NCSP), nanocomposite alumina-based polyacrylamide(NCAP), the combination of both nanocomposites silica and alumina based on polyacrylamide(NCSAP),surfactant(CTAB) and polyacrylamide(PAM) with a concentration of 1000 ppm as additives. The Stability of nanocomposites was tested against the salinity of the brine and temperature using salinity and DSC tests which were successful. Alongside stability tests, IFT, contact angle and oil recovery measurements were made. Visual results revealed that in addition to the effect of silica and alumina nanocomposite in reducing interfacial tension and wettability alteration, control of mobility ratio caused a major improvement in sweeping efficiency and oil recovery. According to the sweeping behavior of injected fluids, it was found that the main effect of surfactant was wettability alteration, for polyacrylamide was mobility control and for nanocomposites was the reduction of interfacial tension between oil and injected fluid, which was completely analyzed and checked out. Also, NCSAP with 95.83% and 70.33% and CTAB with 84.35% and 91% have the highest light oil recoveries at 250,000 ppm and 180,000 ppm salinity, respectively which is related to the superposition effect of interactions between nanocomposites, solution and oil. An Innovative Finite Element Geometric Modeling of Single-Layer Multi-Bead WAAMed Part

Finite element (FE) coupled thermal-mechanical analysis is widely used to predict the deformation and residualstress of wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) parts. In this study, an innovative single-layermulti-bead profilegeometric modeling method through the isosceles trapezoid function is proposed to build the FE model of theWAAMprocess. Firstly, a straight-line model for overlapping beads based on the parabola function was establishedto calculate the optimal center distance. Then, the isosceles trapezoid-based profile was employed to replace theparabola profiles of the parabola-based overlapping model to establish an innovative isosceles trapezoid-basedmulti-bead overlapping geometric model. The rationality of the isosceles trapezoid-based overlapping model wasconfirmed by comparing the geometric deviation and the heat dissipation performance index of the two overlappingmodels. In addition, the FE-coupled thermal-mechanical analysis, as well as a comparative experiment of thesingle-layer eight-bead deposition process show that the simulation results of the above two models agree with theexperimental results. At the same time, the proposed isosceles trapezoid-based overlappingmodels are all straightlineprofiles, which can be divided into high-quality FE elements. It can improve the modeling efficiency andshorten the simulation calculation time. The innovative modeling method proposed in this study can provide anefficient and high-precision geometricmodelingmethod forWAAMpart FE coupled thermal-mechanical analysis.

This paper numerically evaluates the effect of the crack position on the ultimate strength of stiffened *** such as notches and cracks in aged marine stiffened panels can reduce their ultimate *** investigate the effect of crack length and position,a series of nonlinear finite element analyses were carried out and two cases were considered,i.e.,case 1 with thin stiffeners and case 2 with thick *** both cases,the stiffeners have the same cross-section *** have a basis for comparison,the intact panels were modeled as *** cracks and notches were in the longitudinal and transverse direction and were assumed to be in the middle part of the *** cracks and notches were assumed to be through the thickness and there is neither crack propagation nor contact between crack *** on the numerical results,longitudinal cracks affect the behavior of the stiffened panels in the postbuckling *** the stiffeners are thinner,they buckle first and provide no reserved strength after plate ***,cracks in the stiffeners do not affect the ultimate strength in the case of the thinner ***,when stiffeners are thicker,they affect the postbuckling behavior *** that case,cracks in the stiffeners affect the buckling and failure modes of the stiffened *** effect of notch was also *** contrast to the longitudinal crack in stiffeners,a notch in the stiffeners reduces the ultimate strength of the stiffened panel for both slender and thick stiffeners.

Feynman-Path Integral in Banach Space: In 1940, R.P. Feynman attempted to find a mathematical representation to express quantum dynamics of the general form for a double-slit experiment. His intuition on several slits with several walls in terms of Lagrangian instead of Hamiltonian resulted in a magnificent work. It was known as Feynman Path Integrals in quantum physics, and a large part of the scientific community still considers them a heuristic tool that lacks a sound mathematical definition. This paper aims to refute this prejudice, by providing an extensive and self-contained description of the mathematical theory of Feynman Path Integration, from the earlier attempts to the latest developments, as well as its applications to quantum mechanics. About a hundred years after the beginning of modern physics, it was realized that light could in fact show behavioral characteristics of both waves and particles. In 1927, Davisson and Germer demonstrated that electrons show the same dual behavior, which was later extended to atoms and molecules. We shall follow the method of integration with some modifications to construct a generalized Lebesgue-Bochner-Stieltjes (LBS) integral of the form , where u is a bilinear operator acting in the product of Banach spaces, f is a Bochner summable function, and μ is a vector-valued measure. We will demonstrate that the Feynman Path Integral is consistent and can be justified mathematically with LBS integration approach.

经过近千年的进化发展,苹果伴随着品种及树形的改良,经历从自然熟落到人工采摘,从辅助工具、辅助收获平台、振动捡拾到智能机器人采收的发展历程及相应的不同的机械化作业模式。介绍苹果机械化采收的发展历程及技术现状、不同收获模式下所使用的机具设备以及不同收获模式所应用的场景与条件,为我国苹果主产区因地制宜地选择适合当地苹果收获作业模式提供借鉴。如人工或机器人采摘适用于苹果鲜售市场,非选择性振动捡拾收获方式适用于苹果的二次加工领域;而为提高机器人的作业效率,需要对苹果树的树形进行结构简化改良,需要考虑农机与栽培农艺的结合。

Objective:To explore the relationship between Hashimoto's autoimmune hypothyroidism(HT)and male fertility,focusing on hormonal and seminal ***:A systematic literature search was conducted across databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,Scopus,Cochrane,and Google Scholar,covering studies published from January 2000 to March *** investigating the impact of HT on semen quality parameters and reproductive hormones were *** effect estimates were calculated using standard mean difference(SMD)and 95%confidence intervals(CI).Results:A total of 8 studies with 8965 participants were *** significantly affected semen quality and reproductive hormone ***,there was a notable decrease in progressive morphology(SMD=-0.78;95%CI:-1.40 to-0.17;P=0.01)and sperm motility(SMD=-1.151;95%CI:-1.876 to-0.425;P=0.002).In addition,there were no significant changes in reproductive hormones,although there were elevated levels of luteinizing hormone(SMD=0.437;95%CI:0.000 to 0.874;P=0.050)and follicle-stimulating hormone(SMD=0.293;95%CI:-0.171 to 0.758;P=0.216),with a slight impact on testosterone levels(SMD=-1.143;95%CI:-2.487 to 0.200;P=0.095).Conclusions:This systematic review and meta-analysis provides robust evidence of the detrimental effects of HT on semen quality and reproductive hormones,underscoring the necessity for thorough evaluation and management of thyroid function in male infertility assessments.
