Bistorta vivipara is a facultative reproductive plant capable of asexual reproduction through underground rhizomes and bulbils,as well as sexual reproduction via *** phenomenon of vegetative organ vivipary is a complex biological process regulated by a network of ***,the developmental mechanism regulating bulbil vivipary in *** remains largely *** study investigated different developmental stages of *** using RNA sequencing and transcriptome *** 438 million high-quality reads were generated,with over 61.65%of the data mapped to the de novo transcriptome sequence.A total of 154,813 reads were matched in at least one public database,and 49,731 genes were differentially expressed across developmental *** analysis revealed significant enrichment of these genes in phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,plant hormone signal transduction,protein processing,starch and sucrose metabolism,and plant-pathogen ***-four genes involved in phytohormones,plant pigments,enzymes,and transcription factors were identified as potential candidates for inducing vegetative organ *** differentially expressed genes(DEGs),detected through comparative transcriptome analysis,may serve as candidate genes for bulbil vivipary in ***,establishing a foundation for future studies on the molecular mechanisms underlying vegetative organ vivipary.

为减少滑坡灾害带来的损失,以湖南省常德市为例,基于野外调查和历史滑坡数据,将分形理论和信息量法应用于区域滑坡易发性评价。利用分形理论定量研究影响因子的敏感性,再进一步利用信息量法得到各二级影响因子的信息量值,通过综合分维值和信息量值得到综合信息量值,以此值对研究区进行易发性分区。结果表明:影响因子中的坡度、工程地质岩组、高程及植被等与滑坡呈二阶累计和分形分布,而其他影响因子与滑坡呈一阶累计和分形分布,通过其分维值,确定影响因子与滑坡之间的定量关系。极低、低、中、高、极高易发性区面积占比分别为5.24%、8.84%、35.06%、39.21%、11.65%,其中,年降雨量大于1600 mm、坡度20~30°和高程900~1100 m等影响因子为重要影响因子。

Non-Covalent Functionalization of Graphene with Bisphenol A for High-Performance Supercapacitors

The reduced graphene oxide(RGO)/bisphenol A(BPA)composites were prepared by an adsorption-reduction *** composites are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-vis,thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results confirm that BPA is adsorbed on the basal plane of RGO byπ-πstacking ***,the electrochemical behaviors were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge/discharge techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that the RGO/BPA nanocomposites exhibit ultrahigh specific capacitance of 466 F•g^(−1) at a current density of 1 A•g^(−1),excellent rate capability(more than 81%retention at 10 A•g^(−1) relative to 1 A•g^(−1))and superior cycling stability(90%capacitance decay after 4000 cycles).Consequently,the RGO/BPA nanocomposites can be regarded as promising electrode materials for supercapacitor applications.

Landscape ecological risk assessment and its driving factors in the Weihe River basin,China

Potassium nitrate(KNO_(3))promotes adventitious root(AR)formation in apple stem ***,evidence for the possible involvement of cytokinin(CK)in KNO_(3)-mediated AR formation in apples is still *** this study,we cultured GL-3 apple microshoots in different treatment *** the T1(KNO_(3)9.4 mmol L^(-1)+6-benzyl adenine(6-BA)2.22μmol L^(-1))and T3(6-BA 2.22μmol L^(-1))treatments completely inhibited AR formation,the control,T2(KNO_(3)9.4 mmol L^(-1)),and T4(KNO_(3)9.4 mmol L^(-1)+lovastatin(Lov)1.24μmol L^(-1))treatments developed ***,T4-treated microshoots developed fewer and shorter ARs,indicating that optimum CK synthesis is needed for normal AR *** also suggests that these fewer and shorter ARs developed because of the presence of KNO_(3) in the same *** anatomy of the stem basal part indicated that the inhibition of CK biosynthesis delayed AR primordia *** endogenous levels of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and zeatin riboside(ZR)were higher in T2-treated microshoots,while the abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellic acid 3(GA_(3)),and brassinosteroid(BR)levels were higher in T4-treated *** expression levels of MdNRT1.1and MdNRT2.1 were higher in T2-treated microshoots at 3 and 8 days,while MdRR2 and MdCKX5 were higher at 8 and 16 days,***,higher IAA levels increased MdWOX11 expression,which in turn increased MdLBD16 and MdLBD29 expression in response to *** combined expression of these genes stimulated adventitious rooting by upregulating cell cycle-related genes(MdCYCD1;1 and MdCYCD3;1)in response to T2 *** study shows that specific genes and hormonal pathways contribute to KNO_(3)-CK-mediated adventitious rooting in apples.

针对不规则结构阵列的波束图容易出现旁瓣升高的问题,该文提出了一种基于径向基神经网络(RBFNN)的波束设计方法。该方法根据Olen波束形成中阵元位置和阵列加权向量之间的非线性关系,利用径向基神经网络输入和输出之间的非线性映射特性,以任意结构阵列的实际阵元位置为基准,构造带有误差的阵元位置样本集。之后利用Olen法计算阵列加权向量并进行波束形成,当波束图满足设计要求时,记录对应的位置和阵列加权向量作为径向基神经网络训练数据的输入样本和输出样本,并使用训练后的网络得到实际阵列的加权向量。最后,对直线阵、弧形阵、随机环形阵进行了波束优化设计,结果这几种阵形的波束都可以满足设计要求,证明了所提方法的有效性。
