Optimal location query in road networks is a basic operation in the location intelligence *** a set of clients and servers on a road network,the purpose of optimal location query is to obtain a location for a new server,so that a certain objective function calculated based on the locations of clients and servers is *** works assume no labels for servers and that a client only visits the nearest *** assumptions are not realistic and it renders the existing work not useful in many *** this paper,we relax these assumptions and consider the k nearest neighbours(KNN)of *** introduce the problem of KNN-based optimal location query(KOLQ)which considers the k nearest servers of clients and labeled *** also introduce a variant problem called relocation KOLQ(RKOLQ)which aims at relocating an existing server to an optimal *** main analysis algorithms are proposed for these *** experiments on the real road networks illustrate the efficiency of our proposed solutions.

Purpose-This study examines the career and educational search competencies(CESC),a capability which may be necessary for a successful transition from high school to work or postsecondary education,of students from Shanghai and Hong ***/Approach/Methods-The data for this study was taken from the Main Study of PISA 2012 in Shanghai and Hong *** analysis was used to examine the relative impact of different forms of career and educational exploratory activities on students’***-Results showed a consistent pattern of socio-economic inequality in student’s self-reported CESC in the two chinese cities,which was largely mediated by the family capital or ***,career and educational exploratory activities initiated by schools,enterprises or the students themselves were found to have significant positive associations with CESC regardless of socioeconomic ***/Value-The paper provides empirical evidence for enhancing students’career search capacity through engaging in career exploration in the face of structural *** light of this,the roles of schools,business sectors,and governments in students’capacity building are discussed.

Cellular reprogramming is an innovative technology used to artificlally convert a mature cell type into a different cell type by molecular＇manipulation. The general concept of cellular reprogramming is to use master transcription factors to override the endogenous transcriptome profile of a given cell type with the transcriptome profile of the target cell type, thereby altering the cellular function and identity.

Objective：This study was to investigate the variables in bone marrow harvesting procedure and individual donor factors which can potentially affect the yield of mesenchymal stromal cells（MSC）.Methods：We determined the yield of MSC from bone marrow under different clinical conditions by comparing the MSC colony numbers from：（1） donors of different ages;（2） healthy donors and patients with leukemia;（3） bone marrow aspirated at different time points during marrow harvesting;（4） bone marrow harvested by different ***：During the process of harvesting,the number of MSC significantly decreased with increase number of aspiration,from 675/ml at the initial decreased to 60/ml after 100 ml bone marrow aspirated,and 50/ml after 200 ml bone marrow *** number of MSC retrieved from leukemia patients（99/ml bone marrow） was significantly lower than that of healthy donors（708/ml bone marrow）.However,there was no significant difference in growth *** was no significant age-related difference of MSC yielded from donors 55 *** there was no significant difference in MSC number between the samples from single end-holed needle and those from multiple-side-hole ***：The optimal bone marrow samples for MSC collection should be obtained earlier in the process of harvesting *** marrow from donors 55 years was equally good as MSC *** autologous MSC from leukemia patients can be utilized for in-vitro MSC expansion.

The present study investigates Mg-SiO2 nanocomposites as biodegradable implants for orthopedic and maxillofacial *** effect of presence and progressive addition of hollow silica nanoparticles(0.5,1,and 1.5)vol.%on the microstructural,mechanical,degradation,and biocompatibility response of pure Mg were *** suggest that the increased addition of hollow silica nanoparticles resulted in a progressive increase in yield strength and ultimate compressive strength with Mg-1.5 vol.%SiO2 exhibiting superior *** response of Mg-SiO2 nanocomposites under the influence of Hanks’balanced salt solution revealed that the synthesized composites revealed lower corrosion rates,indicating rapid dynamic passivation when compared with pure ***,cell adhesion and proliferation of osteoblast cells were noticeably higher than pure Mg with the addition of 1 vol.%SiO2 *** biocompatibility and the in vitro biodegradation of the Mg-SiO2 nanocomposites were influenced by the SiO2 content in pure Mg with Mg-0.5 vol.%SiO2 nanocomposite exhibiting the best corrosion resistance and biocompatibility when compared with other *** in mechanical,corrosion,and biocompatibility characteristics of Mg-SiO2 nanocomposites developed in this study are also compared with properties of other metallic biomaterials used in alloplastic mandibular reconstruction in a computational model.

Cell therapy offers great promises in replacing the neurons lost due to neurodegenerative diseases or ***,a key challenge is the cellular source for transplantation which is often limited by donor *** reprogramming provides an exciting avenue to generate specialized neuron subtypes in vitro,which have the potential to be used for autologous transplantation,as well as generation of patient-specific disease models in the lab for drug discovery and testing gene *** we present a detailed review on transcription factors that promote direct reprogramming of specific neuronal subtypes with particular focus on glutamatergic,GABAergic,dopaminergic,sensory and retinal *** will discuss the developmental role of master transcriptional regulators and specification factors for neuronal subtypes,and summarize their use in promoting direct reprogramming into different neuronal ***,we will discuss up-and-coming technologies that advance the cell reprogramming field,including the use of computational prediction of reprogramming factors,opportunity of cellular reprogramming using small chemicals and microRNA,as well as the exciting potential for applying direct reprogramming in vivo as a novel approach to promote neuro-regeneration within the ***,we will highlight the clinical potential of direct reprogramming and discuss the hurdles that need to be overcome for clinical translation.
