草地灌溉对土壤性质和植物物种组成的影响

草地是欧洲范围内生物物种最为丰富的动植物栖息地之一;为了对大面积的草地开展有效的保护,必须要采取具有针对性和可持续性的管理措施。虽然如今大都已被弃用,但传统上的灌溉却有可能是一种具有可持续性的管理策略。然而,对于一般的湿润性生态区域,人们还不太了解灌溉、土壤特性以及植物物种这3者之间的相互影响。我们旨在将传统的草地灌溉对植物群落的影响从传统的低施肥量效应中分离出来,从而获得植物生态学方面的新知识。我们的考察对象是植物的组成和多样性以及它们与土壤特性(有机态碳、总氮、持水性/保水力、中型土壤动物活力)和土壤养分(无机态氮、磷、钾、镁、硼)指标之间的潜在联系。在田间研究中,我们对过去长期灌溉的13块草地以及未经灌溉的13块草地(其中17块草地经过施肥,9块未经施肥)进行了比较。分析这些草地在一整年时间内的植物多样性和物种组成情况以及土壤养分和土壤特性指标,并且假设不同年份之间的差异不大。研究结果发现,灌溉和施肥使土壤特性和土壤养分发生了改变,但它们对植物物种多样性并无影响,只影响植物的物种组成。淤积土具有更细的粒度,因而拥有更高的保水力和养分储量。因此,需要获取水分和养分资源的禾本科植物在经过灌溉的草地上占据优势。本研究的结果表明,对于中欧地区大量的已开发草地,灌溉不仅能保护其生物多样性,而且还有可能使其植物具有不同的植物功能性状。

Purpose:The present study aimed to examine the link between physical activity(PA)and life satisfaction in a large international study of *** also aimed to test whether overweight and underweight perceptions act as mediators and whether age and sex acted as ***:For this purpose,we analyzed data from the Health Behavior in School-aged Children study,which comprises 727,865 observations from 44 nations at 4 measurement ***:Multilevel analyses revealed a positive link between PA and life *** addition,underweight and overweight perceptions mediated the effect of PA on life *** further found that age and sex acted as *** older adolescents,stronger effects were found in the links between PA and life satisfaction,PA and overweight perception,and both weight perceptions and life *** addition,in female adolescents,the link between overweight perception and life satisfaction was ***,the links between PA and both weight perceptions were stronger for ***:The results suggest that weight perception explains part of the relationship between PA and life satisfaction in adolescents and that these effects vary as a function of age and sex.

In recent years,e-scooters have been introduced in many European *** several places we have witnessed a rapid uptake of this new mode of transport mainly as a result of public sharing schemes.A number of incidents,injuries and even fatalities have given rise to questions regarding the safety of these *** questions are being researched mainly using official crash data and data specifying injuries and hospital *** now,the research has focused on investigating typical injury patterns and estimating risk *** little is known about exactly where conflicts and crashes *** of hazard hotspots is crucial when investigating risk levels and improving safety for all road ***,this paper develops an approach to investigating locations with potentially dangerous interactions within the active mobility system in the city of *** approach consists of explorative expert interviews,an online poll,and quantitative *** the latter we combine three ***,we research crash hotspots using official ***,we use data based on acceleration sensors from cyclists'smartphones to find locations of sudden ***,we use trip data from the operators of escooter sharing *** information gathered is used in a conclusive expert workshop to identify hazard *** show that many of the conflicts with pedestrians are caused by parked ***,e-scooter trips are concentrated in the inner city and along specific *** moving traffic,various data sources are used to identify hotspots at intersections and in areas between *** present research lays the foundation for important further studies to investigate interactions at hotspots in detail by determining nine specific locations in the city of Berlin.

Because roundabouts offer so many beneficial features to a community,it is important that they are made as safe as possible for all users and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility *** have been several studies conducted with the purpose of creating a safer crossing environment for visually impaired pedestrians at *** studies focus on four methods:crosswalk placement,sound applications,signalized options,and automated yield *** purpose of this review paper is to explore these possible solutions,identifying the advantages and disadvantages,the practicality,and the overall performance of each *** research done here will also address which methods may be most appropriate for low volume roundabouts,moderate volume roundabout,and high volume roundabouts,as well as for one-lane roundabouts and two-lane *** evaluating each option,it’s also important to estimate the effect it will have on the flow of traffic and travel demand *** ideal solution will allow access to all users while maintaining the initial benefits of a roundabout.

Understanding the processes of perovskite crystallization is essential for improving the properties of organic solar *** situ real-time grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction(GIXD)is a key technique for this task,but it produces large amounts of data,frequently exceeding the capabilities of traditional data processing *** propose an automated pipeline for the analysis of GIXD images,based on the Faster Region-based Convolutional Network architecture for object detection,modified to conform to the specifics of the scattering *** model exhibits high accuracy in detecting diffraction features on noisy patterns with various experimental *** demonstrate our method on real-time tracking of organic-inorganic perovskite structure crystallization and test it on two applications:*** automated phase identification and unit-cell determination of two coexisting phases of Ruddlesden–Popper 2D perovskites,and *** fast tracking of MAPbI_(3)perovskite *** design,our approach is equally suitable for other crystalline thin-film materials.
