目标本回顾性研究的主要目标是评价经皮冠状动脉介入治疗percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)对冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞性病变(chronic total occlusion of coronary artery, CTO)者的左室心功能和心室重构的影响。次要目标为对PCI成功组和失败组的临床特征,冠脉病变和主要心血管不良事件进行比较研究。方法共选入在我中心接受至少1个CTO病变血管PCI治疗的患者。入选病例要求包括直径大于等于2.5mm冠脉的完全闭塞性病变,即冠脉造影TIMI血流0级;或部分闭塞性病变,即TIMI血流1级,后者亦称为功能性闭塞,其远端血管可见晚期缓慢的前向血流,无完全充盈和可识别的血管腔。排除标准包括急诊PCI,术前90天内有心肌梗死以及入院时心肌标志物升高的患者。另外,严重的心脏瓣膜病,扩张型心肌病,肥厚型心肌病,心源性休克,慢性肝肾功能不全以及CABG术后患者等亦均被排除。术前和术后至少10个月(平均15.74±5月)时采用二维超声Simpson双平面法测量所有患者的左室射血分数(LVEF),左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)及左室收缩末容积(LVESV)。通过对上述测量值的组间比较,评价血运重建对患者的左室功能和心室重构的作用。随后对患者的主要心血管事件(Major Adverse Cardiac Events, MACE)进行长达10个月的随访。其中MACE包括死亡、心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛、冠状动脉旁路手术(CABG)靶血管病变重建和把血管重建术等。患者随访主要包括对再次住院的病史资料采集和(或)电话访问。应用SPSS17统计软件进行数据分析,规定P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共入选54例患者,其中37例PCI成功,17例失败。所有患者的基础临床特征无显著差异。PCI成功组的患者以男性居多(89.1%),平均年龄59.14+11.56岁,其中49.5%为糖尿病,70.2%为高血压病,56.7%为吸烟者。PCI成功的CTO患者LVEF显著增加(59.70±12.11vs.63.75±9.01,p<0.05),而这种变化在术前心功能受损的患者中(即术前LVEF<60%)更为明显(46.05±8.28vs.53.70±11.38,p=0.007)。亚组分析中还发现,初始PCI成功而随访期间因再狭窄接受第二次PCI的患者,其LVEF也显著改善(57.54±15.42vs.60.09±12.08,p=0.14)。另外,左前降支(58.9±13.92vs.62.85±10.72,p=0.024)和右冠(65.07±7.64,p=0.019)CTO病变患者的LVEF值也同样显著增加。平均15个月的随访后,PCI成功的患者的LVEDVI (69.57±24.66vs.63.20±20.28,p<0.05)和LVESVI(29.14±17.21vs.24.37±13.28,p<0.05)均显著减少。另外,本研究还发现PCI成功组的术后症状明显改善,主要心血管事件发生率降低。结论经PCI成功打通CTO病变血管能显著改善左室收缩功能,这种改善在那些心肌严重损伤但仍有存活心肌的患者中更为突出。在心室重构方面的获益在PCI1年后仍然存在。

目的：本研究旨在评价单纯耳穴和局部治疗结合耳穴,哪种治疗方法对于寻常痤疮更有疗效。具体目标是观察哪种治疗方式对于改善某一种痤疮所致面部皮肤的损害更有疗效。设计：本课题随机选取来自诊所的寻常痤疮患者。被招募的患者年龄在17-35岁之间。研究样本总例数为60例。这些病例被分成两组,单纯耳针疗法组30人作为对照组。耳穴结合局部穴位疗法30人作为治疗组。本观察将会把疾病的发展过程及一定数量的皮肤损害程度分级为轻度、中度、和重度,痤疮的类型分为粉刺、丘疹、脓包。疗效程度评估等级被分为有效、改善、和痊愈。通过单纯耳穴疗法和局部穴位结合耳穴疗法的干预,本实验中的两组病例接受相同的实验步骤和治疗量。两组疗法每次治疗时间为20min,每周两次,共治疗4周。第一组：病人平躺,严格消毒,避免感染,70%的酒精及时消毒皮肤患处。用18*7mm规格的针针刺耳穴神门(TF4);耳穴神门位于三角窝后1/3的上部。内分泌穴(C018)位于屏间切迹内,耳甲腔的前下部,即耳甲18区。肺区(CO14)位于在心区和气管区周围处,即耳甲14区,大肠穴,在耳轮脚及部分耳轮与AB线之间的前1/3处,即耳甲7区。皮质下区(AT4)位于在对耳屏内侧面,即对耳屏4区,在两侧耳朵上保持留针20分钟。针刺深度要保持针身直立垂直于皮肤,不能使针身歪斜。第二组：病人平躺,严格消毒,避免感染,70%的酒精及时消毒皮肤患处。用18*7mm规格的针于粉刺较多的区域针刺,深度能够刚刚刺到皮下,保持真身直立不歪即可,针刺选择正常皮肤区域而非炎症皮损区。耳穴选取神门(TF4)、内分泌穴(C018)、肺区(CO14)、大肠穴(C07)、皮质下区(AT4),在两侧耳朵上保持留针20分钟。针刺深度要保持针身直立垂直于皮肤,不能使针身歪斜。主要结果记录：皮损数量的减少,皮损病变的类型取决于痤疮和相关疾病：对于痤疮严重程度的分级标准参考于国家2012年制定的中医学标准,中医症状的诊断和疗效标准。数据分析方法：在实验研究收集数据之后进行。数据分析使用微软程序运行的SPSS软件。使用卡方检验、方差分析和独立样本的T检验以及一般的线性模型分析和秩和检验。结果：本研究的对照组病例由16名女性和14名男性组成。治疗组由19名女性和11名男性组成。对照组的年龄为20.7-2.67岁;治疗组年龄为20.7-4.15岁,P=0.493;表明本研究病例年龄都很接近。两组病例中治疗前后皮损的类型：在对照组中丘疹皮损程度降低3.3%粉刺类型中皮损加重3.3%,在脓包类型中皮损不变化。在治疗组中,经治疗后脓包类型严重程度降低33.7%,丘疹类型降低7%,粉刺类型降低53.3%。皮损数量对照组和治疗组治疗前,对照组有50%的病例皮损为中度皮损(20-50),另一半为严重皮损(>50)。在治疗组,有30%的病例皮损为中度痤疮,70%为严重痤疮。经过治疗后,对照组减少46.7%的皮损数量,变成轻度痤疮(50。在治疗组,3人(10%)皮损50个。P=0.046,表明两组之间有显著差异。第四次随访中,对照组中,11人(36.7%)是粉刺类型;13人(43.3%)是丘疹类型;6人(20%)是脓包类型。治疗组中,10人(33.3%)是粉刺类型;15人(53.6%)是丘疹类型,5人(16.7%)是脓包类型。P=0.043：两组之间有显著差异。从数据中表明治疗组的皮损数量有很大改变。第六次随访,对照组中12人(40%)是粉刺类型;13人(43.3%)是丘疹类型;5人(16.7%)是脓包类型。治疗组中,16人(53.3%)是粉刺类型;13人(43.3%)是丘疹类型,1人(3.3%)是脓包类型。P=0.012：两组间有显著差异。从数据中可以看出治疗组中的皮损类型有很大变化。第七次随

Trianthema portulacastrum L. （commonly known as horse purslane） is a noxious weed of several economically important field crops in tropical regions of the world. An intensive work on the screening of the biocontrol agents was accomplished through in vitro epidemic study to control weed populations. The foliar disease symptoms on infected weed plants caused by fungal pathogens represented as round to irregular maroon spots with dark borders and the epidemic was identified as leaf spot disease. The pathogen allied with the infection of horse purslane was isolated from infectious propagules by inoculation of leaf bites on a nutrient medium, potato dextrose agar （PDA）. The causal agent of leaf spot was confirmed as Gibbago trianthemae Simmons by Koch＇s postulates. The mycoherbicide ability of G. trianthemae has been examined through visual （standard area diagram） and statistical methods （analysis of variance using the Microsoft Office Excel-Data Analysis Tool Pack 2007）. The results revealed that the pathogen causes significantly （P 〈 0.05） severe infection on host weed and destructs the weed population by leaf spot diseases. The findings of the research suggested that the isolate G. trianthemae is highly virulent and host-specific, and recommended for further studies as a promising biocontrol agent against horse purslane weed.

Pocket switched Network (PSN) is an emerging research magnet that has been attracting researchers. This paper provides an introduction to PSN and covers some of its basic features and challenges. Continuous connectivity is difficult in infrastructure independent communication. In this paper, we will see how PSN provides an effective alternative. We also explain some routing protocols that can be incorporated for effective data forwarding. This paper also discusses possible applications and areas where PSN can be effectively used and some ideas that may foster future research in PSN routing.

Influence of thiol stress on oxidative phosphorylation and generation of ROS in Streptomyces coelicolor

Thiols play very important role in the intracellular redox homeostasis. Imbalance in the redox status leads to changes in the intracellular metabolism including respiration. Thiol stress, a reductive type of stress can also cause redox imbalance. When Gram-positive bacterium Strep- tomyces coelicolor was exposed to thiol stress, catalaseA was induced. Induction of catalaseA is the consequence of elevation of ROS (reactive oxygen species). The two major sources of reactive oxygen species are Fenton reaction and slippage of electrons from electron transport chain during respiration. Hence, the effect of thiol stress was checked on the rate of oxidative phosphorylation in S. coelicolor. We found correlation in the increase of oxidative phosphorylation rate and the generation of ROS, subsequently leading to induction of catalase. It was observed that thiol stress does not affect the functionality of the individual complexes of the ETC, but still there was an increase in the overall respiration, which may lead to generation of more ROS leading to induction of catalase.

Jamuna River is one of the principal rivers of Bangladesh, changing continuously due to erosion and accretion over the past decades. This analysis evaluates the East Bank and the West Bank erosion and accretion between 1996 and 2015 for Jamuna River. An unsupervised classification algorithm and post-classification change employing skills in Geographic Information System are performed to evaluate spatial and temporal dynamics of erosion and accretion for different points of Jamuna River using Bangladesh. Landsat image (1995, 2005, 2015). The correctness of the Landsat-produced map ranges from 82% to 84%. It has been evidently observed that changes in the proportion of erosion and accretion differ in different points of Jamuna River. The highest eroded area is 3.82 square kilometers (km2) during the period of 1995 to 2005 and the highest accreted area is 6.15 square kilometers (km2) during the period of 1995 to 2015. The erosion and accretion values fluctuated from place to place. The changing trend of Riverbank is creating many socio-economic problems in the proximate areas.

Preliminary Study by Reservoir Simulation of Field Trial Polymer Injection in SBR Field Using Silica-Modified HPAM

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is the most inorganic polymer type which is usually used in injection for enhanced oil recovery. Furthermore, hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) is a common polymer used in polymer injection, but it has the sensitivity towards salinity and temperature. Thus, the experiment modified PAM and HPAM with silica aims to improve the performance of polymer toward temperature and salinity. This experiment included polymer synthesis, polymer modification, rheological measurement of the product and reservoir modeling study. Some experiments were performed to assess the feasibility of the product. In the polymer injection simulation, the properties of a polymer are referred to as product properties. The best outcome is selected to be implemented in SBR field. Prior to do trial in the real SBR field, the study by simulation is needed. The simulation predicts the incremental oil recovery and helps to determine an optimum injection rate and the best injection well location. The SBR field temperature, the salinity and the oil viscosity were about 60?C, 10,000 ppm and 2.64 cp, respectively. From the viscosity measurement, it was concluded that HPAM-Si was qualified to become a displacing agent because it had the highest viscosity among other product which was about 9.8 cp. The simulator used in this study was black oil IMEX-CMG simulator. The three scenarios applied were the base case, water injection and polymer injection. The base case gained recovery about 15.26%, whereas the water injection with a rate of about 2000 bbl/day gained oil recovery about 21.33%. The best scenario is polymer injection, where the optimum polymer injection rate is about 2000 bbl/day and the highest recovery is approximately 30.73%.

Effect of aluminum content on machining characteristics of AZ31 and AZ91 magnesium alloys during drilling

Nanocrystalline ZnO and ZnO/PVP nanocomposite films have been prepared by the sol-gel dip-coating technique from zinc acetate precursor on silicon wafer and Pyrex glass substrates. The films were characterized using atomic force microscopy for morphology, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for chemical analysis. Thermally untreated and annealed films were studied in order to analyze the influence of temperature on the formation and properties of the films. The films have a uniform void-free surface and the grain size increases with the annealing temperature. The cell viability assays indicate that the growth rate of BPH cells incubated in the presence of ZnO was significantly reduced （35% of the control） compared to that of untreated controls, indicating antibacterial activity of ZnO as a result of generation of hydrogen peroxide. The sensor characteristic of ZnO/PVP nanocomposite was also demonstrated by measuring the change in conductivity upon exposure to superoxide anion radical.

Magnesium(Mg)and its alloys are now becoming the promising choice for various structural applications due to their low density and high specific strength compared with other light metals such as aluminum and its *** all Mg alloys,AZ(aluminum and zinc)series is the most widely used alloy system for various structural ***,machining of magnesium and its alloys involves certain issues due to their brittle nature and risk of inflammability unlike other nonferrous ***,alloys with considerable amount of secondary phase may exhibit different machining characteristics during metal cutting *** the present study,two AZ series alloys AZ31 and AZ91 were selected and drilling operation was performed to assess the effect of the secondary phase amount and distribution on machining *** operation was carried out at different sets of process parameters and cutting forces were obtained and the chips which have been produced during drilling were *** the results,it can be clearly understood that the presence of secondary phase(Mg_(17)Al_(12))has a significant influence on cutting *** in cutting speed has reduced the required cutting force and load fluctuations in all the cases.
