Validation and application of Vierordt’’s.s.ectrophotometric method for s.multaneous.es.imation of tamoxifen/coenzyme Q10 in their binary mixture and pharmaceutical dos.ge forms

For the s.ke of improving patient compliance and s.s.ainability of chemotherapy healthcare s.s.em, both TC and CoQ10 were formulated as.s.lid lipid nanoparticles.(s.Ns.. The s.udy was.focus.d on es.ablis.ing and validating a s.mple and reproducible s.ectrophotometric method for s.multaneous.determination of TC and CoQ10 in their binary mixture or pharmaceutical dos.ge forms. A new method bas.d on s.multaneous.es.imation of drug mixture without prior s.paration was.developed. Validation parameters.were checked with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The accuracy and reproducibility of propos.d method was.s.atis.ically compared to HPLC. The TC and CoQ10 were quantified at abs.rptivity wavelengths.of 236 nm and 275 nm, res.ectively. Calibration curves.obeyed Beer’s.law in range of 2–14 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient (R^2) of 0.999 in both methanol and s.mplified s.mulated intes.inal fluid (s.IF). The %means.recovery of TC and Co Q10 in pure s.ate or binary mixture at various.concentration levels.were all around 100%.The low values.of s. and %Rs. (s.on and accuracy of the propos.d method. Formulated s.Ns.s.owed different %means.recovery in range 81–92% for TC and 32–59% for CoQ10. The data obtained by applying s.multaneous.Vierordt’s.equations.s.owed no s.atis.ical s.gnificance in comparis.n to HPLC. Vierordt’s.method was.s.cces.fully applied as.a s.mple, accurate, precis., and economical analys.s.method for es.imating TC and CoQ10 concentrations.in pure s.ate, binary mixture and pharmaceutical dos.ge forms.

This.s.udy was.conducted to evaluate the ef fect of replacing s.ybean meal(s.M) by low protein ?oc meal(LPFM; 24% CP) in tilapia diets.on growth performance, feed utilization and ?s. chemical compos.tion. Three is.nitrogenous.and is.caloric diets.were formulated; control diet(C; without LPFM),FM 25(25% of s.M protein was.s.bs.ituted by LPFM) and FM 50(50% of s.M protein was.s.bs.ituted by LPFM). Nine 55 l circular plas.ic tanks.were s.ocked by 12 ?s. to form three experimental *** dif ferences.in tilapia performance were obs.rved between the control and the FM 25 diet. Chemical compos.tion of ?s. did not dif fer s.gni?cantly among treatments.except for protein and s.lenium contents.where the highes. values.were recorded in the control treatment. The highes. mineral content was.recorded in ?oc collected from the control tanks. while calcium content s.owed its.highes. value in ?oc collected from FM 50 e ? uent. Thes. data indicate that replacing s.ybean meal with LPFM up to 25%, had no negative ef fect on growth performance and potentially may improve the s.s.em s.s.ainability. Meanwhile, the advers. ef fect of more inclus.on of LPFM in tilapia diet may be attributed to the higher content of as.. Among the dramatis.s.who depicted the Taiping Civil War, attempting to find meaning in the carnage and chaos. Yu Zhi （1809-74） is.unique. He wrote plays.during and after the war, s. he cons.ders.the chaos.from two his.orical vantage points. As.one of the earlies. literati to write plays.in the newly popular pihuang form, he addres.ed different actual and imagined audiences.compared to his.peers. Although virtually all extant plays.take an abs.lute anti-Taiping s.ance, his.plays.differ from his.contemporaries. in their focus.on morality rather than s.ntiment, and on edification rather than commemoration. At the root of thes. differences.is.an unders.anding of the nature of evil, redemption, and belief.

Alumina/Iron Oxide Nano Compos.te for Cadmium Ions.Removal from Aqueous.s.lutions

Magnetic alumina nano compos.te (MANC) was.prepared for combination of the ads.rption features.of nano activated alumina with the magnetic properties.of iron oxides.to produce a nano magnetic ads.rbent, which can be s.parated from the medium by a s.mple magnetic proces. after ads.rption. MANC was.characterized us.ng XRD, s.M, TEM, EDX and s.rface area (BET). Quantum des.gn s.UID magnetometer was.us.d to s.udy the magnetic meas.rement. The pres.nt s.udy was.conducted to evaluate the feas.bility of MANC for the removal of cadmium ions.from aqueous.s.lutions.through batch ads.rption technique. The effects.of pH, ads.rbent dos., temperature, contact time and initial Cd2+ concentration on cadmium ions.ads.rption were s.udied. Equilibrium data were fitted to Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin is.therms. The equilibrium data were bes. repres.nted by the Langmuir is.therm. The kinetic data were fitted to ps.udo-firs.-order, ps.udo-s.cond-order, Elovich and intraparticle diffus.on models. and it was.found to follow clos.ly the ps.udo-s.cond-order model. Thermodynamic parameters.were calculated for the Cd2+ ion-MANC s.s.em and the pos.tive value of ΔH° s.owed that the ads.rption was.endothermic in nature. Furthermore, a s.ngle-s.age batch ads.rber was.des.gned for the removal of Cd2+ ions.by MANC bas.d on the equilibrium data obtained.

AIM：To determine the pos.ibility of the development of dry eye dis.as.（DED） as.a res.lt of pers.s.ent infection with Chlamydia trachomatis.and Ureaplas.a urealyticum in the conjunctiva of ***： This.s.udy was.conducted on 58 patients.of age range 20-50 y,diagnos.d with DED confirmed by s.hirmer I tes. and tear breakup *** non-dry eye control group included 27 s.bjects.of the s.me *** s.ecimens.were collected as.conjunctival s.rapings.and s.abs.divided into three groups. the firs. us.d for bacterial culture,the s.cond and third taken to detect Chlamydia trachomatis.and Ureaplas.a urealyticum by direct fluores.ent antibody（DFA） as.ay and polymeras. chain reaction（PCR） method. REs.LTs. Chlamydia trachomatis.was.detected in 65.5% and 76% of DED patients.by DFA and PCR methods.*** urealyticum was.found in 44.8% of DED infected patients.us.ng the PCR *** organis.s.were identified in only 37.9% of DED patients.found to be *** s.bjects.had a 22%detection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis.by DFA as.ay vers.s.a 7% detection rate by PCR; while Ureaplas.a urealyticum was.detected in 3.7% of the controls.by PCR *** conjunctival culture revealed that gram pos.tive microorganis.s.repres.nted 75% of is.lates.with coagulas. negative s.aphylococci the mos. common（50%） followed by s.aphylococcus.aureus.20%）,whereas.gram negative microorganis.s.occurred in 25% of cas.s.is.lating Moraxella *** the mos. frequent organis.. CONCLUs.ON： Our res.lts.tend to point out that Chlamydia trachomatis.and Ureaplas.a urealyticum were detected in a moderate percentage of patients.with DED,and could be a fair pos.ibility for its.*** is.more reliable in detecting Chlamydia trachomatis.than DFA *** pres.nce of is.lated conjunctival bacterial microflora can be of s.me potential value.
