Rational design and construction of step-scheme(S-scheme)photocatalyst has received much attention in the field of CO_(2) reduction because of its great potential to solve the current energy and environmental *** this study,a series of plate-like WO_(3)/CuBi_(2)O_(4)(WO/CBO)photocatalysts were *** CO and CH4 yields over optimal composite reached 1,115.8 and 67.2μmol/m2 after 9 h visible light illumination(λ>400 nm),which was higher than those of two pure catalysts in CO_(2) *** product yields slightly decreased in the 7th ***,the staggered band structure of heterojunction was characterized by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and valence band-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(VB-XPS),and a S-scheme charge transfer mechanism was verified by detecting electron spin resonance(ESR)and XPS result about surface composition of WO/CBO catalyst in dark or *** work may be useful for rational designing of S-scheme photocatalyst and provides some illuminating insights into the S-scheme transfer mechanism.

Commercial grain oriented silicon steel was cold rolled to thickness from 0.06 to 0.10 mm by cross shear rolling, then annealed in vacuum or a hydrogen atmosphere furnace. Deformation textures of the sheets were researched by ODF method and reverse pole figure quantitative analyses. The results indicate that: in the condition of the cross shear rolling, the deformation texture of rolled sheet is generally similar to that of conventional rolled sheet, however, the texture distribution through the thickness is asymmetrical. With mismatch speed ratio increasing, the amount of Goss texture increases. With reduction ratio increasing, the intensity of γ-fiber becomes strong.

鉴于信用证的专业性和UCP的普遍适用性,世界上有信用证立法的国家不多。目前在国际上对信用证作出规定的国家约有26个,其中约一半是中东伊斯兰国家。中东伊斯兰国家的信用证立法被规定在商法、商业交易法或商业活动法中,非单独立法;在内容上,其用8—14个条文涵盖了约12个方面的问题。这些立法虽然在法条数量、所涉问题排序等方面略有差别,但内容方面大同小异,大部分是对UCP的移植。中东伊斯兰国家在诸如信用证的定义、撤销、单证不符时的处理、银行对货物的处置权等方面具有一定的特色,值得关注与研究。

Objective: Steatotic livers are more susceptible to ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury, which is ameliorated by ischemic preconditioning(IPC). Autophagy possesses protective action on liver I/R injury and declines in steatotic *** aim of this study was to test the hypothesis that the increased susceptibility of steatotic livers to I/R injury was associated with defective hepatic autophagy, which could be restored by IPC via heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) signaling. Methods: Obesity and hepatic steatosis was induced using a high fat *** livers and steatotic hepatocytes were subjected to in vivo and in vitro I/R, respectively. To evaluate the contribution of autophagy to the protective effect of IPC, Obese rats or steatotic hepatocytes were pretreated with 3-methyladenine or rapamycin. HO-1 or calpain 2 was blocked by tin protoporphyrin IX or N-acetyl-leucyl-leucyl-methioninal, respectively. Results: Obesity impaired hepatic autophagy activity and decreased hepatic HO-1 expression. Induction of HO-1 restored autophagy activity and inhibited calpain 2 activity. Additionally, suppression of calpain 2 activity also restored autophagy activity. Mitochondrial dysfunction and hepatocellular injury were significantly increased in steatotic livers compared to lean livers in response to I/R injury. This increase in sensitivity to I/R injury was associated with defective hepatic autophagy activity in steatotic livers. IPC increased autophagy and reduced mitochondrial dysfunction and hepatocellular damage in steatotic livers following I/R injury. Furthermore, IPC increased HO-1 expression. Inhibition of HO-1 decreased the IPC-induced autophagy, increased calpain 2 activity and diminished the protective effect of IPC against I/R injury. Inhibition of calpain 2 restored autophagic defect and attenuated mitochondrial dysfunction in steatotic livers after I/R. To the Editor:Probiotics are a promising treatment modality for functional constipation(FC);however,the factors affecting individual responses to probiotics remain *** evidence has identified that there is a strong relationship among the gut microbiota and constipation and related gut-brain axis.[1]The gut microbiota may modulate the gut functions via gut metabolites or trigger the release of gut hormones,such as peptide YY,gastric inhibitory polypeptide,and 5-hydroxytryptamine.[2]In turn,gut hormones affect gut secretion,motility,and sensation through their receptors located on epithelial,enteric,and smooth muscle cells.[2]Based on these findings,exogenous probiotics have been used in patients with constipation;however,few have produced consistent results.[3]In this study,we investigated the efficacy and safety of several specific probiotics strains for constipation,and also examined the potential reasons for the individualized effects of probiotics,which may facilitate interventional decisionmaking for FC patients.

随着“一带一路”建设的不断深化,我国与阿拉伯国家的交流也更加密切。信用证作为国际贸易中普遍使用的一种结算工具,更频繁地出现在经贸往来中,信用证欺诈问题也日益突出。伊斯兰法禁止欺诈,但现代阿拉伯国家的相关法律规范缺位,只能靠法官在判决中的自由裁量进行信用证欺诈的认定。然而,不同法院的认定标准并不统一,在处理虚假单据、货物无价值等影响基础合同的因素中未能采用严格的“实质性欺诈”标准,导致了欺诈例外的误用以及止付机制的滥用,严重破坏了信用证的独立性。我国对信用证的欺诈与止付问题有专门的规定,在应对阿拉伯国家的信用证欺诈纠纷时,应争取适用我国法律,最大限度地规避风险,保障贸易效率与安全。

为研究细通道内气液段塞流的流体力学性质,对细通道内空气和水两相段塞流进行了数值模拟。以直径为1.6 mm的错流T型管为模型,使用计算流体力学(CFD)研究了气液流速、液相粘度和表面张力以及入口结构对段塞形成的影响,确定了气塞长度与两相流率、液相粘度和表面张力有关。气塞长度随分散相流率和表面张力的增大而增大,随连续相流率增大而减小;液相粘度在低液速时对段塞长度有较大的影响;确定了段塞形成的挤压和剪切关联式。

阿拉伯国家的金融业经历了由伊斯兰法规范的伊斯兰金融为主体,到受到西方殖民影响的资本主义金融占主导,再到伊斯兰金融复兴、传统金融与伊斯兰金融并存的发展进程。受阿拉伯国家习惯法、伊斯兰法及西方法三种法律文化互相排斥与融合的影响,阿拉伯国家的金融业呈现独特的景象:现代金融与伊斯兰金融并存,禁止利息的伊斯兰银行因此开发出一系列符合伊斯兰法规定的伊斯兰金融工具。这种现代金融的伊斯兰化是通过修改常见的金融合同形式来实现的。这些修改主要是为了迎合穆斯林对纯粹的“伊斯兰”金融产品的需求,也是为了满足伊斯兰法学家和宗教学者对伊斯兰金融产品和服务的合法性要求。
