We.re.ort the.fabrication of disposable.and fle.ible.Scre.n-Printe. e.e.trode. (SPe.). This ne. type.of scre.n-printe. e.e.troche.ical platform consists of Ag nanoparticle. (AgNPs) and graphite.composite. For this purpose. silve. nanoparticle. we.e.first synthe.ize. by a che.ical re.uction me.hod. The.morphology and structure.of the.AgNPs we.e.analyze. using a Scanning e.e.tron Microscope.(Se.) and UV-Visible.spe.troscopy. Graphite.was chose. as the.working e.e.trode.mate.ial for the.fabrication of a thick-film. The.fabrication of a scre.n-printe. hydroge. pe.oxide.biose.sor consisting of thre. e.e.trode. on a polye.hyle.e.te.e.hthalate.(Pe.) substrate.was pe.forme. with a spraying approach (working, counte. and re.e.e.ce. e.zyme.e.e.trode. graphite. pse.do re.e.e.ce. Ag/AgCl). This biose.sor was fabricate. by immobilizing the.pe.oxidase.e.zyme.(HRP) in a Titania sol-ge. me.brane.which was obtaine. through a vapor de.osition me.hod. The.biose.sor had e.e.trocatalytic activity in the.re.uction of H2O2 with line.r de.e.de.ce.on H2O2 conce.tration in the.range.of 10-5 to 10-3 M;the.de.e.tion limit was 4.5 × 10-6 M.

In the.pre.e.t work,plastic de.ormation me.hanisms we.e.initially tailore. by adjusting the.de.ormation te.pe.ature.in the.range.of 0 to 200℃ in AISI 304L auste.itic stainle.s ste.l,aiming to optimize.the.stre.gth-ductility *** was shown that the.combine. twinning-induce. plasticity(TWIP)/transformation-induce. plasticity(TRIP)e.fe.ts and a wide. strain range.for the.TRIP e.fe.t up to highe. strains by adjusting the.de.ormation te.pe.ature.are.good strate.ie. to improve.the.stre.gth-ductility syne.gy of this me.astable.stainle.s *** this re.ard,by conside.ation of the.obse.ve. te.pe.ature.de.e.de.cy of plastic de.ormation,the.controlle. se.ue.ce.of TWIP and TRIP e.fe.ts for archiving supe.ior stre.gth-ductility trade.off was inte.de. by the.pre.de.igne. te.pe.ature.jump te.sile.***,the.optimum te.sile.toughne.s of 846 MJ/m^(3) and total e.ongation to 133% we.e.obtaine. by this strate.y via e.ploiting the.advantage. of the.TWIP e.fe.t at 100℃ and the.TRIP e.fe.t at 25℃ at the.late. stage. of the.***,a de.ormation-te.pe.ature.transformation(DTT)diagram was de.e.ope. for this me.astable.***,base. on work-harde.ing analysis,it was found that the.main phe.ome.on constraining furthe. improve.e.t in the.ductility and stre.gthe.ing was the.yie.ding of the.de.ormation-induce. α′-marte.site.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)play a vital role.in plant productivity and e.osyste. ***,the.r re.ponse. to abiotic factors(i.e.,climate.physiography,and soil prope.tie.)are.unknown,e.pe.ially across climatic gradie.ts and slope.aspe.ts in arid and se.i-arid *** this study,using 60 composite.soil sample.,dire.t and indire.t e.fe.ts of climate.factors and slope.aspe.ts on AMF dive.sity,composition and spore.de.sity we.e.*** findings indicate.that climate.has a more.dire.t influ-e.ce.on soil prope.tie.(Pe.aspe.t(P=0.449).In contrast,climate.significantly affe.te.
