本文介绍根据露点温度的变化规律,项目借助PKPM节能软件计算分析围护结构热工性能,验证了热桥部位结露不仅与围护结构保温材料的配置有关,而且与相对湿度、居室温度也有很大的关系。在改善治理通过选用Low-E中空玻璃、断桥铝构造、聚氨酯粘结砂浆等导热性系数较小的材料来降低围护结构导热系数,选用优化围护结构工艺,保持室内相对干燥,红外热像仪用于建筑过程中保温性能、气密性进行测定质量监测,可以有效防止施工过程中因局部质量问题导致围护结构的热桥部位保温性能降低、传热系数升高。根据当前建筑节能的推广与应用,实现被动式建筑才是无热桥设计与施工(无结露)的最佳选择路线。

项目依托课题研究,针对玻璃幕墙结构施工关键技术进行优化设计,借助ANSYS软件平台对结构进行了有限元分析,通过结构的最大等效应力和总变形量的结果,验证了框架式玻璃幕墙结构设计的安全性、合理性。该结构设计解决了常规框架式玻璃幕墙安装结构工序繁杂、安装精度低、施工周期长、安装费用高等施工技术难题。同时,将红外热成像技术成功地应用到了建筑节能的气密性检测中,极大地提高了工作效率,确保工程质量优良,经济效益、社会效益显著。

Mimicry target-directed micro RNA degradation is widespread and highly conserved among eukaryotes. However, little is known about its mechanism of action. In this letter, by using STTM160(target mimic of mi R160) as a reporter, we show that dysfunction of HAWAIIAN SKIRT(HWS) suppresses the pleiotropic phenotype of STTM160. Small RNA sequencing and Northern blot analyses suggested that HWS only affects a subset of micro RNAs. Intriguingly,we identified a stable coexistence of mi R160/mi R399 and their mimicry targets within the AGO1 complex when HWS is compromised, pointing to a possible role of HWS in the clearance of RNA-induced silencing complexes associated with mimicry target.

Large-scale chlorophyll （Chl） degradation, along with concomi- tant anthocyanin biosynthesis, creates the magnificent canopy scenery in the autumn. Dynamic Chl degradation greatly facili- tates plant growth and development by remobilizing nutrients from senescing organs to rapidly developing ones, seeds and storage organs in particular. In the last decade or so, the major Chl degradation pathway, termed the pheophorbide a oxygenase （PAO） pathway, has been extensively characterized by identifying Chl catabofic genes （CCGs） or enzymes （CCEs）. Chl a is the degradable form of Chls; while Chl b needs to be converted to Chl a before being channeled for degradation （Figure 1A）.

The subfamily Meloinae from Xizang of China is revised： totally 8 genera and 34 species are recorded; Meloe（Meloe） scabrus sp. nov. is described and illustrated as new to science; Mylabris（Chalcabris） bistillata Tan, 1981, stat. rev. is transferred from Hycleus; and a key to the species is presented. Three species, Lytta battonii Kaszab, 1962, Lytta kryzhanovskyi Kaszab, 1962 and Hycleus cichorii（Linnaeus, 1758）, were wrongly recorded in Xizang.

The genus Luprops Hope, 1833 is distributed in Palaearctic, Oriental, Sino-Japanese and Afrotropical regions, including 3 new Chinese record species described in this paper. Eleven species of this genus are known in China. The new Chinese record species are: L. brancuccii Schawaller, 2013, L. kaszabi Schawaller, 1997 and L. rugosissimus Kaszab, 1980. A key to the known Luprops species and its morphological details are provided. In addition, larva of Luprops horni(Gebien, 1914) is reported for the first time.

The H3K27 methyltransferase CLF inhibits lateral root(LR) formation through depositing the repressive H3K27me3 mark to the chromatin of PIN1, a key polar auxin transporter gene. Here, we show that the H3K27me3 demethylase REF6 promotes lateral root primordium initiation and LR emergence. REF6 directly binds to the chromatin of PIN1/3/7. Dysfunction in REF6 results in increased levels of H3K27me3 on PIN1/3/7 and suppressed expression of PIN genes. Genetic analysis of the clf ref6 double mutant revealed an antagonistic action between CLF and REF6, in terms of LR *** findings indicate that H3K27 methylation and demethylation activities are likely coordinated to ensure proper LR organogenesis.
