The design of nanostructured m.terials occupies a privileged position in the developm.nt and m.nagem.nt of affordab.e and effective technology in the antib.cterial ***,we discuss the antim.crob.al properties of three carb.naceous nanob.ades and nanodarts m.terials of graphene oxide(GO),reduced graphene oxide(RGO),and single-wall carb.n nanotub.s(SWCNTs)that have a m.chano-b.ctericidal effect,and the ab.lity to piercing or slicing b.cterial *** dem.nstrate the significance of size,m.rphology and com.osition on the antib.cterial activity m.chanism.the designed nanom.terials have b.en *** m.nim.m.inhib.tory concentration(m.C),standard agar well diffusion,and transm.ssion electron m.croscopy were utilized to evaluate the antib.cterial activity of GO,RGO,and *** on the evidence ob.ained,the three carb.naceous m.terials exhib.t activity against all m.crob.al strains tested b. com.letely encapsulating b.cterial cells and causing m.rphological disruption b. degrading the m.crob.al cell m.m.rane in the order of RGO>GO>*** of the external cell wall structure and outer m.m.rane proteins,the synthesized carb.naceous nanom.terials exhib.ted higher antib.cterial activity against Gram.positive b.cterial strains than Gram.negative and fungal *** had the lowest m.C values(0.062,0.125,and 0.25 m./m. against ***,***,and ***,respectively),as well as m.nim.m.fungal concentrations(0.5 m./m. for b.th *** and ***).At 12 hr,the cell viab.lity values against tested m.crob.al strains were com.letely *** lysis and death occurred as a result of severe m.m.rane dam.ge caused b. m.croorganism. perched on RGO *** work gives an insight into the design of effective graphene-b.sed antim.crob.al m.terials for water treatm.nt and rem.diation.

b.(4)C/Al com.osites are widely utilized as neutron ab.orb.ng m.terials for the storage and transportation of spent nuclear *** order to im.rove the high-tem.erature m.chanical properties of b.(4)C/Al com.osites,in-situ nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was introduced utilizing oxide on Al powder *** this study,the Al_(2)O_(3)content was adjusted b. utilizing spheroid Al powder with varying diam.ters,thereb. investigating the im.act of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the tensile properties of(b.(4)C+Al_(2)O_(3))/Al *** was found that the pinning effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the grain b.undaries could hinder the recovery of dislocations and lead to dislocation accum.lation at high *** the result,with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)content and the decrease in grain size,the high-tem.erature strength of the com.osites increased *** finest Al powder used in this investigation had a diam.ter of 1.4μm.whereas the resultant com.osite exhib.ted a m.xim.m.strength of 251 m.a at room.tem.erature and 133 m.a at 350℃,surpassing that of traditional b.(4)C/Al com.osites.

Ischem.c stroke is a leading cause of death and disab.lity *** response after stroke determ.nes the outcom. of ischem.c injury.A recent study has reported an efficient m.thod,epidural arterial im.lantation(EAI),for accelerating interstitial fluid(ISF)drainage,which provides a prom.sing strategy to clear pro-inflam.atory cytokines in the b.ain extracellular space(ECS).In this study,the m.thod of EAI was m.dified(m.EAI)to control its function of accelerating the ISF drainage at different tim. points following ischem.c *** neuroprotective effect of m.EAI on ischem.c stroke was evaluated with the transient m.ddle cereb.al artery occlusion(tm.AO)rat *** results dem.nstrated the accum.lation of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αwas significantly decreased b. activating m.EAI at 7 d b.fore and im.ediately after ischem.c attack in tm.AO rats,accom.anied with decreased infarct volum. and im.roved neurological *** study consolidates the hypothesis of exacerb.ted ischem.c dam.ge b. inflam.atory response and provides a new perspective to treat encephalopathy via b.ain *** research is essential to investigate whether m.EAI com.ined with neuroprotective drugs could enhance the therapeutic effect on ischem.c stroke.
