Localisation of machines in harsh Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)environment is necessary for various ***,a novel localisation algorithm is proposed for noisy range measurements in IIoT *** position of an unknown machine device in the network is estimated using the relative distances between blind machines(BMs)and anchor machines(AMs).Moreover,a more practical and challenging scenario with the erroneous position of AM is considered,which brings additional uncertainty to the final position ***,the AMs selection algorithm for the localisation of BMs in the IIoT network is *** those AMs will participate in the localisation process,which increases the accuracy of the final location ***,the closed‐form expression of the proposed greedy successive anchorization process is derived,which prevents possible local convergence,reduces computation,and achieves Cramér‐rao lower bound accuracy for white Gaussian measurement *** results are compared with the state‐of‐the‐art and verified through numerous simulations.

The thermal shock and fatigue behavior of pressureless sintered Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)(ASZ)composites was *** influence of the thermal shock and fatigue on the strengthening response of ASZ has been investigated by measuring the strength retention and microstructural *** magnitude of the flexural strength and fracture of the ASZ has been compared with that of the monolithic Al_(2)O_(3)(A)and Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)(AZ)composites under the same experimental *** indicated that the ASZ composites possess the highest resistance against thermal shock and fatigue,in comparison with A and *** improvements were attributed to the enhancement in the fracture toughness of ASZ and the presence of multi-phase reinforcement.

Overexpression of the phytochrome B gene from Arabidopsis thaliana increases plant growth and yield of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum)

The phytochrome B (PHYB) gene of Arabidopsis thaliana was introduced into cotton through Agrobacterium *** and expression of PHYB gene in cotton plants were confirmed by molecular *** RNA (mRNA) expression in one of the transgenic lines,QCC11,was much higher than those of control and other transgenic *** cotton plants showed more than a two-fold increase in photosynthetic rate and more than a four-fold increase in transpiration rate and stomatal *** increase in photosynthetic rate led to a 46% increase in relative growth rate and an 18% increase in net assimilation *** recorded up to two generations,both in the greenhouse and in the field,revealed that overexpression of Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene in transgenic cotton plants resulted in an increase in the production of cotton by improving the cotton plant growth,with 35% more ***,the presence of the Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene caused pleiotropic effects like semi-dwarfism,decrease in apical dominance,and increase in boll size.

In the present work, carbon nano/microparticles obtained by controlled pyrolysis of peanut （PS） and hazelnut （HS） shells are presented. These materials were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and field emissionscanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM）. When added to cement paste, up to 1 wt%, these materials led to an increase of the cement matrix flexural strength and of toughness. Moreover, with respect to plain cement, the total increase in electromagnetic radiation shielding effect when adding 0.5 wt% of PS or HS in cement composites is much higher in comparison to the ones reported in the literature for CNTs used in the same content.

中巴经济走廊是“一带一路”倡议的旗舰项目与样板工程,居“一带一路”倡议六大经济走廊之首。保障中国投资者的中巴经济走廊法律框架包括条约与巴基斯坦国内法。要对中巴经济走廊法律框架下的中国投资者营商便利进行研究,必须首先弄清中国投资者最关注巴基斯坦营商不便的因素。尽管世界银行营商环境报告反映巴基斯坦近几年营商便利度大幅度提升,巴基斯坦也加入了WTO《贸易便利化协定》,但中国投资者更为关注的是国际关系紧张、政治局势不稳、安全问题严重、产业基础薄弱、人力资源匮乏、文化冲突、媒体舆论负面报导。这些营商风险才是真正的营商不便。而有学者对营商环境的界定不仅局限于世界银行的评价标准,中国部分地方的优化营商环境条例对营商环境的界定范围也远宽于世界银行的评价标准。故此,应当对营商环境进行重新界定,涵盖营商风险所造成的营商不便因素。在对营商环境概念重新界定的基础上,应当对中巴经济走廊法律框架不利于解决上述营商风险的情况进行分析。通过分析,找出问题所在,从而为中国经济走廊法律框架的完善奠定基础。在对策论部分,从条约与国内法两个层面提出解决方案。通过条约保持CPEC的开放性,积极吸纳CPEC周边国家（包括印度）参与CPEC建设,并通过中印巴三方边境条约,缓和与印度之间的矛盾,是解决国际关系紧张的关键。另外还应通过条约联合防范政治风险、安全风险,合作制订产业规划,合作开发人力资源,并促进与加强文化与媒体交流与合作,此外还应当通过条约加强两国之间地方层面的交流与合作,实现对口帮扶。在国内法层面,首先巴基斯坦应当效仿中国制定联邦层面、省市层面的优化营商环境专门法律法规。除此之外,巴基斯坦应当完善宪法体制,预防政治风险;健全社会法,保障特殊群体与弱势群体利益;完善反恐法律法规,保障国家安全与社会稳定;完善产业法律制度,提升国家产业基础;完善教育法律制度,培养各层次人才;促进文化交流与合作,提升文化包容度;提升媒体对CPEC认知,积极弘扬中巴合作正能量。

Potential Antioxidant Activities Improve Salt Tolerance in Ten Varieties of Wheat (<i>Triticum aestivum</i>L.)

The activity of antioxidative enzymes system is affected by salt stress, chlorophyll content (CHL), leaf relative water content (RWC), Na+ and K+ contents, their ratio and some oxidative stress indices were studied in leaves of ten bread wheat cultivarsSehar-06, Lu-26, NARC-09, BARC-09 and Pirsbak-09’(salt-tolerant) and Kaghan-94, Rohtas-90, Soughat-90, Shaheen-94 and Zardana-89’(salt-sensitive), grown under salinity treatments carried out in five levels (1 dS·m-1 as control, 2, 4, 8, 16 dS·m-1) via sodium chloride. Under high salt potency significant increase for activities of antioxidant enzymes such as ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and guiacol peroxidase (GPX), occured in salt tolerant varieties. Meanwhile, under salinity condition the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and (GPX) in sensitive cultivar were lower than control. Regarding (APX) activity there was no significant difference between salinity and control situation. Under salt stress membrane stability index (MSI) of both cultivars were negatively influenced. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content of salinity sensitive cultivars was higher than control. Salt tolerant varieties had more amounts of K+ content, K+ and Na+ ratio, relative water content, yield and chlorophyll under salt conditions, and sensitive ones recorded higher Na+ content at tillering stage. The mechanism of salt stress might be achieved due to low lipid peroxidation, assumingly lower changes in membrane stability index and evasion of Na+ combination and amplified activity of antioxidant enzymes.

Healthcare Resource Utilization and Associated Costs in Patients with Advanced Melanoma Receiving First-Line Ipilimumab

Background: To describe healthcare costs, excluding ipilimumab drug costs, in patients with advanced melanoma receiving ipilimumab in the US community practice setting. Methods: This was a retrospective chart review of unresectable stage III/IV melanoma patients who received first-line ipilimumab monotherapy between 04/2011 and 09/2012. Healthcare resource utilization included inpatient, emergency, specialist and hospice visits, laboratory tests, radiation, surgeries, and nursing home stays. Publicly available US unit costs were applied to each resource type to estimate costs, which were analyzed by time periods: during ipilimumab treatment, post-ipilimumab treatment (post-regimen), and within 90 days prior to death (pre-death). Generalized linear mixed models were used to explore cost predictors during the treatment period, on a per-dose-interval basis, defined as the time between ipilimumab doses. Results: Data were abstracted from 273 patient charts at 34 sites. Excluding ipilimumab drug costs, total monthly costs during the treatment regimen, post-regimen, and pre-death periods were $690, $2151, and $5123, respectively. Total healthcare costs were 27 times higher during dose intervals with a grade 3/4 adverse event compared with intervals without a grade 3/4 adverse event. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status ≥ 2 (vs 0) was also associated with significantly higher cost per dose interval. Conclusions: In this population, monthly costs exclusive of drug were significantly lower during the treatment period than in subsequent periods. Unfavorable ECOG PS was associated with significant increases in cost per dose interval. Grade 3/4 adverse events were associated with a marked increase in healthcare costs, but occurred in a small proportion of dose intervals.

森林的水土保持作用已被恰当承认。本文按新的观点,即从减轻空气污染方面考察了森林的作用,同时提出一汾耐污染的树种名录。森林是一个具有生命的复杂群居结构的生物群落。它在水土保持方面起着决定性的作用。它们通过蒸腾作用过程,从地上提升水分并释放到大气中去,由于大气水分的凝聚作用而产生雨,并如此循环不断。在生态系统中,在低量污染的情况下,生态系统的植被和土壤,起着降低空气污染的作用。在中度污染时,个别树种或特定树种的单株林木会产生养分效应,削弱新陈代谢,易受昆虫感染或出现病理现象,或直接诱发病害。但是,当污染程度高时,就会导致特定树种的严重病态或死亡。洁净的空气对于任何生物体的生存是不可缺少的。地球大气层是气体、水蒸气、固体微粒和液态微滴的混合物。空气污染的定义是指在大气层里的固体、液体和气体物质的浓度足以伤害人类和动植物的生命或特性。空气的组成在地球各处是不尽相同的。空气污染不仅限于城市,也不仅是由人类的活动而引起。火山爆发,森林火灾,大风所刮起的灰尘、花粉和其它悬浮微粒以及诸如细菌和病毒等另一些活微粒,都能污染空气。近三亿 t 空气污染物质散发到空气中去,这大大超过自然系统安全吸收的水平。当人类学会用火时空气污染就开始了。但大规模的空气污染是与近代工业的发展相关的,此外,就产生污染物的活动性质来说,散发到空气中去的都是在人口稠密的地区。因此,其影响即使在全球规模上是小的,但对局部则可能是严重的。据估计,由于大量二氧化碳加入到大气层里,使地球平均温度提高6℃,这可能会造成地球过去7000万年从未经历过的气候情况。即使实际增加的温度较预期的小,但也足以溶化大量极地冰和提高海平面5m。同样,同温层的臭氧能有效地阻挡大量从各方面传到地球表面的有害的太阳紫外辐射线。目前的计算表明,臭氧层的16.5％将会由于人类制造化学药品而消失。毁灭臭氧的半数(近8％)将发生于今后30年内(Khoshoo 和 ahmad,1981)。工业和都市社团经常散布对周围人类和其它活生物体有害的污染物质。这些污染物质包括放射性尘埃、盐雾、除草剂和农药、大气微粒、烟尘、矿石冶炼、煤的燃烧、制砖、制陶瓷、制水泥、制玻璃、制磷肥、酸物质液滴、煤气和某些时候的土壤微粒。这些物质对一切生物都可以单独起刺激作用,或者它们可能联合起来,对环境起更为有害的不利作用。最近苏联的切尔诺贝尔核电站的火灾并随之而发生的放射性泄漏,对发达国家和发展中国家来说,是一个突出的实例和警告信号。
