A new three-dimensional missile guidance law to control the impact vector against a stationary target is *** composite guidance law has two well-known components:Apollo descent guidance and trajectory shaping *** respectively linear and planar guidance laws are combined to achieve a specified impact *** main idea is to define an impact plane and to steer the missile onto this plane using Apollo descent guidance while concurrently performing trajectory shaping with reference to the impact *** resulting guidance law is expressed by a single equation in vector form,which is straightforward to *** it originates from an optimal formulation,the performance of the proposed technique is expected to be *** is confirmed by comparative simulation runs,which also involve the method known as generalized explicit guidance.

Patient satisfaction with hospital services is one of the most important indicators of effectiveness and quality of hospital services. Patient satisfaction surveys can provide valuable data for evaluating the current status, awareness of quality and quantity of process improvement programs and quality improvement to health managers and policy makers. The present study discusses previous studies conducted in this area, and presents recommendations to improve patient satisfaction. The method of this study is review. Selected papers were identified by searching keyword in Persian and English in different databases and after applying the inclusion criteria, 19 studies were extracted and analyzed. 23,793 patients in 12 studies entered into this research were investigated. Generally, satisfaction of the patients in this study was estimated at an average level. Continuous evaluation of patient satisfaction and identification of the factors affecting it requires establishment of comprehensive and accurate data system in this area;that by application of the results of previous studies steps can be taken to improve patient satisfaction. Patients’ satisfaction in Iran, compared with other countries, is desirable. In addition, the overall satisfaction of patients in recent years has increased compared to previous years and the reason can be measures like different ways of improving the quality, customer orientation, and applying the results of research conducted in this area.

The application of technology in health care, in the form of electronic health records (EHR), is the most important and necessary issue in order to improve the quality of health care, and studies have shown that, not only is it a way to integrate information and represent the condition of patients, and a dynamic source for health care, however it leads to gain access to clinical information and records, electronic communications, comprehensive training and management, and ultimately enhancing the public health;the aim of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the implementation of EHR, which are known as barriers and facilitators. The research is conducted in the form of a review research, and with the help of the Keywords of EHR;barriers and facilitators, articles, from 2008 to 2013, were searched and studied in the Internet-databases. The results of the studies show that the most effective factors include: efficiency, motivation, management, and the participation of end users. Factors such as technical aspects ease of use, available resources, and human resources, have limited effects. And security and privacy, the expected output, lack of time, and workload have relative effects, and also the relation between the patient and clinical staff, has no effects in the process of implementing EHR.

The objective of this survey was to determine the sexual and reproductive health needs of conservative and/or economically challenged adolescent girls. A total of 310 subjects (16.5 ± 2.2 years old), attending three private institutes teaching Islamic matter and the holy Quran and two private institutes teaching carpet-weaving in Erzurum, Turkey, were interviewed between November 2004 and February 2005. The ques-tionnaire covered knowledge on reproductive health and sexual matters to attain their feelings prior to their first menarche, their practices during menstruation, and their awareness of gynecological and sexually transmitted dis-eases as well as their attitudes toward and re-sponsiveness to domestic violence. Their re-sponses showed that these issues were con-sidered taboo and/or embarrassing to share. Also, a considerable percentage of the girls had no or limited knowledge on reproductive health and sexual matters and mismanaged gyneco-logical problems and domestic violence. More-over, those had knowledge revealed that their sources were non-scientific information from unprofessional individuals. In conclusion, the conservative and/or economically challenged adolescent girls who are not attending regular high schools need professional lectures on re-productive health and sexual matters.

《常啼菩萨求法故事》是抄写于蒙元时期的重要回鹘文佛教文献之一。玄奘法师翻译的六百卷《大般若波罗蜜多经》(大正220)之"初分常啼菩萨品"及"初分法涌菩萨品"是回鹘文《常啼菩萨求法故事》的底本,但回鹘文故事不是汉文版的逐字翻译,译者用押头韵的诗歌形式叙述该故事,并在佛教教义和人物风景刻画上添加不少内容或删去汉文译文中的重复内容。

镉(Cd)是一种有毒的、流动性很强的重金属,可以被植物大量地吸附和吸收而没有任何明显的迹象。因此,对保护生物多样性和食品安全来说,在植物吸收之前稳定Cd是至关重要的。由于在其结构中含有大量的羧基和酚羟基,腐殖物质与重金属形成强烈的结合,这使它们成为完美的稳定剂。本研究的目的是确定在温室条件下,腐植酸和黄腐酸(HA+FA)的水平(0、3500、5250和7000 mg/L)对减轻独行菜(Lepidium sativum)受Cd(CdSO_(4)•8H_(2)O,0、100和200 Cd mg/kg)污染的Cd毒性的影响。我们的研究结果表明,Cd胁迫对独行菜的生长有负面影响,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重和根干重、叶片相对含水量(LRWC)和除Cd外的矿物质含量均下降,膜渗透性(MP)和酶(CAT、SOD和POD)活性增加。然而,HA+FA的应用减少了Cd污染的不利影响。在200 mg/kg的Cd污染下,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L时,与对照组相比,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根干重、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素读取值(CRV)、MP和LRWC值分别增加了262%、137%、550%、133%、92%、104%、34%、537%和32%。尽管在200 mg/L的镉污染下获得了最高的H2O2、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和蔗糖值,但HA+FA的应用浓度在200 mg/kg的Cd污染水平下,7000 mg/L的HA+FA成功地缓解了Cd胁迫的有害影响,使H2O2、MDA、脯氨酸和蔗糖值分别下降了66%、68%、70%和56%。浓度为7000 mg/L的HA+FA应用成功地缓解了Cd污染的负面影响,使N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn和B分别提高75%、23%、84%、87%、40%、85%、143%、1%、65%和115%。此外,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L成功地减少了95%的Cd吸收和80%的Cl吸收。考虑到植物生长参数,当HA+FA浓度为7000 mg/L时,确定了最佳结果。我们已经证明,使用高比例的FA的腐殖质是非常关键的,FA的比例为10%,可以达到减轻重金属胁迫对植物生长不利影响的目的。总之,HA+FA的应用可以作为一种有效的解决方案,通过稳定土壤中的Cd,防止Cd从植物的根部转移到其嫩枝和叶片,从而减少植物对Cd的吸收。

Use of Subcutaneous Port Catheter in Childhood Malignancies

Background: The port catheters are used to give long-term total parenteral nutrition, intravenous fluids, blood and blood products, or to be preferred for oncology and hematological diseases. In this study, we sought to review our results concerning the subcutaneous port catheter appliance in childhood malignancies. Methods: Two hundred ten subcutaneous port catheters applied to 192 patients between November 2010 and October 2015 were examined retrospectively in a cross- sectional study. Information such as demographic data, primary diagnoses, port types and implantation durations were recorded. Localization of the intervention, surgical technique, early and late complications and causes of port removal were evaluated. Results: Mean age of patients was 6.4 ± 4.9 years (1 month - 17 years), 77 (40.1%) were female and 115 (59.9%) male. One hundred twenty nine ports were inserted from the right internal jugular vein, 59 to right subclavian vein, 14 to left subclavian vein and 8 to left internal jugular vein. Total duration of implantation was 55,492 days and median duration was 289 days. Early complications were: 1 (0.5%) hemothorax, 1 (0.5%) pneumothorax, 1 (0.5%) carotid artery injury, 1 (0.5%) arrhythmia and in 2 (1%) cases port mal-positioning. Late complications were: 9 (4.3%) infection and 8 (3.8%) mechanical problems, 7 (3.3%) thrombosis, and in 1 (0.5%) port fracture was detected. Port catheter was removed in 18 (8.6%) cases. No significant difference was found when jugular and subclavian vein implantation was compared in terms of all complications, especially infection and thrombosis. Conclusion: Use of port catheter is a safe option in children who are receiving a long-term chemotherapy. Education of the medical team will diminish the complication rate in port catheter insertions.

A Double-Sided View to Adult Vaccination:The Opinions and Attitudes of Patients and Health Workers

Objective: Although there are adult vaccination schemes in our country, there are serious deficiencies in the way that doctors direct the patients to this vaccination, but also patients have to make and demand these vaccinations. The aim of our study is to identify the shortcomings in this area and draw a roadmap for what arrangements should be made in terms of physicians and patients in order to increase adult immunization rates in primary care. Method: We conducted a two-phase, multicentered, descriptive clinical trial between October and December 2017. The first phase of the trial was carried out with patients from 3 Family Health Centers in Antalya, Istanbul and Osmaniye. Patients to be interviewed were selected voluntarily among Family Health Center’s applicants. The second phase of the trial was carried out with health workers, who were participated to trial from 26 different provinces of Turkey. In the process, a questionnaire of 19 questions was applied to primary health care workers by the internet. Results: 490 patients were included in the study. There was a significant difference between gender, age, education level and guideline follow-up and vaccination status of patients [p Conclusion: As a result of the studies including our study about adult vaccination, only 10% - 20% of the targeted groups in adults can be vaccinated. However, just like in childhood during adulthood, vaccinations protect individuals from diseases and provide economic benefits. Firstly, the knowledge level of physicians on adult immunization should be updated with in-service trainings, they should first be convinced to vaccinate because they are in risk group and then they should be recommended vaccination to patient to increase the vaccination rates.
