Fusarium solani is a necrotrophic parasitic fungus that causes wilt in some plants, causing severe economic losses in some areas of the country. The objective of this work was to analyze the induction of extracellular lytic enzymes produced by a strain of F. solani, isolated from a culture of tomato, in Villa de Arista, S.L.P. México. Polygalacturonase activity has a greater induction time at 10 days, and the xylanase has two times higher activity at 8 and 13 days of incubation at 28?C. Also, the xylanase activities A and b were very stable at 4?C. After 7 days of incubation, it has an activity of 100% and 96%, respectively, while polygalacturonase retains 61% of its initial activity. both activities are better induced with glutamate and urea as nitrogen sources respectively, and both exhibit an initial pH optimum of 5.5. Finally, we didn’t find cellulase activity in the analyzing conditions.

Objective: To analyse clinical and therapeutic aspects of epilepsy secondary to ulegyria in adults. Patients: Out of 1,020 consecutive patients studied at a tertiary care epilepsy centre, eight cases of ulegyria were identified. All patients had comprehensive clinical evaluation, neuropsychological testing, interictal EEG, and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In addition, five patients had video-EEG monitoring. Ulegyria was confirmed by histological analysis in two patients who had successful epilepsy surgery. Results: All patients had a histor y of perinatal asphyxia. In four of them there was psychomotor developmental del ay. Mean age at onset of seizures was 5.8 years (range first week to 21 years). brain MRI demonstrated predominant involvement of occipito-parietal cortical an d subcortical areas. This posterior distribution of lesions was also supported b y the presence of auras with occipital and parietal semiology in six patients, a nd signs of visuospatial dysfunction in five. Four patients had medically refrac tory epilepsy and two of them had significant improvement with surgical treatmen t. Conclusions: In this group of adult epileptic patients with ulegyria brain MR I, ictal semiology, and neurological examination are consistent with occipital l obe epilepsy. Most patients have severe epilepsy, but in some of them epilepsy c an be controlled with antiepileptic drugs, while in others surgical treatment ca n be effective. brain MRI criteria of ulegyria are well established, and in two cases it was possible to confirm their diagnosis with histological analysis.

The establishment of a possible connection between neutrino emission and gravitational-wave(GW)bursts is important to our understanding of the physical processes that occur when black holes or neutron stars *** the Daya bay experiment,using the data collected from December 2011 to August 2017,a search was per-formed for electron-antineutrino signals that coincided with detected GW events,including GW150914,GW151012,GW151226,GW170104,GW170608,GW 170814,and GW *** used three time windows of±10,±500,and±1000 s relative to the occurrence of the GW events and a neutrino energy range of 1.8 to 100 MeV to search for correlated neutrino *** detected electron-antineutrino candidates were consistent with the expected background rates for all the three time *** monochromatic spectra,we found upper limits(90%confidence level)of the electron-antineutrino fluence of(1.13-2.44)×10^(11)cm^(-2)at 5 MeV to 8.0×10^(7)cm^(-2)at 100 MeV for the three time w *** the assumption of a Fermi-Dirac spectrum,the upper limits were found to be(5.4-7.0)×10^(9)cm^(2)for the three time windows.

目的巴塞罗那临床肝癌（barcelona ClinicLiver Cancer，bCLC）分期是评估肝癌预后的重要分期系统，其主要依据患者的健康状况、肿瘤特征（包括肿瘤分期与Okuda分期）及肝功能划分为5期，即：0期（非常早期）、A期（早期）、b期（中期）、C期（晚期）与D期（终末期）。基于bCLC分期系统，实施肝移植术应优先选择未接受肝移植的预后最差者，即bCLCD期，其次应选择bCLCb～C期，而bCLC0～A期患者因可从其他治疗手段中获益，故优先权最小。

AIM:To examined the efficacy and safety of treatment with boceprevir,PEGylated-interferon and ribavirin(PR)in hepatitis C virus genotype 1(HCVGT1) PR treatmentfailures in ***:The boceprevir Named-Patient Program provided boceprevir to HCVGT1 PR *** physicians were invited to contribute data from their patients:baseline characteristics,ontreatment responses,sustained virological response at week 12(SVR12),and safety were collected and *** analysis was performed to determine predictors of ***:150 patients were enrolled from Australia,Malaysia,Singapore and Thailand(Asians = 86,Caucasians = 63).Overall SVR12 was 61%(Asians= 59.3%,Caucasians = 63.5%).SVR12 was higher in relapsers(78%) compared with non-responders(34%).On-treatment responses predicted SVR,with undetectable HCVRNA at week 4,8 and 12 leading to SVR12 s of 100%,87%,and 82%respectively,and detectable HCVRNA at week 4,8 and 12,leading to SVR12 s of 58%,22%and 6%*** patients were similar to Caucasian patients with regards to on-treatment *** with cirrhosis(n= 69) also behaved in the same manner with regards to on-treatment *** with the IL28 b CC genotype(80%) had higher SVRs than those with the CT/TT(56%) genotype(P = 0.010).Multivariate analysis showed that TW8 and TW12 responses were independent predictors of *** adverse events occurred in 18.6%:sepsis(2%),decompensation(2.7%) and blood transfusion(14%).Discontinuations occurred in 30.7%,with 18.6%fulfilling stopping ***:boceprevir can be used successfully in PR treatment failures with a SVR12 > 80%if they have good on-treatment responses;however,discontinuations occurred in 30%because of virological failure or adverse events.
