Continuous improvements in very-large-scale integration(VLSI)technology and design software have significantly broadened the scope of digital signal processing(DSP)*** use of application-specific integrated circuits(ASICs)and programmable digital signal processors for many DSP applications have changed,even though new system implementations based on reconfigurable computing are becoming more *** platforms that combine hardware and software programmability efficiency are rapidly maturing with discrete wavelet transformation(DWT)and sophisticated computerized design techniques,which are much needed in today’s modern *** research and commercial efforts to sustain power optimization,cost savings,and improved runtime effectiveness have been initiated as initial reconfigurable technologies have ***,in this paper,it is proposed that theDWTmethod can be implemented on a fieldprogrammable gate array in a digital architecture(FPGA-DA).We examined the effects of quantization on DWTperformance in classification problems to demonstrate its reliability concerning fixed-point math *** Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)algorithm for DWT learning used in this architecture is less responsive to resampling errors than the previously proposed solution in the literature using the artificial neural networks(ANN)*** reducing hardware area by 57%,the proposed system has a higher throughput rate of 88.72%,reliability analysis of 95.5%compared to the other standard methods.

A cross-sectional study to assess medication safety,knowledge,attitude,and practices regarding nutrition and medication among pregnant women

Objective:To assess pregnant women's knowledge,attitude,and practice regarding nutrition and medication usage,analyse the prescribing pattern,and categorize them based on the Food and Drug Administration(FDA)***:A cross-sectional study was conducted with 264 pregnant women in the obstetrics and gynaecology department of a tertiary care hospital from October 2022 to August 2023.A knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)questionnaire was prepared in English language by the researchers and validated by an expert panel consisting of 12 *** validated questionnaire was then translated into regional languages,Kannada and *** reliability of the questionnaire was assessed with test-retest method with a representative sample population of 30 subjects(10 subjects for each language).The subjects'knowledge,attitude,and practice were evaluated using the validated KAP *** safety of the medication was assessed using the FDA drug safety classification for ***:The mean scores for nutritional and medication usage knowledge,attitude,and practice were 4.14±1.15,4.50±1.09,and 3.00±1.47,*** 30 prescribed medications,3 belong to category A(no risk in human studies),8 belong to category B(no risk in animal studies),18 belong to category C(risk cannot be ruled out)and 1 drug is not classified.A significant association was observed between medication knowledge and practice(r=0.159,P=0.010).Conclusions:Most of the study population knows the need to maintain good dietary and medication practices during *** pregnant women regarding diet and medication usage is crucial in maternal care.

This article addresses the nonlinear state estimation problem where the conventional Gaussian assumption is completely ***,the uncertainties in process and measurements are assumed non-Gaussian,such that the maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)is chosen to replace the conventional minimum mean square error ***,the MCC is realized using Gaussian as well as Cauchy kernels by defining an appropriate cost *** results demonstrate the superior estimation accuracy of the developed estimators for two nonlinear estimation problems.

In this paper, we study the controllability results for the nonlinear impulsive integrodifferential evolution systems with time-varying delays in Banach spaces. The sufficient conditions of exact controllability is proved under without assuming the compactness of the evolution operator. The results are obtained by using the semigroup theory and the Schafer fixed point theorem.

The polymer on modulating the crystal's habit is an evolving research in pharmaceutical *** study demonstrates the crystal habit modification of chlorzoxazone(CHZ)by heterogeneous crystallization(HC)in the binary solvent acetonitrile-ethanol(A-E(1:1))in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidine(PVP)at concentrations of 0.50,0.75,and 1.00 wt%.The A-E(1:1)and PVP in HC experiments influenced to change the shape of crystals from needle to plate shape and reduced the crystal size producing a lower aspect ratio(in the range of 1.5-2.3).In the presence of PVP,the CHZ size distribution is 65-78μm which tends to enhance the powder flow-ability of CHZ crystals and as the PVP concentration increases,the nucleation rate *** solubility of size-reduced CHZ crystals at different pH is found to be improved by 1.2-1.4 ***,HC is deemed effective in modifying the physicochemical attributes of CHZ.

In this paper, we establish sufficient conditions for the controllability of a class of semilinear impulsive integrodifferential systems with nonlocal initial conditions in Banach spaces. We derive the conditions using Hausdorff measure of noncompactness, Sadovskii fixed point theorem and operator semigroups in particular dropping compactness of the operator.

The China puzzle: Opportunities for accounting research

How can China achieve phenomenal economic growth despite what is considered as "weak" institutions in market-based economies? Xu(2011) provides a framework to understand this puzzle. Specifically, he suggests that China's institutional framework of Regionally Decentralized Authoritarian regime was likely responsible for the phenomenal economic growth despite what is considered "weak" institutions for market-based economies. While recent accounting research provides insights into the relationship between agency issues, and accounting and control systems in the China context, accounting researchers can use the institutional feature of RDAs to provide insights into the role of accounting and control systems in non-market-based settings.

Designing Sustainable Thermal Energy System with Electro-Photo Conversion

Thermal energy conversion and also storage system is to advance knowledge and develop practical solutions at the intersection of micro and nano-scale engineering,energy conversion,and *** research addresses the challenge of enhancing these critical aspects to ensure prolonged system performance and durability in the context of evolving energy *** research analyses the anti-oxidation and filtration behaviours of micro and nano-scale structures in the context of electro-and photo-thermal energy conversion and also storage systems.A micro multiscale hierarchical structure strategy is presented to fabricate multi-scale double-layer porous wick evaporators with the electrospun nanofibers made of gelatin-polyamide 6(GPA6)and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/silver nanowire with Cellulose Micro/NanoFibers(CMNF)cryogens by using spark plasma sintering(SPS)based high-pressure hydrothermal treatment *** excellent anti-oxidation effect was offered by coating the film in thermal conditions and the anti-oxidation properties were further examined from 500℃to850℃.The results are analysed using Matlab software to improve the efficiency of energy conversion processes by integrating nanostructures into thermal systems,to increase energy output while minimizing *** silver nanowire is with a heat transfer coefficient of 78%,a mass remaining rate of 98.7%,and an energy storage efficiency of 23.8%.This study enhances energy density and duration by integrating nanostructures into thermal systems while minimizing energy losses,and it not only exhibits excellent anti-oxidation properties but also possesses superior filtration capabilities for designing and engineering multifunctional nanomaterials.

Cluster Based Secure Dynamic Keying Technique for Heterogeneous Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks

In Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks, the mobility of the sensor nodes becomes essential in various applications. During node mobility, there are possibilities for the malicious node to become the cluster head or cluster member. This causes the cluster or the whole network to be controlled by the malicious nodes. To offer high level of security, the mobile sensor nodes need to be authenticated. Further, clustering of nodes improves scalability, energy efficient routing and data delivery. In this paper, we propose a cluster based secure dynamic keying technique to authenticate the nodes during mobility. The nodes with high configuration are chosen as cluster heads based on the weight value which is estimated using parameters such as the node degree, average distance, node's average speed, and virtual battery power. The keys are dynamically generated and used for providing security. Even the keys are compromised by the attackers, they are not able to use the previous keys to cheat or disuse the authenticated nodes. In addition, a bidirectional malicious node detection technique is employed which eliminates the malicious node from the network. By simulation, it is proved that the proposed technique provides efficient security with reduced energy consumption during node mobility.
