Since December 2019, the emergence of a new type of coronavirus (SARA-CoV-2) pneumonia (COVID-19) in Wuhan, Hubei Province, has become a national public health emergency. The disease diagnosis is currently confirmed to be based on nucleic acid test and high-resolution CT (High Resolution CT, HRCT). Lung ultrasound (LUS) has been used in clinical practice in the differential diagnosis of lung exudative inflammation lesions, and in the evaluation of thoracic effusion, pneumothorax and the evaluation of patients with dyspnea and acute respiratory failure, as well as in the treatment monitoring to guide the treatment more efficiently. The clinical LUS application has been formed a number of domestic and foreign expert consensus. As a fast, convenient, radiation-free and easy-to-implement lung disease visualization technology at the bedside, LUS plays a role in the treatment of critically ill patients of COVID-19 . In view of the problems of LUS performance in different lung diseases, LUS has not been widely used in front-line clinic and ICU and needs to be fully mastered by clinicians in routine practice. Starting from the increasing number of severe patients with COVID-19 pneumonia, the urgent need for immediate dynamic and effective image monitoring of lung lesions in severe patients bedside and the actual clinical needs of the accurate disease changes assessment and the evaluation of treatment timely, in line with the principle of ""problem-oriented, information technology support, model innovation"", the integration of various resources, and put forward a targeted short-term can achieve a wide range of efficient applications of LUS technology of the COVID-19 pneumonia, an enhenced remote diagnosis consultation platform should be established. 上海市七区0-14岁儿童哮喘流行病学调查

目的了解上海市0～14岁儿童哮喘的患病现状、特点及影响疾病的相关因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法，于2010年9-12月抽取上海7个行政区13500名0～14岁儿童作为调查对象，通过发放问卷及现场问诊、体检的方式完成调查。分析儿童哮喘患病现状及临床特点，并采用Logistic回归方法分析影响哮喘发生的主要因素。结果共发放儿童哮喘初筛问卷13500份，实际回收有效问卷13179份，初筛问卷应答率97．62％，其中男性7054名，女性6125名；最终确诊哮喘患儿998例（7．57％），其中男性患病率为8．48％（598／7054），显著高于女性（400／6125，6．53％，x2=17．75，P〈0．001）；患病率较高的年龄段集中在3—8岁，哮喘患儿（545例）占该年龄段儿童（5212例）的10．46％，54．61％（545／998）的患儿首次发病在3岁以内；呼吸道感染（838例，84．97％）是哮喘发作的首位诱因；男性（OR＝0．25，95％CI：0．12～0．45），有家族过敏性疾病史（OR=2．65，95％CI：1．27～5．55），有个人过敏性疾病史（OR=9．57，95％CI：4．59～19．97），早期使用抗生素（OR=0．61，95％CI：0．49～0．83）是儿童哮喘发生的危险因素。确诊患儿中，463例（46．39％）患儿使用过吸人激素，740例（74．15％）患儿使用过支气管舒张剂。结论上海儿童哮喘患病率较10年前的4．52％显著升高，其发病与患儿性别，家族过敏史，个人过敏性疾病史及抗生素的使用有关。

Hypoxia inducible transcription factor (HIF)-1α plays an important role in the development ofhypoxic pulmonary hypertension,but little is known about HIF-2α and HIF-3α with respect to transcriptionalregulation by *** examine the expression patterns of all HIF-α subunits (HIF-α,HIF-2α andHIF-3α) in pulmonary arteries of rats undergoing systemic hypoxia,five groups of healthy male Wistarrats were exposed to normoxia (N) and hypoxia for 3 (H),7 (H),14 (Hand 21 (*** arterial pressure (mPAP),vessel morphometry and right ventricular hypertrophy index *** were inflation fixed for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization,and homogenizedfor Western blot. mPAP increased significantly after 7 d of hypoxia [(18.4±0.4) vs. (14.4±0.4) mmHg,Hvs.N],reached its peak after 14 d of hypoxia,then remained *** artery remodeling and rightventricular hypertrophy developed significantly after 14 d of *** normoxia,HIF-1α and HIF-3αstaining were slightly positive regarding mRNA levels.A substantial alteration of HIF-1α and HIF-3α stainingoccurred in puhnonary arteries after 14 d and 7 d of hypoxia,respectively,but HIF-2α staining showed aninversed trend after 14 d of *** levels of all HIF-α subunits except HIF-3α showed a markedincrease corresponding to the duration of hypoxia,which was obtained by Western *** study foundthat HIF-1α. Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

The polymyxins are important antimicrobial agents against antibiotic-resistant gram-negative *** 2020,the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute modified the clinical breakpoints for polymyxin susceptibility test by eliminating the"susceptible"interpretive category,only reporting intermediate(≤2 mg/L)and resistant(≥4 mg/L).However,the European committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing recommended the use of clinical breakpoints of W2 mg/L as susceptible and>2 mg/L as *** first-line laboratorians and clinicians in china have been perplexed by the inconsistence of international polymyxin clinical breakpoints and discouraged by the difficulty of conducting polymyxin susceptibility ***,it is urgently needed to make it clear for the laboratorians in china to know how to accurately carry out polymyxin susceptibility testing and standardize the interpretation of susceptibility testing *** this end,the experts from relevant fields were convened to formulate this consensus statement on the testing and clinical interpretation of polymyxin *** recommendations are proposed accordingly for laboratorians and clinicians to streamline their daily work.
