Bisphenol compounds(BPs)are commonly used in industry and ***,BPs pollution has already raised global concerns due to their ecological *** study investigated nine types of BPs in agricultural soil and irrigation rivers,and evaluated the occurrence,source apportionment,and ecological risks for BPs in soils of agricultural environment by using principal component analysis-multivariate linear regression(PCA-MlR)and risk quotients(RQ).The average concentration of BPs in soil,irrigation water and sediments were 29.19 ng/g,30.21 ng/l and 610.09 ng/g dw,*** was the most highly detected contaminant in all *** soil,the primary BPA substitutes were bisphenol S(BPS)and bisphenol F(BPF),contributing about 50%to the pollution in ***-MlR analysis indicated that the release of solid waste was the primary cause of BPs pollution in the agricultural soils,following by waste water *** evaluation of RQ revealed that BPs presented a low to medium risk to algae,daphnia,and fish in irrigation rivers,while more than 90% of soil sampling sites faced medium or high risk,with BPA and BPS as the main contributors to the *** research findings offer evidence to support the assessment of contaminants concentration,source pathways,and risk management strategies pertaining to BPs in the agricultural *** ongoing BPA substitute occurrence,addressing risks to agricultural soil ecosystems remains crucial.

Mercury is a threatening pollutant in food,herein,we developed a Tb^(3+)-nucleic acid probe-based.l.bel-free assay for mix-and-read,rapid detection of mercury *** assay utilized the feature of light-up fluorescence of terbium ions(Tb^(3+))via binding with single-strand *** ion,Hg^(2+)induced thymine(T)-rich dNA strand to form a double-strand structure(T-Hg^(2+)-T),thus leading to fluorescence *** on the principle,Hg^(2+)can be quantified based on the fluorescence of Tb^(3+),the limit of detection was 0.0689μmol/l and the linear range was 0.1-6.0μmol/*** to the specificity of T-Hg^(2+)-T artificial base pair,the assay could distinguish Hg^(2+)from other metal *** recovery rate was ranged in 98.71%-101.34%for detecting mercury pollution in three food *** assay is low-cost,separation-free and mix-to-read,thus was a competitive tool for detection of mercury pollution to ensure food safety.

Boosted photocatalytic removal of NO using direct Z-scheme UiO-66-NH_(2)/Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanoflowers heterojunction:mechanism insight and humidity effect

In practical applications,relative humidity in the air is a key factor affecting the photocatalytic removal of NO,which is often overlooked in previous ***,we developed a direct Z-scheme UiO-66-NH_(2)/Bi_(2)MoO_(6)heterojunction with a nanoflower-like structure to systematically investigate the effect of relative humidity on photocatalytic removal of *** optimized heterojunction for the removal efficiency of NO was 71.6%at1.07 mg·m^(-3)NO concentration(relative humidity=10%),and the generation of NO_(2) was only 1.1%.Interestingly,with the increase in relative humidity,it showed a higher inhibition effect on NO_(2),while the removal of NO decreased slightly(8%),which might be attributed to the affinity effect of NO_(2) with water molecules and the competitive adsorption of H_(2)O and NO on the surface of the heterojunction ***,the reaction pathways of NO removal at the developed heterojunctions were revealed by in situ dRIFTS *** work provides a novel vision for the development of direct Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts to effectively remove NO and inhibit the formation of toxic intermediate NO_(2) under different humidities.
