Attempts have been made to use cell transplantation and biomaterials to promote cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,and survival,as well as angiogenesis,in the context of brain ***,whether bioactive materials can repair the damage caused by ischemic stroke by activating endogenous neurogenesis and angiogenesis is still *** this study,we applied chitosan gel loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor to the stroke cavity 7 days after ischemic stroke in *** gel slowly released basic fibroblast growth factor,which improved the local microenvironment,activated endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells,and recruited these cells to migrate toward the penumbra and stroke cavity and subsequently differentiate into neurons,while enhancing angiogenesis in the penumbra and stroke cavity and ultimately leading to partial functional *** study revealed the mechanism by which bioactive materials repair ischemic strokes,thus providing a new strategy for the clinical application of bioactive materials in the treatment of ischemic stroke.

A composite material comprising a carbon layer and spherical carbon/carbon cloth(C-SC/CC)was fabricated using a hydrothermal-pyrolysis method,employing carbon cloth as the substrate and glucose as the carbon *** C-SC/CC electrode was evaluated as an electrocatalytic electrode for hydrogen production by electrolysis of Bunsen reaction *** electrode prepared with 4 g of glucose and annealed at 800°C showed excellent electrocatalytic *** requires only a potential of 185 mV(***)to achieve a current density of 10 mA/***,the electrode demonstrated good stability with a 6%loss in current density after 1000 cycles of scanning from 0.2 V to 1.2 *** results indicate the potential of the SC/CC electrode as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for the electrolysis of H2SO4 and hi.

目的探讨基于患者反馈导向的姑息护理在多发性骨肿瘤患者疼痛干预中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的多发性骨肿瘤患者87例为研究对象,采用单双号随机分组法,分为对照组43例(行常规护理)和观察组44例(在对照组基础上行基于患者反馈导向的姑息护理)。比较两组的疼痛情况〔数字评分量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)、癌痛爆发次数〕、自我状态及护理依从性、生存质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的NRS评分、癌痛爆发次数、简明心境量表(Profile of Mode State,POMS)评分相比于对照组显著下降,观察组的自我效能及生活质量评分相比于对照组显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以患者反馈导向为基础的姑息护理在多发性骨肿瘤中能达到较理想的护理效果,能减轻疼痛症状,提升患者的自我效能、依从性,改善情绪状态,在满足患者需求、给予尊重支持情况下,有效提升生存质量。

Rubbers or elastomers play an important role in hi-tech technology and civilian daily life because of their unique and strategical ***,the rubber additives are essential components for rubbers’practical ***,developing novel multifunctional additives has attracted increasing research *** this work,low-cost crude carbon dots(CCDs)were used as multifunctional additives for natural rubber/silica system(without any additional modification)through industrial compatible melt-mixing *** results revealed that the CCDs could disperse well in the NR/silica system,and they could not only endow the rubber compound with excellent anti-aging capability due to CCDs’radical scavenging activity because of their plenty of nitrogen-containing species,but also improve the curing rate and mechanical performance of the rubber ***,the CCDs could reduce the rolling resistance of the rubber composites(tanδvalue at 7%strain of the rubber composite could be decreased by 34%),which is promising for the application of energy-saving tire ***,the addition of CCDs could effectively reduce the ZnO dosage by at least 40%in the rubber composite without deteriorating its ***,this work provides valuable guidance to develop novel cheap yet effective additives for the elastomer.

目的:探讨去甲基化药物(HMA)治疗1个疗程后血小板数倍增(血小板计数加倍)对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)治疗反应及疗效的预测价值。方法:收集2017年1月1日至2022年3月31日就诊于徐州医科大学附属医院接受单用去甲基化药物治疗的75例MDS患者临床及随访资料。根据MDS患者治疗1个疗程后血小板数是否加倍分为血小板倍增组和血小板非倍增组,并进行组间数据统计分析,比较两组间治疗反应及疗效。此外,还比较了患者血小板的变化在阿扎胞苷和地西他滨治疗中的差异。结果:血小板倍增组在治疗3个疗程后ORR明显优于非倍增组(P=0.002),两组获血液学改善的病例数差异有显著统计学意义(P=0.005)。此外,血小板倍增组和非倍增组患者的中位生存期(MST)分别为26和11个月(P=0.001)。血小板倍增组的总生存期(OS)、1及2年OS率也明显优于血小板非倍增组。多变量COX回归分析结果显示,在治疗1个疗程后血小板数倍增是MDS患者OS的独立预测因子(P=0.013)。阿扎胞苷治疗MDS患者血小板数倍增的反应率与地西他滨相比差异无统计学意义(33.3%vs 23.8%,P>0.05)。结论:治疗1个疗程后血小板数倍增可作为MDS患者去甲基化药物治疗反应率和较长OS的预测指标。此外,用阿扎胞苷和地西他滨治疗MDS患者血小板数倍增的反应率无明显差异。

Two-dimensional (2D) multiferroics have attracted increasing interests in basic science and technological fields in recent ***,most reported 2D magnetic ferroelectrics are based on the d-electron magnetism,which makes them rather rare due to the empirical d^(0) rule and limits their applications for low magnetic phase transition *** this work,we demonstrate that the ferroelectricity can coexist with the p-electron-induced ferromagnetism without the limitation of d^(0) rule and metallicity in a family of stable 2D MXene-analogous oxynitrides,X_(2)NO_(2) (X = In,Tl).Remarkably,the itinerant character of p electrons can lead to the strong ferromagnetic metallic ***,a possible magnetoelectric effect is manifested in a Tl_(2)NO_(2)/WTe_(2) heterostructure through the interface *** findings provide an alternative possible route toward 2D multiferroics and enrich the concept of ferroelectric metals.

Verification of tropical cyclones(TC)wind structure forecasts from global NWP models and ensemble prediction systems(EPSs)

Forecasting wind structure of tropical cyclone(TC)is vital in assessment of impact due to high winds using Numerical Weather Prediction(NWP)*** usual verification technique on TC wind structure forecasts are based on grid-to-grid comparisons between forecast field and the actual ***,precision of traditional verification measures is easily affected by small scale errors and thus cannot well discriminate the accuracy or effectiveness of NWP model *** this study,the Method for Object-Based Diagnostic Evaluation(MODE),which has been widely adopted in verifying precipitation fields,is utilized in TC’s wind field verification for the first *** TC wind field forecast of deterministic NWP model and Ensemble Prediction System(EPS)of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)over the western North Pacific and the South China Sea in 2020 were evaluated.A MODE score of 0.5 is used as a threshold value to represent a skillful(or good)*** is found that the R34(radius of 34 knots)wind field structure forecasts within 72 h are good regardless of DET or *** performance of R50 and R64 is slightly worse but the R50 forecasts within 48 h remain good,with MODE exceeded *** R64forecast within 48 h are worth for reference as well with MODE of around *** study states that the TC wind field structure forecast by ECMWF is skillful for TCs over the western North Pacific and the South China Sea.
