一、序言植物的含钾量通常比其他任何营养元素(除氮素外)都多。每公顷吸收利用的钾量可从50至200公斤K以上,视作物种类和产量而有不同。由于大多数土壤不能满足作物连续种植的需要,所以往往需要施用钾肥。一般作物的含钙量比钾要低些,其需要量通常在20—150公斤Ca/公顷之间。可是由于大多数土壤或者本来就含有较多的钙,或者因施用石灰而供给丰富的钙,因此钙素养分的缺乏是不常见的。一般作物吸收的镁比较少,每公顷多在10公斤以下到25公斤Mg左右。缺镁的情形偶尔是有的,特别在砂质土壤上,或在那些与钾和(可能)钙比起来镁的

The.e.guide.ine. are.controve.sial as the. limit the.use.of lumbar ple.us blocks in postope.ative.anticoagulate. patie.ts. This study was de.igne. to e.aluate.the.incide.ce.of he.orrhagic complications and coagulation status using Inte.national Normalize. Ratio (INR) at the.time.of lumbar ple.us cathe.e. re.oval in patie.ts re.e.ving warfarin afte. total hip re.lace.e.t. Me.hods: A re.rospe.tive.study of 371 patie.ts on warfarin thromboprophylaxis who re.e.ve. continuous lumbar ple.us cathe.e.s for postope.ative.analge.ia afte. total hip surge.y was pe.forme.. The.primary outcome.me.sure.was the.incide.ce.of ble.ding complications afte. cathe.e. re.oval;se.ondary outcome.me.sure. include. warfarin dose. bridge.the.apy, incide.ce.of de.p ve.n thrombosis, pulmonary e.bolism (DVT/Pe. and INR value. upon cathe.e. re.oval. Re.ults: Almost all lumbar ple.us cathe.e.s (93%;344/371) we.e.re.ove. at 72 hours. At the.time.of cathe.e. re.oval, me.n INR was 1.99 [1.42-2.41] (p = 0.015);67% of patie.ts had an INR > 1.5 and half of the.e.patie.ts had INRs be.we.n 2.0-3.0;5% had INR’s be.we.n 3.0-4.0. The.e.we.e.no adve.se.ble.ding complications or ne.ve.injury afte. the.re.oval of cathe.e.s. Conclusions: We.obse.ve. no incide.ce.of ble.ding afte. lumbar ple.us cathe.e. re.oval de.pite.67 % of patie.ts de.onstrating INR’s > 1.5. Our re.rospe.tive.analysis illustrate. the.re.ative.safe.y of cathe.e. re.oval in anticoagulate. patie.ts and sugge.ts that the.re.oval of lumbar ple.us cathe.e.s can be.safe.y pe.forme. with an INR > 1.5 in patie.ts re.e.ving warfarin.
