《秋水庵花影集》是晚明重要散曲作家施绍莘的词曲作品集,也是现今可知的其唯一一部作品集。此书现存的明清间版本,除明末抄本藏于中国台北外,刻本有明末原刻本与清乾隆十七年(1752)博古堂据原刻本的翻刻本两种。但长期以来,原刻本与翻刻本的面貌及其区别始终没有得到很好梳理与明确讨论,各馆著录信息混淆,学界认知概念不清。通过对两本原刻本与五本翻刻本的异同对勘,可以厘正原刻与翻刻二版的情况,推导出各版本的先后刷印次序;同时,对明末抄本的特点与抄录时间进行综合研究和推理分析,并旁及《散曲丛刊》本、京都大学藏清代选抄本的相关问题与各本上所存的手写批语等,可以对《秋水庵花影集》一书现今可见的主要版本做全面而充分、深入的考证与辨异。

The catalytic performance of perovskite composite oxide catalyst La0.9 K0.1 coO3 coated on catalyst supports by traditional solid state reaction method and sol-gel method were investigated by a series of experiments. The restdt shows that the catalytic performance of the La0.9 K0.1 coO3 perovskite composite oxide catalyst synthesized by sol-gel method is superior to that synthesized by solid state reaction method, having lower ignition temperature of the diesel soot particulates, lower start temperature of NOx treatment, and lower concentration of byproduct cO.

Over the last years,anatomical,electrophysiological and genetic studies have carefully dissected the pathways connecting the brain and the spinal *** and Kuypers（1968）described the organization of the descending motor pathways in the non-human primate spinal *** there are some differences between species regarding the precise anatomical location of each spinal pathway and the selective connectivity onto spinal interneurons and motoneurons, the pattern of organization described is con- served among the mammalian spinal cord （courtine et al., 2007）. Based on their description, the major descending motor pathways are grouped depending on their anatomical origin and their termi- nal distribution pattern in the spinal grey matter. The motor cortex projects corticospinal axons to the spinal cord, which mostly run in the contralateral cord and innervate the mid and dorsal grey matter neurons.

cerebral ischemia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Although stroke （a form of cerebral ischemia）-related costs are expected to reach 240.67 billion dollars by 2030, options for treatment against cerebral ischemia/stroke are limited. All therapies except anti-thrombolytics （i.e., tissue plasminogen activator） and hypothermia have failed to reduce neuronal injury, neurological deficits, and mortality rates following cerebral ischemia, which suggests that development of novel therapies again st stroke/cerebral ischemia are urgently needed. Here, we discuss the possible mechanism（s） underlying cerebral ischemia-induced brain injury, as well as current and future novel therapies （i.e., growth factors, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, melatonin, resveratrol, protein kinase c isozymes, pifithrin, hypothermia, fatty acids, sympathoplegic drugs, and stem cells） as it relates to cerebral ischemia.

Web-based training is growing quickly in popularit y for professionals in industrial organizations and large enterprises. The savings in cost and time are significant. The instructor-led trainings are bounded by time and place, not to mention the cost involved in traveling, accommodation and training venue. However, in the most online training courses, all trainees are given same training materials and teaching paradigms. The problem of differentia ting the trainees’ abilities is the main concern. We need a pre-training test t o identify and classify of the weaknesses and strengths of differentiate trainee s so as to devise an appropriate training programs for the trainees. Adaptation of a Web-based computer adaptive Test (cAT) for the pre-training test make the web-based training more efficient. The advantages of cAT are self-pacing, eff iciency, time and cost saving, immediate scoring and feedback, accuracy and secu rity, etc (Rudner, 1998; UMN, 1999; Novell, 2000; Linacre, 2000; Windowsglore, 2 000). Moreover, Web-based cAT also gives greater flexibility and convenience. T his paper describes how this cAT tool is built, how it helps instructor identify the strengths and weaknesses of trainees, and how to assure quality on the cAT system.
