Spatiotemporal distance embedded hybrid ant colony algorithm for a kind of vehicle routing problem with constraints

We investigate a kind of vehicle routing problem with constraints(VRPC)in the car-sharing mobility environment,where the problem is based on user orders,and each order has a reservation time limit and two location point transitions,origin and destination.It is a typical extended vehicle routing problem(VRP)with both time and space constraints.We consider the VRPC problem characteristics and establish a vehicle scheduling model to minimize operating costs and maximize user(or passenger)experience.To solve the scheduling model more accurately,a spatiotemporal distance representation function is defined based on the temporal and spatial properties of the customer,and a spatiotemporal distance embedded hybrid ant colony algorithm(HACA-ST)is proposed.The algorithm can be divided into two stages.First,through spatiotemporal clustering,the spatiotemporal distance between users is the main measure used to classify customers in categories,which helps provide heuristic information for problem solving.Second,an improved ant colony algorithm(ACO)is proposed to optimize the solution by combining a labor division strategy and the spatiotemporal distance function to obtain the final scheduling route.Computational analysis is carried out based on existing data sets and simulated urban instances.Compared with other heuristic algorithms,HACA-ST reduces the length of the shortest route by 2%–14%in benchmark instances.In VRPC testing instances,concerning the combined cost,HACA-ST has competitive cost compared to existing VRP-related algorithms.Finally,we provide two actual urban scenarios to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Data-driven Product Functional Configuration: Patent Data and Hypergraph

The product functional configuration(PFC) is typically used by firms to satisfy the individual requirements of customers and is realized based on market analysis. This study aims to help firms analyze functions and realize functional configurations using patent data. This study first proposes a patent-data-driven PFC method based on a hypergraph network. It then constructs a weighted network model to optimize the combination of product function quantity and object from the perspective of big data, as follows:(1) The functional knowledge contained in the patent is extracted.(2) The functional hypergraph is constructed based on the co-occurrence relationship between patents and applicants.(3) The function and patent weight are calculated from the patent applicant’s perspective and patent value.(4)A weight calculation model of the PFC is developed.(5) The weighted frequent subgraph algorithm is used to obtain the optimal function combination list. This method is applied to an innovative design process of a bathroom shower.The results indicate that this method can help firms detach optimal function candidates and develop a multifunctional product.

Flexible Wolf Pack Algorithm for Dynamic Multidimensional Knapsack Problems

Optimization problems especially in a dynamic environment is a hot research area that has attracted notable attention in the past decades.It is clear from the dynamic optimization literatures that most of the efforts have been devoted to continuous dynamic optimization problems although the majority of the real-life problems are combinatorial.Moreover,many algorithms shown to be successful in stationary combinatorial optimization problems commonly have mediocre performance in a dynamic environment.In this study,based on binary wolf pack algorithm(BWPA),combining with flexible population updating strategy,a flexible binary wolf pack algorithm(FWPA)is proposed.Then,FWPA is used to solve a set of static multidimensional knapsack benchmarks and several dynamic multidimensional knapsack problems,which have numerous practical applications.To the best of our knowledge,this paper constitutes the first study on the performance of WPA on a dynamic combinatorial problem.By comparing two state-of-the-art algorithms with the basic BWPA,the simulation experimental results demonstrate that FWPA can be considered as a feasibility and competitive algorithm for dynamic optimization problems.

为提高预测舆情演化趋势的能力,提出了一种基于改进狼群算法(IWPA)优化长短期记忆(LSTM)神经网络的舆情演化预测模型。采用Halton Sequence进行初始化,提高种群多样性;设计步长因子进行高斯-正弦扰动变换,提高狼群探索开发能力;结合鲸鱼优化算法中的螺旋改进围攻机制,增强狼群的局部搜索能力;引入记忆力机制,使用双向记忆种群增加狼群协同合作能力,将改进后的狼群算法应用到LSTM神经网络的超参数预测。采用“新冠疫情”和“食品安全”等关键词作为实例,证明了IWPA-LSTM神经网络舆情演化预测模型具有良好的准确性和普适性,适用于多种舆情演化的预测。

A PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION MODEL OF SUPPLY-DRIVEN CHAIN WITH QUALITY UNCERTAINTY

Supply-driven chain＇s production is different from traditional demand-driven production because its supplies must guide the full production flow toward the markets and respond actively to customer demand. According to the control tlaeory, a novel multi-variable operation model of supply-driven chain is discussed here, integrating suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and market demands. Especially the coordination problem between suppliers and manufacturers is discussed where suppliers play more important role than manufacturers. Because defect is common in real production system, the production operation of supply-driven chain with imperfect quality is described on the basis of fuzzy set to model the ambiguity of quality and to provide appropriate supply coordination mechanism. In a designed numerical example, it is apparent that both response and robustness performances of supply-driven production system on demand with imperfect quality are improved by a fuzzy proportional-integral- differential regulator. The proposed model may apply to similar productions with imoerfect quality.

Firefly algorithm with division of roles for complex optimal scheduling

A single strategy used in the firefly algorithm(FA)cannot effectively solve the complex optimal scheduling problem.Thus,we propose the FA with division of roles(DRFA).Herein,fireflies are divided into leaders,developers,and followers,while a learning strategy is assigned to each role:the leader chooses the greedy Cauchy mutation;the developer chooses two leaders randomly and uses the elite neighborhood search strategy for local development;the follower randomly selects two excellent particles for global exploration.To improve the efficiency of the fixed step size used in FA,a stepped variable step size strategy is proposed to meet different requirements of the algorithm for the step size at different stages.Role division can balance the development and exploration ability of the algorithm.The use of multiple strategies can greatly improve the versatility of the algorithm for complex optimization problems.The optimal performance of the proposed algorithm has been verified by three sets of test functions and a simulation of optimal scheduling of cascade reservoirs.

针对密度分布不均数据,密度峰值聚类算法易忽略类簇间样本的疏密差异,导致误选类簇中心;分配策略易将稀疏区域的样本误分到密集区域,导致聚类效果不佳的问题,本文提出一种面向密度分布不均数据的加权逆近邻密度峰值聚类算法。该算法首先在局部密度公式中引入基于sigmoid函数的权重系数,增加稀疏区域样本的权重,结合逆近邻思想,重新定义了样本的局部密度,有效提升类簇中心的识别率;其次,引入改进的样本相似度策略,利用样本间的逆近邻及共享逆近邻信息,使得同一类簇样本间具有较高的相似度,可有效改善稀疏区域样本分配错误的问题。在密度分布不均、复杂形态和UCI数据集上的对比实验表明,本文算法的聚类效果优于IDPC-FA、FNDPC、FKNN-DPC、DPC和DPCSA算法。

结合自我决定理论与有机整合理论,以“唐山烧烤摊打人”事件为准自然实验,按照事件发展的时间脉络,对527名新浪微博用户进行4次纵向调研以构建面板数据。采用双向固定效应模型,通过识别泄露他人隐私的内外部动机因素,考察不同动机对泄露他人隐私行为的影响。研究发现:①相比于外部动机(社会关注和经济利益),内部动机(社会参与和伸张正义)对泄露他人隐私行为的作用更强烈、更持久;②泄露他人隐私动机存在“内化”现象,外部动机受到外部规则的外部、内摄、认同和整合调节后,逐渐转化为内部动机;③他人隐私关注对外部动机的内化过程具有抑制作用。

依托生产模式的三维结构框架,从复杂性视角,针对手工生产、大规模生产、大规模定制、大规模个性化和大规模个性化定制等主要生产模式,分析其中从价值交易到价值共创再到价值涌现的价值生成演化历程,提炼出客户维、生产维和服务维3个维度下的价值生成路径。基于局部作用导致整体涌现的系统科学观念,揭示出大规模个性化定制的价值涌现原理,明确了该原理的基本内涵。人单合一是大规模个性化定制的一种具体实现,其价值创造规律遵从价值涌现原理。生态价值是人单合一价值创造的源泉,海尔的超模块平台组织结构可实现人单合一中的价值涌现。大规模个性化定制的价值生成过程具有涌现性特征,它以价值涌现的方式表现出来,是价值共创的一种新形态。
