Objective:The present study aimed to address the care of psychiatric patients and its impact on nurses’behavior in Saudi ***:A cross-sectional quantitative questionnaire-based study was *** study was carried out in various government hospitals across different regions of Saudi ***:A total of 73 nurses participated in the study,with male nurses comprising the majority(61.6%)compared to *** a young nurse or with few years of work experience is linked with more predilection towards preventive behaviour and/or physical activity.A significant mean difference was observed,indicating higher scores for preventive behavior among females(female 14.93±5.82 *** 11.56±5.48,P=0.015).The Bonferroni post hoc multiple comparisons did not reveal any statistical significance for single ***(P=0.618),single ***(P=0.223),and married ***(P=0.020).Conclusion:The study results demonstrated a significant impact of caring for psychiatric patients on nurses’*** is concerning because psychological and mental health strain has been shown to contribute to unhealthy lifestyle habits,such as physical inactivity and sleep deprivation,which,in turn,can contribute to the increasing incidence and prevalence of chronic *** interventions targeting psychiatric and mental health nurses should be designed and examined to emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and an active lifestyle.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)remains a global *** of August 18,2021,the number of reported cases has exceeded 207 million globally,with more than 4.3 million ***-19 has brought devastating losses to human *** overall crude mortality rate is 1-3%.Although pediatric deaths from COVID-19 are rare,they do occur,as over 9,000 children have died from COVID-19 globally to date[1].With the gradual and broad application of COVID-19 vaccines around the world,the rising proportion of cases among children and unvaccinated young adults demands *** to World Health Organization surveillance data.

益生菌对人体胃肠道有益,乳酸菌(LAB)广泛分布于自然界,并在食品工业中得到了充分利用,是益生菌的侯选细菌。本研究目的从沙特阿拉伯国家的某牧场生产的鲜乳和发酵乳中分离乳酸菌和研究其特征。结果,从13种不同的鲜乳和发酵乳分离得到93株疑似乳酸菌。基于16S rDnA基因序列比较并分析其遗传相关性,鉴定了46株乳酸菌。没有一株乳酸菌表现出对临床相关抗生素的抗性或有任何溶血活性,但它们的益生菌特性表现不一,即对pH的耐受性、对胆汁的抗性和抗菌活性。结果表明,分离得到的干酪乳杆菌MSJ1(Lactobacillus casei),干酪乳杆菌Dwan5,植物乳杆菌EyLan2(Lactobacillus plantarum)和屎肠球菌Gail-BawZir8(Enterococcus faecium)最有可能成为有益生菌潜力的最好菌株。我们推测菌种组合的协同作用可以发挥更有效的益生菌的潜力。来自沙特阿拉伯的生鲜乳和发酵乳产品,特别是由骆驼奶制成的发酵奶制品Laban,富含乳酸菌LAB,具有很好的益生菌潜力。
