In this paper,we investigate the following p-Kirchhoff equation{∫R^(N)|u|^(2)dx=ρ,(a+b)∫RN(|Δu}^(p)+|u|^(p))dx)(-Δpu+|u|^(p-2u)=|u|^(s-2)u+μu,x∈R^(N),where a>0,b≥0,p>0 are constants,constants,p*=N-P/Np is the critical Sobolev exponent,μis a lagrange multiplier,-Δpu=-div(|Δu|_(p-2)u),2d s∈(2N/N+2p-2,p*).We demonstratethat he p-Kirchhoff equation has a normalized solution using the mountain pass lemma and some analysis techniques.

In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution,the health of human lung tissues is also facing serious *** IIE(M2E)is the main metabolite of sweetening agents mogrosides from the anti-tussive Chinese herbal Siraitia *** study elucidated the anti-inflammatory action and molecular mechanism of M2E against acute lung injury(AlI).A lipopolysaccharide(lPS)-induced AlI mod.l.was established in mice and MH-S cells were employed to explore the protective mechanism of M2E through the western blotting,co-immunoprecipitation,and quantitative real time-PCR *** results indicated that M2E alleviated.l.S-induced.l.ng injury through restraining the activation of secreted phospholipase A2 type IIA(Pla2g2a)-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).The interaction of Pla2g2a and EGFR was identified by *** addition,M2E protected AlI induced with lPS against inflammatory and damage which were significantly dependent upon the downregulation of AKT and m TOR via the inhibition of ***2g2a may represent a potential target for M2E in the improvement of lPS-induced.l.ng injury,which may represent a promising strategy to treat AlI.

Background:Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)stands as the most prevalent form of kidney cancer,accounting for a significant proportion of malignancies affecting the *** is well known as a type of tumour with *** checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)aim to enhance the anticancer immune response in ccRCC by blocking programmed cell death 1 ligand 1/programmed death 1(Pd.l./Pd-1)*** a previous study,we showed that RING finger protein 26(RNF26)degrades chromobox 7(CBX7)to activate the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in ***:We analyzed The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database using the R package ESTIMATE and found that RNF26 was significantly associated with ccRCC immune *** relationship between RNF26 and the Pd1 checkpoint signaling pathway was detected by enrichment *** addition,the molecular mechanism of RNF26 up-regulation of Pd.l. was detected by transcriptome sequencing,RT-qPCR,and Western Blot in ccRCC cell lineages 786-O and A498 *** transplantation tumor experiments in C57Bl/6 mice were used to test the efficacy of anti-Pd1 and knockdown of RNF26 in ***:We showed that RNF26 suppressed the immune response to ***,we revealed that RNF26 activated the Pd-1 checkpoint pathway to suppress the immune response to ccRCC,possibly via the CBX7/Pd.l. ***:The suggestion derived from our results is that targeting RNF26 holds the potential to amplify the efficacy of anticancer immunotherapies in the treatment of ccRCC.

This paper studies a robust fault compensation and vibration suppression problem of flexible hypersonic *** controlled plant is represented by a cascade system composed of a nonlinear Ordinary differential Equation(OdE)and an Euler-Bernoulli Beam Equation(EBBE),in which the vibration dynamics is coupled with the rigid dynamics and suffers from distributed faults.A state differential transformation is introduced to transfer distributed faults to an EBBE boundary and a longitudinal dynamics is refined by utilizing T-S fuzzy IF-THEN rules.A novel T-S fuzzy based fault-tolerant control algorithm is developed and related stability conditions are *** robust exponential stability and well-posedness are proved by using the modified.l.(0)-semigroup based.l.apunov direct approach.A simulation study on the longitudinal dynamics of flexible hypersonic vehicles effectively verifies the validity of the developed theoretical results.

Microbial electrosynthesis(MES)converts CO_(2)into value-added products such as volatile fatty acids(VFAs)with minimal energy use,but low production titer has limited scale-up and *** electron transfer via H_(2)on the MES cathode has shown a higher conversion rate than the direct biofilm-based approach,as it is tunable via cathode potential control and accelerates electrosynthesis from CO_(2).Here we report high acetate titers can be achieved via improved in situ H_(2)supply by nickel foam decorated carbon felt cathode in mixed community MES *** concentration of 12.5 g l^(-1)was observed in 14 days with nickel-carbon cathode at a poised potential of-0.89 V(*** hydrogen electrode,SHE),which was much higher than cathodes using stainless steel(5.2 g l^(-1))or carbon felt alone(1.7 g l^(-1))with the same projected surface area.A higher acetate concentration of 16.0 g l^(-1)in the cathode was achieved over long-term operation for 32 days,but crossover was observed in batch operation,as additional acetate(5.8 g l^(-1))was also found in the abiotic anode *** observed the low Faradaic efficiencies in acetate production,attributed to partial H_(2)utilization for *** selective acetate production with high titer demonstrated in this study shows the H_(2)-mediated electron transfer with common cathode materials carries good promise in MES development.

A new COX1 primer for soil nematode metabarcoding was designed,and this primer outperforms other commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of PCR products.•The lack of reference database is the main reason that led to the low species recovery in COX1 metabarcoding.•We expanded current NCBI database by adding 51 newly generated COX1 reference *** nematodes play important roles in soil ecosystems and often serve as bioindicators of soil *** identification of soil nematodes is often difficult due to their limited diagnostic characters and high phenotypic *** barcoding and metabarcoding techniques are promising but lack universal primers,especially for mitochondrial COX1 *** this study a degenerated COX1 forward primer COIFGEd was *** primer pair(COIFGEd/JB5GEd)outperforms other four commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)*** metabarcoding analysis,the reads obtained from the new primer pair had the highest sequencing saturation threshold and amplicon sequence variant(ASV)diversity in comparison to other COX1 as well as 18S rRNA *** annotation of ASVs suggested the new primer pair initially recovered 9 and 6 out of 25 genera from mock communities,respectively,outperformed other COX1 primers,but underperformed the wid.l. used 18S NF1/18Sr2b primers(16 out of 25 genera).By supplementing the COX1 database with our reference sequences,we recovered an additional 6 mock community species bringing the tally closer to that obtained with 18S *** summary,our newly designed COX1 primers significantly improved species recovery and thus can be supplementary or alternative to the conventional 18S metabarcoding.

In this paper, we consider a susceptible-infective-susceptible(SIS) reaction-diffusion epidemic mod.l.with spontaneous infection and.l.gistic source in a periodically evolving domain. Using the iterative technique,the uniform boundedness of solution is established. In addition, the spatial-temporal risk index R0(ρ) depending on the domain evolution rate ρ(t) as well as its analytical properties are discussed. The monotonicity of R0(ρ)with respect to the diffusion coefficients of the infected dI, the spontaneous infection rate η(ρ(t)y) and interval length l is investigated under appropriate conditions. Further, the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic endemic equilibria are explored by upper and.l.wer solution method. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our analytical results. Our results provide valuable information for disease control and prevention.
