Detecting malicious Uniform Resource Locators(URLs)is crucially important to prevent attackers from committing *** researches have investigated the role of machine learning(ML)models to detect malicious *** using ML algorithms,rst,the features of URLs are extracted,and then different ML models are *** limitation of this approach is that it requires manual feature engineering and it does not consider the sequential patterns in the ***,deep learning(DL)models are used to solve these issues since they are able to perform featureless ***,DL models give better accuracy and generalization to newly designed URLs;however,the results of our study show that these models,such as any other DL models,can be susceptible to adversarial *** this paper,we examine the robustness of these models and demonstrate the importance of considering this susceptibility before applying such detection systems in real-world *** propose and demonstrate a black-box attack based on scoring functions with greedy search for the minimum number of perturbations leading to a *** attack is examined against different types of convolutional neural networks(CNN)-based URL classiers and it causes a tangible decrease in the accuracy with more than 56%reduction in the accuracy of the best classier(among the selected classiers for this work).Moreover,adversarial training shows promising results in reducing the inuence of the attack on the robustness of the model to less than 7%on average.

The healthcare industry deals with highly sensitive data which must be managed in a secure *** Health Records(EHRs)hold various kinds of personal and sensitive data which contain names,addresses,social security numbers,insurance numbers,and medical *** personal data is valuable to the patients,healthcare service providers,medical insurance companies,and research ***,the public release of this highly sensitive personal data poses serious privacy and security threats to patients and healthcare service ***,we foresee the requirement of new technologies to address the privacy and security challenges for personal data in healthcare *** is one of the promising solutions,aimed to provide transparency,security,and privacy using consensus-driven decentralised data management on top of peer-to-peer distributed computing ***,to solve the mentioned problems in healthcare applications,in this paper,we investigate the use of private blockchain technologies to assess their feasibility for healthcare *** create testing scenarios using HyperLedger Fabric to explore different criteria and use-cases for healthcare ***,we thoroughly evaluate the representative test case scenarios to assess the blockchain-enabled security criteria in terms of data confidentiality,privacy and access *** experimental evaluation reveals the promising benefits of private blockchain technologies in terms of security,regulation compliance,compatibility,flexibility,and scalability.

This study is designed to develop Artificial Intelligence(AI)based analysis tool that could accurately detect COVID-19 lung infections based on portable chest x-rays(CXRs).The frontline physicians and radiologists suffer from grand challenges for COVID-19 pandemic due to the suboptimal image quality and the large volume of *** this study,AI-based analysis tools were developed that can precisely classify COVID-19 lung *** available datasets of COVID-19(N=1525),non-COVID-19 normal(N=1525),viral pneumonia(N=1342)and bacterial pneumonia(N=2521)from the Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology(SIRM),Radiopaedia,The Cancer Imaging Archive(TCIA)and Kaggle repositories were taken.A multi-approach utilizing deep learning ResNet101 with and without hyperparameters optimization was ***,the fea-tures extracted from the average pooling layer of ResNet101 were used as input to machine learning(ML)algorithms,which twice trained the learning *** ResNet101 with optimized parameters yielded improved performance to default *** extracted features from ResNet101 are fed to the k-nearest neighbor(KNN)and support vector machine(SVM)yielded the highest 3-class classification performance of 99.86%and 99.46%,*** results indicate that the proposed approach can be bet-ter utilized for improving the accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of *** proposed deep learning model has the potential to improve further the efficiency of the healthcare systems for proper diagnosis and prognosis of COVID-19 lung infection.

Intrinsic photocatalytic water oxidation activity of Mn-doped ferroelectric BiFeO3

The development of stable and efficient visible light-absorbing oxide-based semiconductor photocatalysts is a desirable task for solar water splitting ***,we proposed that the low photocurrent density in film-based BiFeO_(3)(BFO)is due to charge recombination at the interface of the domain walls,which could be largely reduced in particulate photocatalyst *** demonstrate this hypothesis,in this work we synthesized particulate BFO and Mn-doped BiFeO_(3)(Mn-BFO)by the sol-gel *** water oxidation tests showed that pure BFO had an intrinsic photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity of 70μmol h^(-1) g^(-1),while BFO-2,with an optimum amount of Mn doping(0.05%),showed an OER activity of 255μmol h^(-1) g^(-1) under visible light(λ≥420 nm)*** bandgap of Mn-doped BFO could be reduced from 2.1 to 1.36 eV by varying the amount of Mn *** functional theory(DFT)calculations suggested that surface Fe(rather than Mn)species serve as the active sites for water oxidation,because the overpotential for water oxidation on Fe species after Mn doping is 0.51 V,which is the lowest value measured for the different Fe and Mn species examined in this *** improved photocatalytic water oxidation activity of Mn-BFO is ascribed to the synergistic effect of the bandgap narrowing,which increases the absorption of visible light,reduces the activation energy of water oxidation,and inhibits the recombination of photogenerated *** work demonstrates that Mn doping is an effective strategy to enhance the intrinsic photocatalytic water oxidation activity of particulate ferroelectric BFO photocatalysts.

Association between Early Marriage and Other Sociomedical Characteristics with the Cervical Pap Smear Results in Iraqi Women

Background: The standard screening test for cervical cancer is the Pap smear and cervical cancer is a significant health issue worldwide. Early sexual activity, multiple sexual partnerships, parity, young age at first pregnancy and early marriage are traditional risk factors for developing cervical cancer. The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of early marriage in on the results of Pap smear in Iraqi women. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out on 200 women who attended the Women Health Clinic of Al-Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital, Baghdad for the period from November 2013 to April 2014. Data were collected through direct interview and a prepared questionnaire including patients’ characteristics and Pap smear results. Results: Mean age of studied women was 39.9 ± 11.4 years and mean age of marriage was 19 ± 5 years. Abnormal Pap results were reported in 63.5% of them. A significant association was observed between abnormal Pap smear and each of age 20 - 30 years, ≤18 years age at marriage, marriage duration >10 years, irregular menstrual cycle, tubal ligation and abnormal medical history (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Early marriage was strongly associated with abnormal Pap smear results in Iraqi women.

Evaluation of thalamus echogenicity by ultrasound as a marker of fetal lung maturity

The present study evaluated fetal thalamic echogenicity by ultrasound as a possible marker of fetal lung maturity in comparison with other ultrasound makers. A prospective longitudinal study performed in Al-Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq during the period from April 2010 to March 2011. One hundred and forty two pregnant women (36 to 42 weeks of gestation) who were admitted for elective cesarean section and referred for an obstetric ultrasound scan at the same day of their elective cesarean section were included. Scanning with linear ultrasound with convex transducer frequency of 3.5 MHz was utilized to measure the biparietal diameter and the state of echogenicity was recorded as echogenic or echolucent, in addition to amniotic fluid vernix and the placental changes. The presence of echogenic thalamus as a sign of fetal lung maturity had a specificity of 86.53% which is higher than the three other signs of lung maturity;the positive predictive value was (89.6%) which is also higher than the three other signs, but the sensitivity was 63.33% and negative predictive value was 57.69% which is lower than the presence of vernix in the amniotic fluid, 86.66 and 67.56 respectively. In conclusion, evaluation of echogenic thalamus is beneficial, and can be considered as a new marker of fetal lung maturity;however, further studies are required to strengthen such idea.

Computing students face the problem with time and quality of the work while managing their graduation/senior *** Application Development(RAD)model is based on continual user involvement for the process of requirement gathering via *** each iteration,the developers can validate the requirements that are completed in the *** a project with RAD is easier but not *** the other hand,Agile project management techniques focus on flexibility,agility,teamwork and quality based on user *** user involvement is avoided,which requires extensive maintenance time for fixing iteration and release of the story *** also makes it necessary to provide onsite training to the users of the *** research provides the pros and cons of RAD and Agile project management techniques,to help students in deciding the best approach for managing their graduation *** the evaluation of these techniques,similar case studies were given to the senior project students(having similar CGPAs)for building similar functionality-based *** two projects“Life Organizer”developed and managed using RAD and“Smart Patient Assistant(SPA)”developed and managed through Agile methodology were evaluated against the quality assurance criteria for senior *** study found that the project developed with RAD methodology performed 13.33%better in providing extensive and elaborated documentation than the students following the Agile *** the other hand,SPA-Agile based project,due to teamwork had 2.5%better implementation than Life Organizer-RAD based project.

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.
