Japan lacked resources is a large import country and also a large consuming *** it is turned society structure system of consumption goods stocked in domestic,which leads to 450 millions ton waste ***,because of continuing development of intermediate handling and recycled utilization technology,finally disposed waste materials approximately 30 millions *** quantity of concrete product is consumed 300 millions ton per year unprecedented,beau case of large scope,it is expected valid and large absorption industry of recycled material. The purpose of this paper is to do a report on applied present status and future assignment of recycled material and building structure in Japan.

Tumors of the biliary tree are relatively rare; but their incidence is rising worldwide. There are several known risk factors for bile duct cancers, and these are seem to be associated with chronic inflammation of the biliary epithelium. Herein, 2 risk factors have been discussed, primary sclerosing cholangitis and reflux of pancreatic juice into the bile duct, as seen in such as an abnor- mal union of the pancreatic-biliary junction because magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is used widely and effectively in the diagnosis of these diseases. When biliary disease is suspected, MRI can often help dif- ferentiate between benignity and malignancy, stage tumors, select surgical candidates and guide surgical planning. MRI has many advantages over other modali- ties. Therefore, MRI is a reliable noninvasive imaging tool for diagnosis and pre-surgical evaluation of bile duct tumors. Nowadays remarkable technical advances in magnetic resonance technology have expanded the clinical applications of MRI in case of biliary diseases. In this article, it is also discussed how recent develop- ments in MRI contributes to the diagnosis of the bile duct cancer and the evaluation of patients with risk fac- tors affecting bile duct cancer.

Lymph node targeting is a commonly used strategy for particulate vaccines,particularly for Pickering ***,extensive research on the internal delivery mechanisms of these emulsions,especially the complex intercellular interactions of deformable Pickering emulsions,has been surprisingly *** gap in knowledge holds significant potential for enhancing vaccine *** study aims to address this by summarizing the process of lymph-node-targeting transport and introducing a dissipative particle dynamics simulation method to evaluate the dynamic processes within cell *** transport of Pickering emulsions in skeletal muscle tissue is specifically investigated as a case *** factors impacting the transport process are explored,including local cellular tissue environmental factors and the properties of the Pickering emulsion *** simulation results primarily demonstrate that an increase in radial repulsive interaction between emulsion particles can decrease the transport ***,larger intercellular gaps also diminish the transport efficiency of emulsion droplet particles due to the increased motion complexity within the intricate transport space compared to a single *** study sheds light on the nuanced interplay between engineered and biological systems influencing the transport dynamics of Pickering *** insights hold valuable potential for optimizing transport processes in practical biomedical applications such as drug ***,the desired transport efficiency varies depending on the specific *** instance,while a more rapid transport might be crucial for lymph-node-targeted drug delivery,certain applications requiring a slower release of active components could benefit from the reduced transport efficiency observed with increased particle repulsion or larger intercellular gaps.

The adsorption of protein molecules to oil/water(O/W)interface is of critical importance for the product design in a wide range of technologies and industries such as biotechnology,food industry and pharmaceutical *** this work,with ovalbumin(OVA)as the model protein,the adsorption conformations at the O/W interface and the adsorption stability have been systematically studied via multiple simulation methods,including all-atom molecular dynamic(AAMD)simulations,coarse-grained molecular dynamic(CGMD)simulations and enhanced sampling *** computational results of AAMD and CGMD show that the hydrophobic tail of OVA tends to be folded under long time relaxation in aqueous phase,and multiple adsorption conformations can exist at the interface due to heterogeneous interactions raising from oil and water *** further study the adsorption sites of the protein,the adsorption kinetics of OVA at the O/W interface is simulated using metadynamics method combined with CGMD simulations,and the result suggests the existence of multiple adsorption conformations of OVA at interface with the head-on conformation as the most stable *** all,this work focuses on the adsorption behaviors of OVA at squalene/water interface,and provides a theoretical basis for further functionalization of the proteins in emulsion-based products and engineering.

This study presents experimental results of the change in threshold friction velocity and dust emission strength as a function of soil moisture content. The dust and soil moisture data were obtained from irrigated plots of a bare, sandy soil （no vegetation） situated in the Mongolian steppe. Dust flux was measured using the PI-SWERL^（R） device, while soil moisture was measured using gravimetric methods. Our results demonstrate the strong controlling effects of soil moisture on both the threshold friction velocity and dust emission strengths. Threshold friction velocity increased from 0.44 m/s for dry soil （0.002 g/g） to 0.67 m/s for wet soil （0.06 g/g）, confirming the importance of soil moisture for controlling dust events. Dust emission strength was significantly depressed for wet soils, starting at a soil moisture value of 0.02 g/g. From these results, we developed a simple dust diagram that may be useful as part of a warning system to identify initial sensitivity to threshold conditions as well as conditions that could lead to potentially significant dust emissions. Overall, the research findings in this study could be used to provide foreknowledge of conditions that would be conducive to high dust emissions for this area of Mongolia.

Recent advances in 3D scanning technologies allow us to acquire accurate and dense 3D scan data of large-scale environments ***,there are various methods for acquiring largescale 3D scan data,such as Mobile Laser Scanning(MLS),Airborne Laser Scanning,Terrestrial Laser Scanning,photogrammetry and Structure from Motion(SfM).Especially,MLS is useful to acquire dense point clouds of road and road-side objects,and SfM is a powerful technique to reconstruct meshes with textures from a set of digital *** this research,a registration method of point clouds from vehicle-based MLS(MLS point cloud),and textured meshes from the SfM of aerial photographs(SfM mesh),is proposed for creating high-quality surface models of urban areas by combining *** general,SfM mesh has non-scale information;therefore,scale,position,and orientation of the SfM mesh are adjusted in the registration *** our method,first,2D feature points are extracted from both SfM mesh and MLS point *** process consists of ground-and building-plane extraction by region growing,random sample consensus and least square method,vertical edge extraction by detecting intersections between the planes,and feature point extraction by intersection tests between the ground plane and the ***,the corresponding feature points between the MLS point cloud and the SfM mesh are searched efficiently,using similarity invariant features and ***,the coordinate transformation is applied to the SfM mesh so that the ground planes and corresponding feature points are ***,scaling Iterative Closest Point algorithm is applied for accurate *** results for three data-sets show that our method is effective for the registration of SfM mesh and MLS point cloud of urban areas including buildings.

Pancreaticobiliary junction is composed of complex structure with which biliary duct and pancreatic duct assemble and go out into the ampulla of Vater during duodenum wall surrounding the sphincter of *** the sphincter of Oddi functionally prevents the reflux of pancreatic juice,pancreaticobiliary reflux(PBR) occurs when function of the sphincter of Oddi *** anatomically abnormal junction is termed pancreaticobiliary maljunction(PBM) and is characterized by pancreatic and bile ducts joining outside of the duodenal *** is an important anatomical finding because many studies have revealed that biliary malignancies are related due to the carcinogenetic effect of the pancreatic back flow on the biliary *** the other hand,several studies have been published on the reflux of pancreatic juice into the bile duct without morphological PBM,and the correlation of such cases with biliary diseases,especially biliary malignancies,is drawing considerable *** it has long been possible to diagnose PBM by various imaging modalities,PBR without PBM has remained difficult to ***,the pathological features of PBR without PBM have not been yet fully ***,a new method of diagnosing PBR without PBM has appeared,and the features of PBR without PBM should soon be better understood.

Field Studies of Frontal Area Index in Rangeland of Mongolia

Field observation was conducted at typical rangeland in Mongolia to examine the frontal area index. Frontal area index is the characteristics of surface roughness elements affecting sand transport. The frontal area was strongly correlated with the effective shelter length on sand transport in both short grasses and shrubs. The frontal area index was 0.031 and the relationship between the roughness length and frontal area index in this site agreed with past studies.
