Generally, there are two major isoforms of me-tallothionein (MT) in mammals. In this study two cDNAs of metallothionein, MT-A and MT-B, in a fresh-water fish, crucian carp (Carassius cuvieri), were cloned by the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The homology of their reading frame is about 92.3%. The sequence analysis of both cDNAs gave the structures of coding regions corresponding to 60 amino acid residues, and the structures of complete 3’ -untranslated regions in which a significant difference in the size of their 3’-untranslated regions (130 bp for MT-A and 280 bp for MT-B) exists. The results of amino acid sequencing of both MT-1 and MT-2 purified by HPLC are identical to those deduced from MT cDNA genes, indicating that MT-1 is from MT-A gene and MT-2 is from MT-B gene respectively. No blocking in the N-terminal of MT-2 isoform was the first case found in vertebrates, most of which were blocked by acetylation. These results suggest that there were differential controls at the

Monitoring and study of dynamic characteristics of groundwater are significant methods of earthquake monitoring and forecasting. For research on groundwater dynamics,groundwater dating can qualitatively and quantitatively provide scientific analysis on the characteristics of groundwater recharge and runoff as well as renewal capacity. This article illustrates the methods used globally and summarizes the main advances and achievements in groundwater dating. It also focuses on the relationships between groundwater renewal capacity and seismic monitoring,groundwater movement and seismic activity,shallow groundwater recharge and abnormal interference elimination. The studies show that groundwater dating plays an important role in water-rock interaction,and geological tectonic and seismic activity evaluation. Therefore,groundwater dating can be widely used to monitor and analyze the precursor information in seismic underground fluid observations in the near future.

Water temperature observation in wells,as a precursor observation project in China,aims to capture stress-strain information during the preparation of earthquakes. The study of the water temperature tidal effect has important significance,for water temperature tidal effect is both a reflection of stress-strain in crust and an interference factor of precursor observations. With a view of thermal conditions in artesian wells,the paper holds that there are two mechanisms for interpreting tidally induced water temperature changes in artesian wells. Namely,thermal conduction mechanisms and thermal convection mechanism. The paper then derives the quantitative relationship between water temperature and tidal volumetric strain changes in an ideal artesian well. Finally,the water temperature tidal effect in the Benxi artesian well is analyzed. The results show that the water temperature tidal effect in Benxi well is the result of joint action of thermal conduction mechanism and thermal convection mechanism,in which thermal conduction mechanism plays a leading role.

目的:对鄄城县药用植物资源及中药材市场进行全面调查,旨在摸清鄄城县中药资源分布情况。方法:通过文献研究、实地调查、标本采集等方法,对该县药用植物资源及中药材市场进行调查分析。结果:鄄城县共有药用植物156种,隶属59科136属,重点中药材61种,归属于54种药用植物。主要栽培药用植物10种,其中金银花和防风栽培面积较大。市场中流通的中药材品种丰富,以植物源中药材为主。结论:鄄城县药用植物资源相对丰富,栽培品种多样,其市场发展前景广阔。该调查结果为开发利用当地中药资源提供了参考依据。

Effect of the structure of ginsenosides on the in vivo fate of their liposomes

To utilize themultiple functions and give full play of ginsenosides,a variety of ginsenosides with different structures were prepared into liposomes and evaluated for their effect on the stability,pharmacokinetics and tumor targeting capability of liposomes.The results showed that the position and number of glycosyl groups of ginsenosides have significant effect on the in vitro and in vivo properties of their liposomes.The pharmacokinetics of ginsenosides liposomes indicated that the C-3 sugar group of ginsenosides is beneficial to their liposomes for longer circulation in vivo.The C-3 and C-6 glycosyls can enhance the uptake of their liposomes by 4T1 cells,and the glycosyls at C-3 position can enhance the tumor active targeting ability significantly,based on the specific binding capacity to Glut 1 expressed on the surface of 4T1 cells.According to the results in the study,ginsenoside Rg3 and ginsenoside Rh2 are potential for exploiting novel liposomes because of their cholesterol substitution,long blood circulation and tumor targeting capabilities.The results provide a theoretical basis for further development of ginsenoside based liposome delivery systems.

Graphene(Gr)reinforced high-entropy alloy(HEA)matrix composites are expected as potential candidates for next-generation structural applications in light of outstanding mechanical properties.A deep comprehension of the underlying deformation mechanisms under extreme shock loading is of paramount importance,however,remains lacking due to experimentally technical limitations in existence.In the present study,by means of nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations,dynamic deformation behaviors and corresponding mechanisms in equiatomic FeNiCrCoCu HEA/Gr composite systems were investigated in terms of various shock velocities.The resistance to dislocation propagation imparted by Gr was corroborated to encourage the elevated local stress level by increasing the likelihood of dislocation interplays,which facilitated the onset of twins and hexagonal close-packed(HCP)martensite laths.Meanwhile,the advent of Gr was demonstrated to endow the HEA with an additional twinning pathway that induced a structural conversion from HCP to parent face-centered cubic(FCC)inside HCP martensite laths,different from the classical one that necessitated undergoing the intermediate procedure of extrinsic stacking fault(ESF)evolution.More than that,by virtue of an increase in flow stress,the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)effect was validated to be additionally evoked as the predominant strain accommodation mechanism at higher strains on the one hand,but which only assisted plasticity in pure systems,and on the other hand,can also act as an auxiliary regulation mode together with the twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP)effect under intermediate strains,but with enhanced contributions relative to pure systems.One may expect that TRIP and TWIP effects promoted by introducing Gr would considerably inspire a synergistic effect between strength and ductility,contributing to the exceptional shock-resistant performance of FeNiCrCoCu HEAs under extreme regimes.
