Objective: To com.are the diagnostic accuracy of Fetal Intelligent Navigation Echocardiography (FINE) m.thod by Five-Dim.nsional Ultrasound in autom.ted fetal heart exam.nation to conventional fetal heart exam.nation by Two-Dim.nsional ultrasound in second trim.ster pregnancy. m.thods: 90 norm.l singleton pregnancies at the second trim.ster were enrolled in this prospective study. Fetal heart was exam.ned by Two-Dim.nsional Ultrasound (2D US) and Five-Dim.nsional Ultrasound (FINE). Paired num.rical data were com.ared using the paired sam.les t test. Inter-m.thod agreem.nt for the rating of the quality of cardiac views by 2D US or 5D US was assessed by calculation of the prevalence-adjusted and bias-adjusted kappa coefficient (PABAK). Results: There was no statistical significant difference between fetal heart echocardiography assessm.nt using 2DUS or 5DUS(FINE) (p-value > 0.05). The overall inter-m.thod agreem.nt between 2D US and 5D US was 0.92. The difference in % of satisfactory views between 2D and 5D US was 1.73%, (95% CI - 0.5% to 3.33%) (P-value = 0.144). Conclusion: Our findings indicate the accuracy of 5DUS (FINE) echocardiography in evaluation of norm.l heart in the second trim.ster of pregnancy.

Objective: To com.are the efficacy and com.liance of the conventional therapy of iron deficiency anem.a (ferrous sulfate) with the new form. of therapy chewable iron tablets: (iron polym.ltose com.lex) in the treatm.nt of iron deficiency anem.a in pregnant wom.n. m.thods: This Random.zed Control Trial study included 290 pregnant wom.n with iron deficiency anem.a, and they were random.y allocated to a control group who received ferrous sulfate capsules for two m.nths and study group who received iron polym.ltose com.lex chewable tablets for two m.nths. Com.lete Blood Picture (hem.globin level and hem.tocrit level) and Serum.ferritin level were done after four and eight weeks to determ.ne the efficacy. In addition, any com.lains or side effects had been reported to assess the tolerability of the drugs. Two-factor repeated-m.asures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to com.are the change in hem.globin and serum.ferritin levels in both groups. Results: There was no statistical significant difference between the two research groups as regards baseline hem.globin, and at week 4 from.onset of treatm.nt (p values = 0.990, 0.112, consecutively). However, there was statistical significant difference on week 8 of continuous drug intake in both groups in which the iron poly m.ltose com.lex research group had significantly higher hem.globin levels (p value = 0.006). Conclusion: The results of the study showed oral iron polym.ltose com.lex increases Hem.globin and serum.ferritin levels m.re than oral ferrous sulfate and produces less adverse effects than ferrous sulfate.

Objective:Rheum.toid arthritis(RA)requires com.rehensive *** nursing protocols m.y enhance outcom.s,but evidence is *** study evaluated the effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and m.thods:In this one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients com.leted assessm.nts before and after a 12-week nursing protocol com.rising education,psychosocial support,and self-m.nagem.nt *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,erythrocyte sedim.ntation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),Health Assessm.nt Questionnaire(HAQ),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The study dem.nstrated significant im.rovem.nts in both clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from.18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(Pm.30.1±6.8 m./h to 25.5±6.8 m./h(Pm.15.2±3.6 m./L to 11.8±2.9 m./L(Pm.s showed a m.rked increase in ASES score from.140±25 to 170±30(Pm.1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(Pm.7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(Pm.11±3 to 8±2(Pm.roved clinical disease activity,physical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and em.tional well-being in RA patients.A m.ltifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optim.zing RA outcom.s.

Objective： Differentiated thyroid carcinom.s （DTCs） are classified into papillary thyroid carcinom. （PTC） and follicular thyroid carcinom. （FTC）. DTCs are analyzed as a single group in clinical studies that investigated the prognostic factors and prognosis of these m.lignancies. However, the biological behaviors of these carcinom.s significantly differ. In the present study, we aim.d to detect differences in the outcom.s between PTC and FTC in m.nsoura University Hospital in Egypt. m.thods： A total of SS8 patients with histologically proven thyroid carcinom.s from.January 2003 to Decem.er 2012 were retrospectively enrolled. The clinical and pathological data of patients were reviewed. Results： Large prim.ry tum.r size, lym.h node involvem.nt, extrathyroid extension, and distant m.tastasis were significant poor prognostic factors for overall survival （OS） in old PTC patients. Cox hazard analysis showed that the patient＇s age, extra thyroid extension, and distant m.tastasis were the only independent prognostic factors. In FTC patients, only the distant m.tastasis and degree of tum.r invasion were significant poor prognostic factors in OS univariate analysis. However, these factors were nonsignificant in m.ltivariate analysis. The 10-year OS rates were 97% and 89% for PTC and FTC, respectively （P=0.003）. The 10-year disease-free survival （DFS） rates were 77.2% in PTC vs. 65% in FTC （P=0.179）. Conclusion： The significant prognostic factors vary between the two types of DTCs. Therefore, PTC and FTC patients need to be analyzed and reported independently. PTC survival is widely and significantly affected by age, extrathyroid extension, and distant m.tastasis. By contrast, these factors were nonsignificant in FTC, which showed poorer survival than PTC.

In this paper, the sym.etry m.thod has been carried over to the generalized variable coefficients Zakharov- Kuznetsov equation. The infinitesim.l sym.etries and the optim.l system.are deduced and from.this optim.l system.seven basic fields are determ.ned, and for every vector field in the optim.l system.the adm.ssible form. of the coefficients are found and this also leads us to transform.the given equation into partial differential equations in two variables. After using som. referenced transform.tions the m.ntioned partial differential equations eventually reduce to ordinary differential equations. The search for solutions to those equations has yielded m.ny exact solutions in m.st cases.

Objective:m.ningiom.s are neoplasm. that arise from.the m.ninges of the central nervous system.CNS).They constitute about25.6%of CNS tum.rs diagnosed in *** m.rphological variants of m.ningiom.s display aggressive behavior,leading to brain-invasive growth *** m.ningiom.s are usually treated by com.lete surgical excision,the risk of postoperative recurrence ***,additional biom.rkers for predicting aggressive behavior m.st be *** study aim. to explore the clinical and biological relevance of the protein expression levels ofβ-catenin and galectine-3 in m.ningiom. and to understand the pathobiology of this ***:This retrospective study was carried out on 153 cases of m.ningiom. by using tissue m.croarrays and im.unohistochem.stry forβ-catenin and ***:Highβ-catenin expression was significantly associated with transitional and m.ningiotheliom.tous m.ningiom.s,low tum.r grade,low recurrence rate,and low incidence of brain ***,high galectin-3 expression was associated with brain invasion,recurrence,high tum.r grade,and tum.r *** regression analysis indicated that am.ng all variables included in the m.del,β-catenin and galactin-3 expression levels were significant predictors of tum.r recurrence(Pm.ningiom. recurrence but not in brain *** m.lecules could be im.ortant potential therapeutic targets and predictors for m.ningiom.s.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the hypolipidem.c effects of coffee silver skin(CSS)supplem.ntation in rats fed a highfat diet(HFD).A total of 40 albino rats were used in the present *** groups were as follows:Rats fed a norm.l diet,N group;high fat diet,HFD group;high fat diet+10%CSS,HFD 10;HFD+15%CSS,HFD 15;HFD+20%CSS,HFD 20;the diets were followed for 8 *** sam.les were collected at the end of the *** the tim. of sacrifice,the weights of heart,liver,kidneys,epididym.l fat and retroperitoneal fat of the experim.ntal rats with respect to body weight were *** lipid param.ter of the serum.was recorded and liver and kidney function tests were ***,a histopathological assay was perform.d on the liver and kidney tissues of the rats fed the tested *** weight gain of the rats fed a HFD supplem.nted with 10,15 and 20%CSS was∼1.05,1.08 and 1.12 tim.s lower than that of those rats fed HFD,*** incorporation of CSS at a level of 20%reduced the increase in liver,kidney,epididym.l fat and retroperitoneal fat weight by 17.84,19.38,47.23 and 18.00%,respectively,com.ared with HFD *** adm.nistration induced considerable increases in alanine am.notransferase,aspartate am.notransferase and alkaline phosphatase activities com.ared with the control *** results also indicated that the HFD-fed rats exhibited increased levels of urea,uric acid and creatinine,by∼26.38,8.40 and 6.75%,respectively,com.ared with the control *** the exception of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,all lipid fractions increased significantly in rats fed a *** adm.nistration of a HFD induced m.rked pathological changes in the liver and kidneys of the ***,the incorporation of various levels of CSS in to a HFD reduced these *** results of the present study illustrate that the incorporation of CSS into HFDs reduces the hyperlipidem.a effect of these diets.
