Various dielectric response processes in the oil-paper insulation are sensitively affected by the insulating states(ageing degrees and moisture contents).However,the existing research is still incomplete in revealing the microscopic mechanisms of various dielectric response processes in oil-paper insulation with different insulating *** this issue,the genetic algorithm is first adopted to extract the Dissado–Hill(D–H)model parameters by simulating the frequency domain spectroscopy(FDS)of oil-paper ***,the change laws of the extracted D–H model parameters are adopted to reveal the microscopic mechanisms of various dielectric response *** mechanisms of four dielectric response processes are studied,which are quasi-dc relax-ation,loss peak relaxation,optical frequency relaxation,and DC ***,due to the dielectric response processes being dominated by various polar particles(methanol,ethanol,furfural,and water molecule),the contents of various ageing by-products dissolved in the insulating oil are measured to support the above *** this respect,a dielectric theoretical reference for the FDS technique to research the insulating states of oil-paper insulation is provided.

In the coming decades,the space-based gravitational-wave(GW)detectors such as Taiji,TianQin,and LISA are expected to form a network capable of detecting millihertz GWs emitted by the mergers of massive black hole binaries(MBHBs).In this work,we investigate the potential of GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network in constraining cosmological *** the optimistic scenario in which electromagnetic(EM)counterparts can be detected,we predict the number of detectable bright sirens based on three different MBHB population models,i.e.,popⅢ,Q3d,and *** results show that the TaijiTianQin-LISA network alone could achieve a constraint precision of 0.9%for the Hubble constant,meeting the standard of precision ***,the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network could effectively break the cosmological parameter degeneracies generated by the CMB data,particularly in the dynamical dark energy *** combined with the CMB data,the joint CMB+Taiji-TianQin-LISA data offerσ(w)=0.036 in the wCDM model,which is close to the latest constraint result obtained from the CMB+SN *** also consider a conservative scenario in which EM counterparts are not *** to the precise sky localizations of MBHBs by the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network,the constraint precision of the Hubble constant is expected to reach 1.2%.In conclusion,the GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network will play a critical role in helping solve the Hubble tension and shedding light on the nature of dark energy.

The valence states and coordination structures of doped heterometal atoms in two-dimensional(2D)nanomaterials lack predictable regulation ***,a robust method is proposed to form unsaturated heteroatom clusters via the metal-vacancy restraint mechanism,which can precisely regulate the bonding and valence state of heterometal atoms doped in 2D molybdenum *** unsaturated valence state of heterometal Pt and Ru cluster atoms form a spatial coordination structure with Pt–S and Ru–O–S as catalytically active *** them,the strong binding energy of negatively charged suspended S and O sites for H+,as well as the weak adsorption of positively charged unsaturated heterometal atoms for H*,reduces the energy barrier of the hydrogen evolution reaction proved by theoretical ***,the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance is markedly improved by the ensemble effect of unsaturated heterometal atoms and highlighted with an overpotential of 84 mV and Tafel slope of 68.5 mV dec^(−1).In brief,this metal vacancy-induced valence state regulation of heterometal can manipulate the coordination structure and catalytic activity of heterometal atoms doped in the 2D atomic lattice but not limited to 2D nanomaterials.

In artificial intelligence(AI)based-complex power system management and control technology,one of the urgent tasks is to evaluate AI intelligence and invent a way of autonomous intelligence ***,there is,currently,nearly no standard technical framework for objective and quantitative intelligence *** this article,based on a parallel system framework,a method is established to objectively and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of an AI agent for active power corrective control of modern power systems,by resorting to human intelligence evaluation *** this basis,this article puts forward an AI self-evolution method based on intelligence assessment through embedding a quantitative intelligence assessment method into automated reinforcement learning(AutoRL)systems.A parallel system based quantitative assessment and self-evolution(PLASE)system for power grid corrective control AI is thereby constructed,taking Bayesian Optimization as the measure of AI evolution to fulfill autonomous evolution of AI under guidance of their intelligence assessment *** results exemplified in the power grid corrective control AI agent show the PLASE system can reliably and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of the power grid corrective control agent,and it could promote evolution of the power grid corrective control agent under guidance of intelligence assessment results,effectively,as well as intuitively improving its intelligence level through selfevolution.

Multinucleon transfer in low-energy heavy-ion collisions is increasingly considered a promising approach for generating exotic nuclei. Understanding the complex mechanisms involved in multinucleon transfer processes presents significant challenges for the theoretical investigation of nuclear reactions. A Langevin equation model was developed and employed to investigate multinucleon transfer processes. Additionally, to study the dynamics of multinucleon transfer reactions, the 136Xe+238U\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm{{136}Xe} + \mathrm{{238}U}$$\end{document} and 136Xe+209Bi\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm{{136}Xe} + \mathrm{{209}Bi}$$\end{document} reactions were simulated, and the corresponding TKE-mass and angular distributions were computed to analyze the energy dissipation and scattering angles. Widely used deep neural networks currently face limitations in achieving optimal performance for purchase intention prediction due to constraints on data volume and hyperparameter *** address this issue,based on the deep forest algorithm and further integrating evolutionary ensemble learning methods,this paper proposes a novel Deep Adaptive Evolutionary Ensemble(DAEE)*** model introduces model diversity into the cascade layer,allowing it to adaptively adjust its structure to accommodate complex and evolving purchasing behavior ***,this paper optimizes the methods of obtaining feature vectors,enhancement vectors,and prediction results within the deep forest algorithm to enhance the model’s predictive *** demonstrate that the improved deep forest model not only possesses higher robustness but also shows an increase of 5.02%in AUC value compared to the baseline ***,its training runtime speed is 6 times faster than that of deep models,and compared to other improved models,its accuracy has been enhanced by 0.9%.

Industrial thin-film composite(TFC) membranes achieve superior gas separation properties from high-performance selective layer materials,while the success of membrane technology relies on high-performance gutter layers to achieve production scalability and low-cost manufacturing. However, the current literature predominantly focuses on the design of polymer architectures to obtain high permeability and selectivity, while the art of fabricating gutter layers is usually safeguarded by industrial manufacturers and appears lackluster to academic researchers. This is the first report aiming to provide a comprehensive and critical review of state-of-the-art gutter layer materials and their design and modification to enable TFC membranes with superior separation performance. We first elucidate the importance of the gutter layer on membrane performance through modeling and experimental results. Then various gutter layer materials used to obtain high-performance composite membranes are critically reviewed, and the strategies to improve their compatibility with the selective layer are highlighted, such as oxygen plasma treatment, polydopamine deposition, and surface grafting. Finally, we present the opportunities of the gutter layer design for practical applications.

Study on Coded Permutation Entropy of Finite Length Gaussian White Noise Time Series

As an extension of permutation entropy(PE), coded permutation entropy(CPE) improves the performance of PE by making a secondary division for ordinal patterns defined in PE. In this study, we provide an exploration of the statistical properties of CPE using a finite length Gaussian white noise time series theoretically. By means of the Taylor series expansion, the approximate expressions of the expected value and variance of CPE are deduced and the Cramér-Rao low bound(CRLB) is obtained to evaluate the performance of the CPE estimator. The results indicate that CPE is a biased estimator, but the bias only depends on relevant parameters of CPE and it can be easily corrected for an arbitrary time series. The variance of CPE is related to the encoding patterns distribution,and the value converges to the CRLB of the CPE estimator when the time series length is large enough. For a finitelength Gaussian white noise time series model, the predicted values can match well with the actual values, which further validates the statistic theory of CPE. Using the theoretical expressions of CPE, it is possible to better understand the behavior of CPE for most of the time series.
