The authors propose a novel method for transporting multi-view videos that aims to keep the bandwidth requirements on both end-users and servers as low as possible. The method is based on application layer multicast, where each end point re- ceives only a selected number of views required for rendering video from its current viewpoint at any given time. The set of selected videos changes in real time as the user’s viewpoint changes because of head or eye movements. Techniques for reducing the black-outs during fast viewpoint changes were investigated. The performance of the approach was studied through network experiments.

In this study,the effect of different sampling rates(*** recording interval)on the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)solutions in terms of accuracy was *** this purpose,a field test was carried out inÇorum province,Turkey,on 11 September *** this context,a Geodetic Point(GP)was established and precisely coordinated.A static GNSS measurement was occupied on the GP for about 4-hour time at 0.10 second(s)/10 Hz measurement intervals with the Trimble R10 geodetic grade GNSS *** original observation file was converted to RINEX format and then decimated into the different data sampling rates as 0.2 s,0.5 s,1 s,5 s,10 s,30 s,60 s,and 120 *** these RINEX observation files were submitted to the Canadian Spatial Reference System-Precise Point Positioning(CSRS-PPP)online processing service the day after the data collection date by choosing both static and kinematic processing *** this way,PPP-derived static coordinates,and the kinematic coordinates of each measurement epoch were *** PPP-derived coordinates obtained from each decimated sampling intervals were compared to known coordinates of the GP for northing,easting,2D position,and height *** to the static and kinematic processing results,high data sampling rates did not change the PPP solutions in terms of accuracy when compared to the results obtained using lower sampling *** results of this study imply that it was not necessary to collect GNSS data with high-rate intervals for many surveying projects requiring cm-level accuracy.

AIm:Toevaluatetheroleofumbilical cord blood serum(CBS) therapy in cases with persistent corneal epithelial defects(PED).mETHODS:Sixteen eyes of 14 patients with PED who were resistant to conventional treatment were treated with 20% umbilical cord serum eye drops. Patients were followed-up weekly until epithelization was *** collected data included the grade of corneal lesion(Grade I: epithelial defect +superficial vascularization,Grade II: epithelial defect +stromal edema, Grade III:corneal ulcer +stromal melting), the size of epithelial defect(pretreatment, 7th, 14 thand 21stdays of treatment),and follow-up time was evaluated ***:The mean size of epithelial defect on two perpendicular axes was 5.2×4.6-mm2(range: 2.5-8 mm×2.2-9 mm2). mean duration of treatment was 8.3 ±*** therapy was effective in 12 eyes(75%) and ineffective in 4 eyes(25%). The epithelial defects in 4ineffective eyes were healed with amniotic membrane transplantation and tarsorrhaphy. The rate of complete healing was 12.5% by 7d, 25% by 14 d, and 75% by 21 *** healing time was prolonged in Grade III eyes in comparison to eyes in Grade I or Grade ***:The results of the current study indicated the safety effectiveness of CBS drops in the management of PED. The grade of disease seems have a role on the healing time.

This article focuses on the performance analysis of both real-time and post-mission kinematic precise point positioning(PPP)in challenging marine *** this purpose,a real dynamic experiment lasting 6 h was carried out on a lake dam in?orum City of *** the kinematic test was continuing,the real-time PPP coordinates were obtained for each measurement epoch with a commercial real-time PPP(RT-PPP)service,namely the Trimble Center Point *** the post-mission PPP(Pm-PPP)coordinates were calculated by using multi-GNSS data and the multi-GNSS Experiment(mGEX)precise *** kinematic RT-PPP and Pm-PPP results showed that the PPP coordinates were consistent with the relative solution at centimetre and decimetre level in horizontal and height components,*** study implies that PPP technique is a powerful tool for highly accurate positioning in both real-time and post-mission modes,even for dynamic applications in harsh environments.

The RFID is a rapidly developing technology. It’s used in many applications such as logistics, ticketing, security, employee attendance record and others. Also, fractal technology is used in many areas, and recently in antenna design because it allows making multi-band and wide-band antennas. In this paper, two tri-band fractal antennas are studied for the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) applications using the method of moment (mom). The first one is designed for the RFID readers and it operates at 3.85 GHZ, 5.80 GHZ and 8.12 GHZ. The second one is designed for the RFID Tags and it operates at 3.94 GHZ, 5.65 GHZ and 8.20 GHZ.

In the present study a group of four indigenous and less popular rice genotypes (meghi, Panibhasha, Jabra and Sholey) reported by growers as submergence tolerant lines from flood prone areas of south Bengal were explored through study of nodal anatomy, physio-biochemical screening under submergence and genotyping with submergence tolerance linked rice microsatellite loci (Rm loci). To identify the different allelic forms of different Sub1 compnents (Sub1A, Sub1B and Sub1C) among the studied lines, the genomic DNA of individual genotypes was amplified with three ethylene response factor like genes from Sub1 loci, located on rice chromosome 9. From the different physio-biochemical experiments performed in this investigation, it has been shown that meghi and Jabra are the two probable potent genotypes which share common properties of both submergence tolerant and deep water nature whereas rest two genotypes (Sholey and Panibhasha) behave like typical deep water rice. The submergence tolerance property of meghi was also confirmed from submergence tolerance linked SSR based genotyping by sharing with FR13A for some common alleles as reflected in fingerprint derived dendrogram. The rest of the genotypes shared a number of alleles and were included in a separate cluster. The common behaviour of meghi and FR13A under submergence was also confirmed from genetic study of Sub1 loci through sharing of some common alleles for three Sub1 components (Sub1A, Sub1B and Sub1C loci). One SSR loci (Rm 285) was identified as a potent molecular marker for submergence tolerance breeding programme involving these two selected rice lines (meghi and Jabra) as donor plant through marker assisted selection.
