通过氮掺杂TiO_(2)(N-TiO_(2))浸渍蜂窝过滤器构建了一系列原型光催化空气净化器(AP(N_(x)-C_(y)))系统,并用于在UV-LeD光(1 W)照射条件下光催化分解0.5-5 ppm甲醛(CH_(2)O)蒸汽.在上述催化过滤器系统中,Nx和Cy分别代表N/Ti摩尔比(0-20)和N-TiO_(2)浓度(2-20 mg mL^(-1)).光催化分解实验结果表明,AP(N_(10)-C_(10))的性能最好,其催化CH2O转化为CO_(2)的转化率最高,循环反应10次后CO_(2)产率仍达到89.2%,在干燥空气中的清洁空气输送速率为9.45 L min^(-1).N10-C10的电荷载流子寿命(τa:1.70 ns)优于其他样品(如纯TiO_(2)的电荷载流子寿命为1.37 ns),这表明N缺陷(No)有助于降低带隙(3.10 eV)和产生氧空位OVs-Ti^(3+),这与密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟结果一致.采用原位漫反射红外傅里叶变换、电子顺磁共振和DFT分析等多种方法研究了CH_(2)O的光催化氧化途径.结果表明,氧化过程涉及多个能量有利的中间步骤(例如CH2O以CH_(2)O_(2)的形式在TiO_(2)-OV{110}表面的桥连O/OH基团上发生放热共价吸附,随后通过催化脱氢/氧化反应直接生成CO_(2):CH_(2)O_(2)/HCOO^(-)+•OH→H_(2)O+CO_(2)).这些步骤与具有N杂质的{101}表面上化学活性Ti原子的态密度计算结果一致.预计No缺陷和OVs的存在将通过降低活化能垒来影响反应能量和中间产物,从而在加湿条件下实现有效的矿化.综上,本文为设计和构建先进的光催化系统,并用于环境空气中醛类挥发性有机物(VOCs)的有效矿化提供了新思路.

To overcome the intrinsic inefficiency of the von Neumann architecture,neuromorphic devices that perform analog vector–matrix multiplication have been highlighted for achieving power-and time-efficient data *** particular,artificial synapses,of which conductance should be programmed to represent the synaptic weights of the artificial neural network,have been intensively researched to realize neuromorphic ***,inspired by excitatory and inhibitory synapses,we develop an artificial optoelectronic synapse that shows both potentiation and depression characteristics triggered only by optical *** design of the artificial optoelectronic synapse,in which excitatory and inhibitory synaptic phototransistors are serially connected,enables these characteristics by spatiotemporally irradiating the phototransistor channels with optical ***,a negative synaptic weight can be realized without the need for electronic components such as *** such attributes,the artificial optoelectronic synapse is demonstrated to classify three digits with a high recognition rate(98.3%)and perform image preprocessing via analog vector-matrix multiplication.

A robust and scalable crowd management infrastructure is crucial in addressing operational challenges when deploying high-density sensors and actuators in a smart city. While crowdsourcing is widely used in crowd management, conventional solutions, such as Upwork and Amazon Mechanical Turk, generally depend on a trusted third-party platform. There exist several potential security concerns(e.g., sensitive leakage, single point of failure and unfair judgment) in such a centralized paradigm. Hence, a recent trend in crowdsourcing is to leverage blockchain(a decentralized ledger technology) to address some of the existing limitations. A small number of blockchain-based crowdsourcing systems(BCSs) with incentive mechanisms have been proposed in the literature, but they are generally not designed with security in mind. Thus, we study the security and privacy requirements of a secure BCS and propose a concrete solution(i.e., SecBCS)with a prototype implementation based on JUICe.

甲醛(FA)作为一种有致癌风险的有害污染物,在室内环境中普遍存在.为了高效去除甲醛,催化氧化技术成为了一种既经济又节能的选择,它不仅能降低材料成本(例如避免使用贵金属),也能在无光和室温的条件下进行.本文制备了一种成本效益高的碱改性锰酸铜尖晶石(CuMn^(2)O_(4))催化剂,并用于甲醛催化氧化反应中.实验结果表明,采用碱(1 mol L^(-1)氢氧化钾)改性的CuMn^(2)O_(4)(1-CuMn^(2)O_(4))作为催化剂,在室温条件下,当甲醛浓度为50 ppm,气体空速为4777 h^(-1)时,甲醛转化率(XFA)达到100%;此外,在甲醛转化率为10%时,其稳态反应速率达到了8.18×10^(-2) mmol g^(-1) h^(-1).原位漫反射红外傅立叶变换光谱结果表明,在催化剂的作用下,甲醛分子经过二氧亚甲基和甲酸酯中间体的转化,最终被氧化为水和二氧化碳.进一步结合密度泛函理论模拟发现,1-CuMn^(2)O_(4)具有较高的催化氧化甲醛性能,可归因于甲醛分子更牢固地吸附在1-CuMn^(2)O_(4)表面,甲醛吸附所需的能量较低,以及最终产物从催化剂表面脱附所需的能量也较低的综合效应.本研究为在无光和室温条件下,高效去除空气中甲醛提供了新型高效、成本效益高且无需贵金属的催化剂,从而为室内空气净化提供了新的科学见解.

Internet of Things （IoT） devices are increasingly being fotmd in civilian and military contexts, ranging from smart cities and smart grids to Internet-of-Medical-Things, Internet-of-Vehicles, Internet-of-Military-Things, Internet-of- Battlefield-Things, etc. In this paper, we survey articles presenting IoT security solutions published in english since January 2016. We make a nmnber of observations, including the lack of publicly available loT datasets that can be used by the research and practitioner communities. Given the potentially sensitive nature of IoT datasets, there is a need to develop a standard for sharing IoT datasets among the research and practitioner communities and other relevant stakeholders. Thus, we posit the potential for blockehain technology in facilitating secure sharing of IoT datasets （e.g., using blockchain to ensure the integrity of shared datasets） and securing loT systems, before presenting two conceptual blockchain-based approaches. We then conclude this paper with nine potential research questions.

目的通过优化AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN多层复合涂层的调制周期,提升涂层的力学性能和摩擦学性能。方法采用高功率脉冲磁控溅射与脉冲直流磁控溅射复合技术,固定调制比为5∶1,制备具有不同调制周期的AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN多层复合涂层。利用XRD和SeM分析涂层物相组成,观察其微观形貌;借助纳米压痕仪、划痕仪、高温摩擦试验机及轮廓仪测试涂层的硬度、弹性模量、临界载荷,以及摩擦磨损性能。结果掺杂Mo元素后,AlCrMoSiN层生成了大量的非晶相,并观察到沿AlN(111)晶面共格外延生长。AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN多层复合涂层表面颗粒随着调制周期的增大逐渐变小,整体呈“花椰菜”状,且致密、无缺陷。随着调制周期的增大,硬度、H/e和H^(3)/e^(*2)呈先升高后降低的趋势;涂层的平均摩擦因数呈先降低后升高的趋势。当调制周期为145 nm(AlCrSiN层厚度约为120 nm,AlCrMoSiN层厚度约为25 nm)时,多层涂层中层间界面清晰,涂层的硬度最高,约为24.9GPa,摩擦因数和磨损率均最低,分别为0.57、1.46×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m),临界载荷为75.8N。结论多层复合涂层的调制周期对其结构和性能具有重要影响,当调制周期为145nm时,AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN多层复合涂层具有最佳的综合性能。

The majority of existing escrowable identity-based key agreement protocols only provide partial forward secrecy. Such protocols are, arguably, not suitable for many real-word applications, as the latter tends to require a stronger sense of forward secrecy--perfect forward secrecy. In this paper, we propose an efficient perfect forward-secure identity-based key agreement protocol in the escrow mode. We prove the security of our protocol in the random oracle model, assuming the intractability of the Gap Bilinear Diffie-Hellman （GBDH） problem.
