球磨与蒸汽联合处理玉米秸秆提高水解效率的研究

为了开发绿色且高效的木质纤维素处理新技术,以玉米秸秆为模型原料,将球磨预处理与蒸汽预处理相结合用以提高玉米秸秆水解效率。研究结果表明:球磨预处理可显著提高秸秆水解效率,在10%固载量条件下,4 mm秸秆经过球磨预处理后,水解后葡萄糖和还原糖的回收率分别由38%和36%提高至65%和58%;在球磨预处理的基础上,将秸秆浸入6 g·L-1NaOH并在121℃条件下蒸汽预处理1 h,水解后葡萄糖和还原糖的回收率均达到100%,且在此预处理条件下,当固载量由10%增加至30%时,葡萄糖和还原糖的回收率仍可达到77.14%和75.82%;另外,TOC和TN分析表明,在预处理条件优化和水解效率显著提高的同时,秸秆中的非糖副产物的水解率也显著提高,圆红酵母最高可在秸秆固载量为20%时获得的水解液中进行生长和油脂发酵,生物量、油脂产量和油脂含量分别为16.00 g·L-1,6.00 g·L-1和35.61%。

芦苇(Phragmites australis)是崇明东滩湿地潮间带的优势种,具有良好的水土保持与净化功能。芦苇种群主要在中、高潮滩呈带状分布,但在低潮滩也有小斑块状分布。作为典型根茎型克隆植物的芦苇种群,在盐沼湿地不同潮滩表现出怎样的种群动态特征,进而反映出怎样的差异化的适应能力,值得深入研究。以分布在崇明东滩湿地低、中、高3个潮滩上的芦苇种群为研究对象,全程定位追踪起始于4、6月的同生群在整个生长季的生长、发育过程,并定量分析它们的动态生命表、生存曲线、生存率和累积死亡率,系统揭示分布于3个潮滩的芦苇种群典型动态特征。结果表明:(1)起始于4月的处于低、中、高3个潮滩上的芦苇同生群,其生存曲线存在差异,它们分别趋近于Deevey-Ⅰ型、Deevey-Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的过渡型,以及Deevey-Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型的过渡型;(2)起始于6月的处于低、中潮滩上的芦苇同生群,其生存曲线呈现出与4月同生群相似的特征,高潮滩同生群则由Deevey-Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型的过渡型转变成Deevey-Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的过渡型;(3)经综合分析,高潮滩芦苇同生群稳定性最强,低潮滩同生群相对不稳定,中潮滩同生群在生长初期不稳定而在生长中后期趋于稳定;(4)基于上述研究结果,针对东滩湿地沿潮滩梯度分布的芦苇种群的保育与管理提出了合理建议。

Let M be an n-cluster tilting subcategory of mod-Λ,whereΛis an Artin *** S(M)denote the full subcategory of S(Λ),the submodule category of Λ,consisting of all the monomorphisms in *** construct two functors from S(M)to mod-Λ,the category of finitely presented additive contravariant functors on the stable category of *** show that these functors are full,dense and objective and hence provide equivalences between the quotient categories of S(M)and mod-Λ.We also compare these two functors and show that they differ by the n-th syzygy functor,provided M is an n Z-cluster tilting *** functors can be considered as higher versions of the two functors studied by Ringel and Zhang(2014)in the case Λ=k[x]/and generalized later by Eiríksson(2017)to self-injective Artin *** applications are provided.

This paper aims to improve the performance of the conventional perturb and observe(P&O)maximum power point tracking(MPPT)*** the oscillation around the maximum power point(MPP)is the main disadvantage of this technique,we introduce a modified P&O algorithm to conquer this *** new algorithm recognizes approaching the peak of the photovoltaic(PV)array power curve and prevents the oscillation around the *** key to achieve this goal is testing the change of output power in each cycle and comparing it with the change in array terminal power of the previous *** a decrease in array terminal power is observed after an increase in the previous cycle or in the opposite direction,an increase in array terminal power is observed after a decrease in the previous cycle;it means we are at the peak of the power curve,so the duty cycle of the boost converter should remain the same as the previous ***,an optimized duty cycle is introduced,which is adjusted based on the operating point of PV ***,a DC-DC boost converter powered by a PV array simulator is used to test the proposed *** the irradiance changes,the proposed algorithm produces an averageηMPPT of nearly 3.1%greater than that of the conventional P&O algorithm and the incremental conductance(In C)*** addition,under strong partial shading conditions and drift avoidance tests,the proposed algorithm produces an averageηMPPT of nearly 9%and 8%greater than that of the conventional algorithms,respectively.

Expert evidence is admissible under articles 59 and 164 of Qanun-e-Shahadat Ordinance,1984(Law of Evidence),in the courts of law in ***,the enacted laws and judicial precedents are inadequate to help a trial judge to get an answer to the question about the reliability and credibility of expert *** process of judicial scrutiny of the expert evidence is challenging in the absence of national guidelines/standards,nonaccreditation of crime laboratories,and poor scientific knowledge of judges and ***,the judges encounter difficulty in evaluating the knowledge and skills of an expert,validity of principles and methodologies used,application of quality management system,relatability,and reliability of expert *** facing difficulty in ascertaining the level of certitude of expert evidence,the courts accept the expert testimony only when it corroborates the prosecution's propositions,which is a kind of disservice to *** reliance of courts on expert evidence varies from case to case,which can be observed in the form of many sporadic judicial decisions.

The assessment of in situ permeability of rock mass is challenging for large-scale projects such as reservoirs created by dams,where water tightness issues are of prime *** in situ permeability is strongly related to the frequency and distribution of discontinuities in the rock mass and quantified by rock quality designation(RQD).This paper analyzes the data of hydraulic conductivity and discontinuities sampled at different depths during the borehole investigations in the limestone and sandstone formations for the construction of hydraulic structures in *** recovered from boreholes provide RQD data,and in situ Lugeon tests elucidate the permeability.A modern technique of multivariate adaptive regression splines(MARS)assisted in correlating permeability and RQD along with the *** situ permeability shows a declining trend with increasing RQD,and the depth of investigation is within 50 *** type of relationship can be developed based on detailed initial investigations at the site where the hydraulic conductivity of discontinuous rocks is required to be *** relationship can approximate the permeability by only measuring the RQD in later investigations on the same site,thus saving the time and cost of the site *** applicability of the relationship developed in this study to another location requires a lithological similarity of the rock mass that can be verified through preliminary investigation at the site.

Mangrove forests are valuable resources in tropical and subtropical regions,which have been faced dieback due to various human activities including rapid expansion of shrimp farming,urban development,and pollution,as well as natural factors such as rising sea level,increasing air temperature,drought,and sharp decrease in ***,the mechanisms of dieback of mangrove forests are not well ***,this research aimed to assess the vegetative,chemical,and physiological status of grey mangrove(Avicennia marina(Forsk.)Vierh.)forests at different intensities of dieback in the Hormozgan Province,Iran.A total of 40 plots categorized into four dieback intensities(severe,medium,low,and control)were randomly selected for monitoring,and various parameters related to vegetative,chemical,and physiological status of grey mangrove forests were *** results revealed that the control group had the highest tree density,seedling density,vitality levels,aerial root density,and aerial root ***,as dieback severity increased,a decrease in demographic and vegetative parameters of trees and seedlings was observed in the dieback *** amounts of heavy metals(lead,cadmium,and nickel)in the sediment,roots,and leaves of grey mangrove trees at different dieback levels indicated that lead levels were the highest in the sediment,roots,and leaves in the severe dieback *** the same time,the control had the lowest *** concentrations in the sediment followed the pattern of severe dieback>moderate dieback>low dieback>control with no significant differences in the roots and *** amounts in all three parts,i.e.,sediment,roots,and leaves showed the highest levels in the severe dieback ***,metal level analysis in the organs of grey mangrove trees at different dieback levels revealed that lead and nickel were more abundant in the root organ compared with the *** contrast,the leaf organ exhibited the highes

At present,water and fertilizer use efficiency is low in many cultivation areas in southern *** show that the buried straw layer can effectively conserve water and *** investigate the optimal irrigation upper limit above the straw barrier and its effect on soil moisture and nitrogen distribution,an indoor soil column experiment was *** treatments were designed consisting of two levels of straw layer i.e.,(with and without buried straw layer at 25 cm depth),and three irrigation water upper limits i.e.,(saturated moisture content(s),field water holding capacity(f),and 80%of field water holding capacity(0.8f)as the upper limit of irrigation).The result revealed that the buried straw layer can inhibit water infiltration and significantly increase the water storage capacity and water storage efficiency of 0-25 cm soil *** the condition of no evaporation,when the upper limit of irrigation water does not exceed the field water holding capacity,the storage efficiency of 0-25 cm soil water reaches 89%-91%after 6 ***,a buried straw layer can inhibit the deep percolation of nitrate nitrogen and increase the amount of nitrate-nitrogen in 0-25 cm *** 80%field water holding capacity irrigation upper limit combined with straw interlayer treatment had a higher nitrate-nitrogen content in the 0-25 cm soil layer than other ***,80%of field water holding capacity as the upper limit of irrigation combined with buried straw layer is the optimal strategy to conserve soil water and nitrogen in the upper soil profile.
