The increased presence of electric vehicle charging locations in a power system with high penetration of intermittent wind power potentially leads to operation complexities resulting in abnormal *** paper proposes an innovative framework for assessing the impact of plug-in electric vehicle(PEV)charging locations on a power system with integrated wind farms,incorporating dynamic thermal limits(DTLs).The framework comprises Monte Carlo simulation,which is embedded with stochastic modeling of various uncertainties under the key operating *** part of the modeling framework,the transmission lines are ranked in accordance with the lowest level of expected energy not *** PEV charging demand is then modeled by incorporating DTLs and applied to the least stressed transmission lines,following the IEEE 738-2006 *** new assessment framework is investigated using an IEEE 24-bus test *** results demonstrate that applying DTLs on the least stressed transmission lines in conjunction with the integration of decentralized wind farms and strategic charging location of PEVs significantly improves the security of the energy supply and considerably reduces interruption costs,as opposed to not having such a framework.

The Riemann wave system has a fundamental role in describing waves in various nonlinear natural phenomena,for instance,tsunamis in the *** paper focuses on executing the generalized exponential rational function approach and some numerical methods to obtain a distinct range of traveling wave structures and numerical results of the two-dimensional Riemann *** stability of obtained traveling wave solutions is analyzed by satisfying the constraint conditions of the Hamiltonian *** simulations are investigated via the finite difference method to verify the accuracy of the obtained *** extract the approximation solutions to the underlying problem,some ODE solvers in FORTRAn software are applied,and outcomes are shown *** stability and accuracy of the numerical schemes using Fourier’s stabilitymethod and error analysis,respectively,to increase the reassurance are investigated.A comparison between the analytical and numerical results is obtained and graphically *** proposed methods are effective and practical to be applied for solving more partial differential equations(PDEs).

Smartphone devices particularly Android devices are in use by billions of people everywhere in the ***,this increasing rate attracts mobile botnet attacks which is a network of interconnected nodes operated through the command and control(C&C)method to expand malicious *** present,mobile botnet attacks launched the Distributed denial of services(DDoS)that causes to steal of sensitive data,remote access,and spam generation,***quently,various approaches are defined in the literature to detect mobile botnet attacks using static or dynamic *** this paper,a novel hybrid model,the combination of static and dynamic methods that relies on machine learning to detect android botnet applications is ***,results are evaluated using machine learning *** Random Forest(RF)classifier outperform as compared to other ML techniques i.e.,naïve Bayes(nB),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and Simple Logistic(SL).Our proposed framework achieved 97.48%accuracy in the detection of botnet ***,some future research directions are highlighted regarding botnet attacks detection for the entire community.

The electrical conductivity and Hall effect for T1GaSeS crystals have been investigated over a wide temperature range. The crystals we used are grown by a modified Bridgman technique and possess p-type conductivity. The energy gap has been found to be 1.63 eV, whereas the ionization energy is 0.25 eV. The variations of the Hall mobility as well as the carrier concentration with temperature have been investigated. The scattering mechanisms of the carder are checked over the whole investigated temperature range. Furthermore, the diffusion coefficient, relaxation time, and diffusion length of holes are estimated.

Influences of nanoparticles and chain length on thermodynamic and electrical behavior of fluorine liquid crystals

Hydrogen-bonded polar nematic liquid crystal series with the general formula n OBAF(n = 7-12) is studied. The mesomorphic characterization is demonstrated through differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and polarized optical microscopy(POM). The complexes with short alkyl chains(n = 7, 8) present a wide nematic range and monotropic smectic F mesophase, whereas the longer alkyl chain(n = 10-12) analogues show high melting and low clearing mesomorphic liquid crystals. The thermal range of the mesophase and the birefringence increase with chain length decreasing. Furthermore, the effect of the nanoparticles(LinbO_(3)) on the thermal and the electrical behavior of 8OBAF are investigated. The presence of LinbO_(3) nanoparticles increases the conductivity and reduces the resistivity of the complex.

Based on the Saudi Green initiative,which aims to improve the Kingdom’s environmental status and reduce the carbon emission of more than 278 million tons by 2030 along with a promising plan to achieve netzero carbon by 2060,nEOM city has been proposed to be the“Saudi hub”for green energy,since nEOM is estimated to generate up to 120 Gigawatts(GW)of renewable energy by ***,the Information and Communication Technology(ICT)sector is considered a key contributor to global energy consumption and carbon *** data centers are estimated to consume about 13%of the overall global electricity demand by ***,reducing the total carbon emissions of the ICT sector plays a vital factor in achieving the Saudi plan to minimize global carbon ***,this paper aims to propose an eco-friendly approach using a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming(MILP)model to reduce the carbon emissions associated with ICT infrastructure in Saudi *** approach considers the Saudi national Fiber network(SnFn)as the backbone of Saudi Internet ***,we compare two different scenarios of data center *** first scenario considers a traditional cloud data center located in Jeddah and Riyadh,whereas the second scenario considers nEOM as a potential cloud data center new location to take advantage of its green energy ***,we calculate the energy consumption and carbon emissions of cloud data centers and their associated energy *** that,we optimize the energy efficiency of different cloud data centers’locations(in the SnFn)to reduce the associated carbon emissions and energy *** results show that the proposed approach can save up to 94%of the carbon emissions and 62%of the energy cost compared to the current cloud physical *** savings are achieved due to the shifting of cloud data centers from cities that have conventional energy sources to a city that has rich in renewable energy ***,we

This article discusses the physical and kinematical characteristics of planetary nebulae accompanying PG 1159 central *** study is based on the parallax and proper motion measurements recently offered by the Gaia space *** approaches were used to investigate the kinematical properties of the *** results revealed that most of the studied nebulae arise from progenitor stars in the mass range 0.9-1.75 M⊙.Furthermore,they tend to live within the Galactic thick disk and move with an average peculiar velocity of 61.7±19.2 km s^(-1) at a mean vertical height of 469±79 *** locations of the PG 1159 stars on the H-R diagram indicate that they have an average final stellar mass and evolutionary age of 0.58±0.08 M⊙and 25.5±5.3×103 yr,*** found a good agreement between the mean evolutionary age of the PG 1159 stars and the mean dynamical age of their companion planetary nebulae(28.0±6.4×103 yr).

BACKGROUnD Esophagomediastinal fistula is a very rare complication of tuberculosis in otherwise healthy adults, and mediastinal bronchial artery aneurysm is even rarer. In this case report, we describe a rare case of tuberculosis complication that presented with acute upper gastrointestinal(GI) bleeding. It also highlights the benefits of chest computed tomography(CT) as an excellent adjunct diagnostic tool to endoscopy and bronchoscopy and the role of trans-arterial embolization as a minimal invasive therapy alternative to *** SUMMARY A 19-year-old medically free male patient presented with acute multiple episodes of hematemesis for 1 d. Upper GI endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and chest CT with IV contrast confirmed esophagomediastinal fistula with mediastinal bronchial artery aneurysm. After resuscitating patient with IV fluid and blood product transfusion, trans catheter embolization was performed for mediastinal bronchial artery *** We successfully treated a patient with acute upper GI bleeding due to tuberculous esophagomediastinal fistula and mediastinal bronchial artery aneurysm using transcatheter coil embolization.

The extraction of traveling wave solutions for nonlinear evolution equations is a challenge in various mathematics,physics,and engineering *** article intends to analyze several traveling wave solutions for themodified regularized long-wave(MRLW)equation using several approaches,namely,the generalized algebraic method,the Jacobian elliptic functions technique,and the improved Q-expansion *** successfully obtain analytical solutions consisting of rational,trigonometric,and hyperbolic *** adaptive moving mesh technique is applied to approximate the numerical solution of the proposed *** adaptive moving mesh method evenly distributes the points on the high error *** method perfectly and strongly reduces the *** compare the constructed exact and numerical results to ensure the reliability and validity of the methods *** better understand the considered equation’s physical meaning,we present some 2D and 3D *** exact and numerical approaches are efficient,powerful,and versatile for establishing novel bright,dark,bell-kink-type,and periodic traveling wave solutions for nonlinear PDEs.

Aging is a natural process that leads to debility,disease,and ***’s disease(AD)causes degeneration of the brain cells leading to cognitive decline and memory loss,as well as dependence on others to fulfill basic daily *** is the major cause of ***-aided diagnosis(CADx)tools aid medical practitioners in accurately identifying diseases such as AD in *** study aimed to develop a CADx tool for the early detection of AD using the Intelligent Water Drop(IWD)algorithm and the Random Forest(RF)*** IWD algorithm an efficient feature selection method,was used to identify the most deterministic features of AD in the *** is an ensemble method that leverages multiple weak learners to classify a patient’s disease as either demented(Dn)or cognitively normal(Cn).The proposed tool also classifies patients as mild cognitive impairment(MCI)or *** dataset on which the performance of the proposed CADx was evaluated was sourced from the Alzheimer’s Disease neuroimaging Initiative(ADnI).The RF ensemble method achieves 100%accuracy in identifying Dn patients from Cn *** classification accuracy for classifying patients as MCI or Cn is 92%.This study emphasizes the significance of pre-processing prior to classification to improve the classification results of the proposed CADx tool.
