A search for the rare decays W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D0γis performed using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0fb−*** significant signal is observed for either decay mode and upper limits on their branching fractions are set using W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→μ+μ−decays as normalization *** upper limits are 6.5×10^(−4) and 2.1×10^(−3) at 95% confidence level for the W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D^(0)γ decay modes,*** is the first reported search for the Z→D^(0)γ decay,while the upper limit on the W+→D+sγbranching fraction improves upon the previous best limit.

A review of vegetation indices as applied to Landsat-TM and ETM+ multispectral data is presented. The review focuses on indices that have been developed to produce biophysical information about vegetation biomass/ greenness, moisture and pigments. In addition, a set of biomass/greenness and moisture content indices are tested in a Mediterranean semiarid wetland environment to determine their appropriateness and potential for carrying redundant information. The results indicate that most vegetation indices used for biomass/greenness mapping produce similar information and are statistically well correlated.

The new coronavirus (sARs-CoV-2) broke out in Wuhan in China in December 2019, causing severe pneumonia and deaths, soon in March 2020, it reached pandemic level, affecting several countries including Brazil. The disease was named COVID-19, with characteristics of most infected having mild and moderate symptoms and a part severe symptom. The disease has already reached 158 ethnic groups, which have high vulnerability and limited access to health services. The objective is to investigate the clinical and spatial characteristics of severe Acute Respiratory syndrome of COVID-19 in the indigenous peoples of Brazil. It is an epidemiological, cross-sectional, analytical ecological study, based on data from the OpenDatasUs platform from 01/01/2020 to 31/08/2020. Profile variables, signs and symptoms and risk factors/comorbidities. The data were analyzed by Bioestat 5.3. There were 1,207 cases and 470 deaths. Profile: male gender (59.48%) means age 53 years. signs and symptoms: fever (74.23%), cough (77.71%), sore throat (35.62%), dyspnea (69.34%), respiratory discomfort (62.80%), Osub>2sub> saturation ssociated with mortality: dyspnea (80.0%) and Osub>2sub> saturation sk factors and comorbidities (45.89%) were associated with deaths (54.04%). About comorbidities, chronic cardiovascular diseases represented (18.97%) and Diabetes Mellitus (18.97%), and associated with deaths: Chronic Cardiovascular Disease (24.46%). Being admitted to the ICU has a risk of death in (OR-3.96- st influenza (OR-1.85- s of Brazil should be directed to control the dissemination of COVID-19 in this population, that COVID-19 evolves in the same intensity, however, the indigenous have vulnerabilities that can increase the impact of the pandemic in this population.

This study aimed to understand the use of low level laser in the regeneration of injured tissues. Also to design our own opinion on the subject, as chemists. Laser is nothing more than a light with very special characteristics that grant it therapeutic properties. We can observe the existence of three different types of laser, being one of them the therapeutic laser, which is used in substitution for medications or along with them. Another type of laser is the surgical one and, in addition to these, there is a diagnostic type. A great advantage is that, instead of taking the medicine, the patient’s own body can be activated by the laser to produce certain substances that can often replace the drugs. This is a literature review emphasizing the use of low level laser. Thus, the reflections from this study can contribute to the amplification of the production of knowledge that aims at the resignification of the use of laser in therapy. Greater attention was given to two types of laser radiation: He-Ne and As-Ga, both presenting a high therapeutic potential in superficial and deep injures. However, the He-Ne laser excels in superficial lesions, whereas the As-Ga laser does so in deep injures, such as articular, muscular, etc.

Members of the ERF Family of Transcription Factors play an important role in plant development and gene expression that regulates responses to biotic and abiotic *** work identified 36 ERF family genes in Coffea arabica within the AP2/ERF full domain,using the EsT-based genomic resource of the Brazilian Coffee Genome *** ERF family genes were classified into nine of the ten existing groups through phylogenetic analysis of the deduced amino acid sequences and comparison with the sequences of the ERF family genes in *** addition to the AP2 domain,other conserved domains were identified,typical of members of each *** in silico analysis and expression profiling showed high levels of expression for libraries derived from tissues of fruits,leaves and flowers as well as for libraries subjected to water *** results suggest the participation of the ERF family genes of *** in distinct biological functions,such as control of development,maturation,and responses to water *** results of this work imply in the selection of promising genes for further functional characterizations that will provide a better understanding of the complex regulatory networks related to plant development and responses to stress,opening up opportunities for coffee breeding programs.

Influence of Cu9Al4 Phase on Nanomechanical Behavior of Cu-14Al-4Ni-xTi shape Memory Alloy Rapidly solidified

This paper aims to verify the Cu9Al4 phase influence on the nanomechanical behavior of the Cu-14Al-4Ni-xTi alloy obtained by rapid solidification with addition of different amounts of *** the scanning Electron Microscopy(sEM),Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM),Energy Dispersion spectroscopy(EDs)and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),it was possible to perform the samples’microstructural *** addition,the reduction of the Cu9Al4 phase precipitation and the X-phase appearance were verified according to the increase of the titanium percentage *** nanomechanical behavior was evaluated by nanoindentation tests,which showed a significant decrease of the elastic modules and an increase of the Poisson coefficient’s according to the titanium *** research establishes that the reduction of Cu9Al4 phase implies on the increase of the capacity to dissipate ***,the high damping capacity combined with the X-phase presence increases the super elasticity and the alloy ductility.
