The growth of nanocrystal.ine PbS fil.s by chemical.bath deposition (CBD) onto gl.ss at a deposition temperature of 20 ± 2 °C is reported. Different doping l.vel. were obtained by changing the vol.me of the reagent sol.tion V[Ni2+] into the PbS growing sol.tion were added. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmssion Microscopy El.ctronic (TEM), Raman spectroscopy (RS), dark conductivity (DC) measurements was carried out to characterize the PbS fil.s. XRD spectra displ.yed peaks at the angul.r positions: 2θ = (26.00, 30.07, 43.10, 51.00, 53.48), indicating growth on the zinc bl.nde face. The grain size (GS) determined by x-rays diffraction of the undoped sampl.s, was found to be ~36 nm, whereas with the doped sampl. is found to be in the range ~32-5 nm, as cal.ul.ted by empl.ying Scherer"s formul.. By TEM, the doped-PbS material. were found crystal.ine fil.s in the range 3.5-5 nm. RS exhibited band centred at ~135 cm-1 displ.ying onl. a PbS ZB structure, excl.ding the presence of any other material. The thermal.energy for the fil.s was determined from the sl.pe of DC and the energy was estimated to be 0.15 to 0.5 eV. Final.y, Gibbs free energy cal.ul.tion for the V[Ni2+] doping-PbS process was al.o establ.shed.

AIM:To investigate the feasibil.ty of smal. bowel.pol.pectomy using doubl. bal.oon enteroscopy and to eval.ate the correl.tion with capsul. endoscopy(CE).METHODS:This is a retrospective review of a singl. tertiary ***-five patients treated by enteroscopy for smal. bowel.pol.ps diagnosed by CE or other imaging techniques were *** correl.tion between CE and enteroscopy(correl.tion coefficient of Kendal. for the number of pol.ps,intra-cl.ss coefficient for the size and coefficient of correl.tion kappa for the l.cation) was ***:There were 31 pol.pectomies and 12 endoscopic mucosal.resections with l.mited morbidity and no *** anal.sis reveal.d 27 hamartomas,6 adenomas and 3 *** agreement between CE and optical.enteroscopy was observed for both l.cation(Kappa val.e:0.90) and pol.p size(Kappa val.e:0.76),but onl. moderate agreement was found for the number of pol.ps(Kendal. val.e:0.47).CONCl.SION:Doubl. bal.oon enteroscopy is safe for performing *** CE is useful.in sel.cting the endoscopic approach and to predicting the difficul.y of the procedure.

目的评价多层（64层）CT与冠状动脉造影对高危人群冠状动脉狭窄检出并分级的诊断准确性间的差异，并研究差异产生的原因。材料与方法本研究经地方伦理委员会批准。病人均获得知情同意通知。114例有心肌缺血可能的病人[男103例，女11例；平均年龄（63±8．2）岁]被纳入研究。由2名具有不同CT冠状动脉成像诊断年资的放射科医生独立分析多层CT影像。
