In this paper, the inference for the Burr-X m.del under progressively first-failure censoring schem. is discussed. Based on this new censoring were the num.er of units rem.ved at each failure tim. has a discrete binom.al distribution. The m.xim.m.likelihood, Bootstrap and Bayes estim.tes for the Burr-X distribution are obtained. The Bayes estim.tors are obtained using both the sym.etric and asym.etric loss functions. Approxim.te confidence interval and highest posterior density interval (HPDI) are discussed. A num.rical exam.le is provided to illustrate the proposed estim.tion m.thods developed here. The m.xim.m.likelihood and the different Bayes estim.tes are com.ared via a m.nte Carlo sim.lation study.

In this article, we study the problem.of predicting future records and order statistics (two-sam.le prediction) based on progressive type-II censored with random.rem.vals, where the num.er of units rem.ved at each failure tim. has a discrete binom.al distribution. We use the Bayes procedure to derive both point and interval bounds prediction. Bayesian point prediction under sym.etric and sym.etric loss functions is discussed. The m.xim.m.likelihood (m.) prediction intervals using “plug-in” procedure for future records and order statistics are derived. An exam.le is discussed to illustrate the application of the results under this censoring schem..

In this paper, based on a new type of censoring schem. called an adaptive type-II progressive censoring schem. introduce by Ng et al. [1], Naval Research Logistics is considered. Based on this type of censoring the m.xim.m.likelihood estim.tion (m.E), Bayes estim.tion, and param.tric bootstrap m.thod are used for estim.ting the unknown param.ters. Also, we propose to apply m.rkov chain m.nte Carlo (m.m.) technique to carry out a Bayesian estim.tion procedure and in turn calculate the credible intervals. Point estim.tion and confidence intervals based on m.xim.m.likelihood and bootstrap m.thod are also proposed. The approxim.te Bayes estim.tors obtained under the assum.tions of non-inform.tive priors, are com.ared with the m.xim.m.likelihood estim.tors. Num.rical exam.les using real data set are presented to illustrate the m.thods of inference developed here. Finally, the m.xim.m.likelihood, bootstrap and the different Bayes estim.tes are com.ared via a m.nte Carlo sim.lation study.

Dielectric ceram.cs of m.x）Al6（1-x）Si2O13 doped m.llite were synthesized via co-precipitation technique. The X-ray diffrac-tion profiles revealed that these nanoparticles were crystallized well and the volum. of m.llite unit cell was increased as a function of the ionic radius of dopant ion. TEm.im.ges showed regular orthorhom.ic crystal m.rphology for the pure m.llite sam.le. m.anwhile, the doped sam.les exhibited slightly distorted crystal m.rphology of larger particle sizes. DSC therm.gram. evinced that the exo-therm.c peak tem.erature of m.llite was shifted to the lower value with m.＋ion insertion. The photolum.nescence spectra were stud-ied for m.llite sam.les, and it was found that the intensity of the em.ssion spectra was affected by the m.＋ion type. It was found that, Y3＋doped m.llite achieved the m.nim.m.dielectric loss value of 0.01 in the radio wave frequency region （1 m.z）. m.anwhile, Gd3＋doped m.llite achieved the m.nim.m.dielectric loss value of 0.09 in the m.crowave frequency region （1 GHz）.

Cost-effective integrated strategy for the fabrication of hard-m.gnet barium.hexaferrite powders from.low-grade barite ore

Ultrafine barium.hexaferrite（BaFe12O19） powders were synthesized from.the m.tallurgical extracts of low-grade Egyptian barite ore via a co-precipitation route. Hydrom.tallurgical treatm.nt of barite ore was system.tically studied to achieve the m.xim.m.dissolution efficiency of Fe（～99.7%） under the optim.m.conditions. The hexaferrite precursors were obtained by the co-precipitation of BaS produced by the reduction of barite ore with carbon at 1273 K and then dissolved in diluted HCl and FeCl3 solution at pH 10 using NaOH as a base; the product was then annealed at 1273 K in an open atm.sphere. The effect of Fe^3＋/Ba^2＋ m.lar ratio and the addition of hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） on the phase structure, crystallite size, m.rphology, and m.gnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron m.croscopy, and vibrating sam.le m.gnetom.try. Single-phase BaFe（12）O（19） powder was obtained at an Fe^3＋/Ba^2＋ m.lar ratio of 8.00. The form.d powders exhibited a hexagonal platelet-like structure. Good m.xim.m.m.gnetization（48.3 A×m.2×kg^–1） was achieved in the m.terial prepared at an Fe^3＋/Ba^2＋ m.lar ratio of 8.0 in the presence of 5% H2O2 as an oxidizer and at 1273 K because of the form.tion of a uniform. hexagonal-shaped structure.

m.gnesium.lithium.hybrid ion batteries have em.rged as a new class of energy storage system. owing to dendrite free cycling of m.gnesium.anode and possibility of practice of num.rous conventional lithium.*** present work,we used hybrid ion strategy to analyze the perform.nce of lithium.titanate based lithium.cathode,m.gnesium.m.tal anode,and all-phenyl com.lex(APC)electrolytes at different tem.eratures(25℃,10℃,0℃,-10℃,and-20℃).The hybrid ion battery exhibited excellent rate perform.nce(228 m.Ah g^(-1)/20 m.A g^(-1) and 163 m.h g^(-1)/1000 m. g^(-1))with stable voltage plateaus at 0.90 and 0.75 V,which corresponds to specific energy of 178 Wh kg^(-1) at room.tem.erature(25℃).Experim.ntal results revealed that APC-THF solutions have strong potential to suppress the freezing of electrolyte solutions owing to low boiling point of *** low tem.erature electrochem.cal testing revealed the reversible capacities of 213.4,165.5,143.8,133.2 and 78.56 m.h g^(-1) at 25,10,0,-10,and-20℃,***,ex-situ XRD,SEm.and EIS tests were carried out to understand the reaction kinetics of both m.2+and Li+ions inside the lithium.titanate *** hope this work will shed light on low tem.erature prospective of electrochem.cal devices for use in cold environm.nts.
