Objective:To explore a possible association between systemic immunoglobulin A(IgA)vasculitis and RS3PE syndrome and to investigate specific treatment regimens for adults who present with IgA vasculitis with renal ***:The patient was treated with plasmapheresis and fresh frozen plasma(FFP)every other day with 1g methylprednisolone daily for three days followed by oral prednisone *** mofetil twice daily and trimethoprim‐sulfamethoxazole for Pneumocystis jirovecii prophylaxis was *** total the patient received two cycles of plasmapheresis and fresh frozen ***:The patient's renal function drastically improved with resolution of both abdominal pain and ***:We illustrate a possible association between systemic IgA vasculitis and RS3PE syndrome,and this case demonstrates IgA vasculitis with renal involvement that acutely resolved with high‐dose glucocorticoids and ***,our specific treatment regimen can be a potential standard of care for adults who present with IgA vasculitis with renal involvement.

The objective of the article is to present the examples of the teaching of the health questions of electric and magnetic fields at TUT （Tampere university of technology） in Finland. At TUT, the education of the health questions of electric and magnetic fields has been integrated into part of four courses, which also include other environmental issues. TUT also products two times per year situation report bulletins on medical-oriented studies related to electric and magnetic fields so that graduates and people working in transmission line projects can follow new studies of the area. It is important to develop more education of EMF health questions, so people can more easily understand how new devices and technologies work.

Due to possible health effects of electric and magnetic fields, a directive on minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to electromagnetic fields has been disposed by European Parliament and Council regarding the exposure of workers to electromagnetic fields. This legislation will be nationally implemented in *** aim of this work was to develop a electromagnetic field exposure measurement method and further a magnetic field hazard evaluation method for exposure of workers in indoor medium to low voltage （MV/LV） distribution substations. Magnetic field exposure was also reflected with BS 8800 general risk classification procedure to accomplish specifications to execute magnetic field measurements and carry our risk assessment procedure for working tasks. The risk assessment procedure is based on magnetic field exposure measurements and dosimetric FEM calculations founded on EU Directive 2004/40/EC. According to field measurements action values were exceeded in several working tasks but limit values were not exceeded.

A list of Heteroptera collected from Arasbaran Biosphere Reserve(East Azarbayjan Province,northwestern Iran) and neighboring areas is provided. A total of 114 species from 87 genera and 19 families were collected from Arasbaran and vicinity. Two species are new records for Iran: Gerris(Gerris) maculatus Tamanini and Sigara(Vermicorixa) lateralis(Leach).
