Si anode is of paramount importance for advanced energy-dense lithium-ion batteries(liBs).However,the large volume change as well as stress generates during its lithiation-delithiation process poses a great challenge to the long-term cycling and hindering its *** this work,a composite binder is prepared with a soft component,guar gum(GG),and a rigid linear polymer,anionic polyacrylamide(APAM).Rich hydroxy,carboxyl,and amide groups on the polymer chains not only enable intermolecular crosslinking to form a web-like binder,A2G1,but also realize strong chemical binding as well as physical encapsulating to Si *** resultant electrode shows limited thickness change of merely 9%on lithiation and almost recovers its original thickness on *** demonstrates high reversible capacity of 2104.3 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at a current density of 1800 mA g^(-1),and in constant capacity(1000 mAh g^(-1))test,it also shows a long life of 392 ***,this soft-hard combining web-like binder illustrates its great potential in the future applications.

The research on gas-liquid multiphase reactions using micro reactors is becoming increasingly widespread, given their excellent mass transfer performance. Establishing an accurate and reliable method to measure the gas-liquid mass transfer performance of micro reactors is crucial for evaluating and optimizing the design of micro reactor structure. In this paper, the physical absorption method of aqueous solution-CO_(2) and the chemical absorption method of sodium carbonate solution-CO_(2) were proposed. By analyzing the chemical reaction equilibrium during the absorption process, the relationship between the mass transfer of CO_(2) and the solubility of hydroxide ions in the solution was established, and the total gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient was immediately obtained by measuring the p H value. The corresponding testing platform and process have been established based on the characteristics of the proposed method to ensure fast and accurate measurement. In addition, the chemical absorption method takes into account temperature factors that were not previously considered. The volumetric mass transfer coefficient measured by these two methods is in the same range as those measured by other methods using the same microchannel structure in previous literature. The methods have the advantages of low equipment cost, faster measurement speed, and simpler procedures, which can facilitate its wide application to the evaluation of the mass transfer performance and hence can guide the structure optimization of microchannel reactors.

Visible-light indoor positioning is a new generation of positioning technology that can be integrated into smart lighting and optical communications. The current received signal strength(RSS)-based visible-light positioning systems struggle to overcome the interferences of background and indoor-reflected noise. Meanwhile, when ensuring the lighting, it is impossible to use the superposition of each light source to accurately distinguish light source information; furthermore, it is difficult to achieve accurate positioning in complex indoor environments. This study proposes an indoor positioning method based on a combination of power spectral density detection and a neural network. The system integrates the mechanism for visible-light radiation detection with RSS theory, to build a back propagation neural network model fitting for multiple reflection channels. Different frequency signals are loaded to different light sources at the beacon end, and the characteristic frequency and power vectors are obtained at the location end using the Pisarenko harmonic decomposition method. Then, a complete fingerprint database is established to train the neural network model and conduct location tests. Finally, the location effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified via actual positioning experiments. The simulation results show that, when four groups of sinusoidal waves with different frequencies are superimposed with white noise, the maximum frequency error is 0.104 Hz and the maximum power error is 0.0362 W. For the measured positioning stage, a 0.8 m × 0.8 m × 0.8 m solid wood stereoscopic positioning model is constructed, and the average error is 4.28 cm. This study provides an effective method for separating multi-source signal energies, overcoming background noise, and improving indoor visible-light positioning accuracies.

Flexible self-cleaning surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensors are highly desirable for the detection of various environmental pollutants,including volatile organic compounds(VOCs).However,achieving sensitive detection without labeling and ensuring efficient cyclic use remain significant ***,we introduce a direct approach to create a versatile Ni_(3)S_(2)/MoS_(2)@Ag@PDMS(PDMS=polydimethylsiloxane)composite SERS substrate using chemical vapor deposition *** produced substrate shows outstanding performance,offering extremely low detection sensitivity(1.0×10^(−12)M 4-aminobenzenethiol)and high enhancement factors(approximately 107).The interactions between the rod-shaped Ni_(3)S_(2)/MoS_(2)@Ag heterostructure and the molecules facilitate the transfer of charge,resulting in an increased electric field enhancement of the exciton *** has the dual benefit of providing a self-cleaning effect and enhancing SERS ***,the substrate enables sensitive detection of VOCs gas molecules without the need for labels,achieving a minimum detectable concentration as low as 1 ppm for o-dichlorobenzene,due to the preconcentration effect of *** calculations further explain the combined effect of electromagnetic and chemical enhancement in this composite *** utilizing the developed visual SERS barcode,quick multiple detection and analysis of mixtures can be *** flexible and versatile SERS technique has significant potential for on-site detection and analysis of environmental pollutants,opening the doors for the development of a wearable in-situ SERS sensing platform.

　　N1-Trifluoroethyl-4-methoxy-5-chloro-3-pyridazone (4) was synthesized by the substitution reaction of 4methoxy-5-chloro-3-pyridazone (1) with trifluoroethyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (A) at basic condition. In the most of reaction conditions, N1-methyl-4-methoxy-5-chloro-3-pyridazone (2) was obtained as a major by-product, which means that the methyl group in the 4-methoxy shifted to N-1 position inter-molecularly aided by A or trifluoroethyl methanesulfonate (B). We obtained N1-methyl-4-trifluoro-ethoxy-5-chloro-3-pyridazone (3) in the reaction of 1 with B at higher temperature in different solvents with different yield (Table 1 ), which mechanism was shown in Figure 1. When we tried to synthesize 4 in the reaction of 1 with trifluoroethyl toluenesulfonate under basic condition, 6 was obtained (Figure 2). All the detailed mechanisms are undergoing investigated.……

Inhibitory Effect of Arsenic Trioxide on Growth and Telomerase Activity of SMMC-7721 and BEL-7402 Hepatocarcinoma Cells and Determination of their GSH Content

OBJECTIVE To explore the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on growth and telomerase activity of BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 hepatocarcinoma cells, and to measure their GSH level. METHODS Cell culture and trypan blue exclusion were used to examine the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 hepatocarcinoma lines. A GSH kit and telomerase kit were used to mearsure the GSH content in cells and telomerase activity. RESULTS The growth of BEL-7402 cells was significantly inhibited at a level of 0.50μmol/L of arsenic trioxide by 24 h. The inhibitory effect increased with time and concetration of arsenic trioxide. The telomerase activity of BEL-7402 cells was also significantly inhibited at a level of 0.50μmol/L of arsenic trioxide by 24 h, after which the inhibitory effect increased with time. On the other hand, at 24 h of incubation a level of 2.00 μmol/L of arsenic trioxide was required to significantly inhibit growth of SMMC-7721 cells, and only after 48 h with 2.00μmol/L of arsenic trioxide did telomerase activity significantly decline. The GSH content of the BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cells was 18.7±1.4 and 50.8±5.2 nmol/mg protein respectively, a significant difference. CONCLUSION Different concentrations of arsenic trioxide are required to inhibit growth and telomerase activity of SMMC-7721 and BEL-7402 cells. Perhaps BEL-7402 cells are more sensitive to arsenic trioxide because of their low level of GSH content, which results in a low capacity for oxidation-reduction and poorer detoxification mechanisms in BEL-7402 cells.

Photocatalytic ozonation-based degradation of phenol by ZnO—TiO_(2)nanocomposites in spinning disk reactor

Spinning disk reactor(SDR)has emerged as a novel process intensification photocatalytic reactor,and it has higher mass transfer efficiency and photon utilization for the degradation of toxic organic pollutants by advanced oxidation processes(AOPs).In this study,ZnO—TiO_(2)nanocomposites were prepared by solgel method,and coated on the disk of SDR by impregnation-pull-drying-calcination *** performance of catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,photoluminescence and ultraviolet—visible diffuse reflectance *** ozonation in SDR was used to remove phenol,and various factors on degradation effect were studied in *** results showed that the rate of degradation and mineralization reached 100%and 83.4%under UV light irradiation after 50 min,compared with photocatalysis and ozonation,the removal rate increased by 69.3%and 34.7%,and mineralization rate increased by 56.7%and 62.9%,which indicated that the coupling of photocatalysis and ozonation had a synergistic *** radical capture experiments demonstrated that the active species such as photogenerated holes(h^(+)),hydroxyl radicals(·OH),superoxide radical(·O_(2)-)were responsible for phenol degradation,and·OH played a leading role in the degradation process,while h+and·O_(2)^(-)played a non-leading role.
